All around great experience. Was fast and friendly. They even let us use section of the parking lot. Most truck rentals are slow and not so friendly.

Had a problem with a Truck. Called into the Penske service line. They had a wrecker out within one hr. When I got to this shop I only waited 10 min or so and the mechanic was working on it. Figured out the problem and fixed it and was outta there in around 4hrs. In the trucking business that has to be some sort of record. You usually wait that long just for the wrecker driver to show up. Couldnt ask for better service. Even made it to my delivery early. Thanks, you guys did a great job 👍
