Based on my experience I would avoid Cell-Tech Express and go to Malfunction JunctionI had an iPad air that would not charge.I called both places and they both said it most likely needs the charging port replaced and quoted the same price of 100 (and both offered when asked 10% off for Veterans)I was doing some errands and was close to Cell-Tech Express so I decided to go there.They took my device and charged me $42.80 as a diagnostic fee (which I did not know about)Later that day they called and said that it was not just the port and that it probably also has a PCMI issue as well which would be $300. That would not be worth it.So I was out $42.80I then decided to run it Malfunction Junction to see what they said.They said they only charge you if they can fix it and they guarantee their work.They replaced the charging port for $90 and it has been charging great.They said if it stops working they will refund my money.They were great to work with.Just kicking myself for not going there in the first place!

Good places to sell old phones

I’ve used these guys many times and they never disappoint. I recently brought in my son’s gaming computer that would crash on certain games. I know a little bit about computers, so I tried to troubleshoot myself. I brought it in, because what I thought was the problem, was not something I was willing to try. It turns out that it didn’t fix the problem. They continued to tro ubleshoot and eventually discovered it was the power supply. I had not even thought about this, because the computer started up fine and ran the games fine up until recently. They ordered the new power supply and it has ran amazing ever since.I would recommend these guys for any electronic repairs. Computers, cell phones, gaming systems, etc... You name it, they can fix it. They are fast and, most of all, very courteous. They called me at least three times to give me various updates until it was finished.

I have used this owners multiple businesses for years, I now live In Georgia and still send any phone repair issues to them because they are reliable. This is the greatest place on the planet for cell phone or computer repair. They have a dude named Banjo that is sic at fixing things. The prices are affordable and they have Banjo so what more could you ask for. The owner is pretty cool too, but they have Banjo so he takes a back seat. Seriously I highly recommend you go visit Banjo and have Josh or one of his staff fix your phone the right way at an affordable price. Tell him I sent you and Banjo may do a trick for ya!!

They fixed my Dell Inspiron desktop for way cheaper then Best Buy, good service to! I am also planning to get a graphics card installed by them.

Went to bestbuy to find out if they could update my computer to windows 10. They said yes but I had to join the geek squad for $200.00 first. So I looked up other places saw Malfuntion Junction and their great reviews. So went their and asked if they could help me, they said yes. So for $50.00 they installed the 10 and were amazing. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

They do great work and can often do simpler repairs while you wait. They also stand behind their work. I had a phone battery that they replaced around 1 year ago, and when it went bad they replaced it for free under their lifetime battery warranty. I wont go anywhere else for my phone repairs.

Ive had phones repaired and bought phones here. Josh and his crew treat you fairly, do good work, and stand behind what they do and sell. Ive also watched them do things for free for folks - like the guy whose phone wouldnt charge because the port was stuffed with pocket lint. They cleaned it out in a couple of minutes and didnt charge him at all. Thats the kind of place this is!

Highly recommend good friendly service. Couldnt recover my contacts or photos due to bad water damage. Which I had my doubts cause being so server. They didn’t charge me anything for tying to repair, but I insisted they at least take 20 for their time and effort. Very professional

One of the fans in my Acer Predator Helios 300 died and they fixed it super fast and at an affordable price. I did have to take it back the next day because the ribbon cord from the keyboard to the motherboard had come loose while they were doing repairs. They fixed that as well at no extra charge, just a bit annoying they didnt catch that mistake before telling me it was ready. Overall a good experience.

Well the couldnt fix the charge port without messing up the screen. And when they ended up replacing my phone free of charge, the worker wiped my SD card literally seconds after I told him its my personal SD card that still had pictures on it. So it was great they replaced my phone, but the workers need to pay attention to what theyre doing before they just wipe peoples phones.
