Had another awesome visit at Verizon store today. Experienced the pleasure of enjoying Jordan’s expertise as he explained some of the features of a new phone that I purchased. He is an awesome asset to Verizon and a joy to have shared a few minutes of time with. I would have liked to have given him a 10 rating because he was so much help.

I greatly appreciate your phone call earlier in the week asking how I liked my new phone. I voiced some concerns and was told to bring the phone to the Pullman square store. Zack was very helpful in showing me how to use various apps which I found of great value. He was very friendly and patient with me while demonstrating how best to use my new phone. I am most appreciative of is expertise and service. Thank you.

Had my phone taken off one plan and started another. Process took around 15 min and got everything I needed. Only problem, my SIM card shut down in the transfer. Went to Verizon local office in Huntington WV and Jordan put in a new SIM card and within 10 minutes, I was up and running again. Thx took Verizon and their courteous and knowledgeable team for such great service!

The representative at the store done a great job. He moved all my stuff from my old phone to my new one and helped me out a lot. Also changed my plan so I could save money!

Came into the store looking for my first new phone in several years. Kyle was very patient as I looked at multiple phones. I felt well prepared to make an informed decision. Overall a smooth transaction and I am excited about my new LG phone.

Friendly staff, able to quickly assess my needs and what I wanted in a phone, and suggested a great one! Even checked up on me roughly a week or so later and gave my grandmother a direct point of contact for any issues she may have.

These people straight up lied to me when I went in to buy my watch. They told me that they applied my device dollars to my purchase, but I come to find out that wasnt the case. Now Im fighting VZ corporate to try and get them to fix the situation. Fun times. The associates seem nice enough, but if they couldnt do what they told me they would do they shouldnt have lied to me about it. I dropped ATT for less 15 years ago.

I have had an account since 2017 and bill is always either paid ahead or on time. No I should not have to have a contract in order to purchase a new phone from a retailer. The only phone they had was 1 piece of trash Orbic phone that does not even hold a charge to it at all and its only 8 days old.I wanted a new phone that functions the proper way so I was told to go to Walmart...... Why do I even have a Verizon phone or account if they can not assist me with a new phone and send me to another store for a phone manufactured by Verizon??? If I could rate this with Zero stars I definitely would. 4 years of loyalty for what??

Jordan at Verizon was very helpful. I went in to upgrade to the newest iPhone and was in a time crunch and he got me out in no time! This location has been one of the best experiences not having to sit for hours. Very highly recommend going in and seeing him for all your Verizon needs!

I came to verizon to get a new phone. Our sales rep name was Jordan! He helped us out with all of the questions we had. He done all he could do to help us with our bills and our phones. He was amazing and very friendly. He talked to where we could understand more of the difficult questions.

When I need equipment or help, this is the store I se. I have always received excellent service and highly recommend it!I needed to remove 2 of items and while there, Verizon had a phone on special phone which was needed. The price was great and everything was done timely. Michael, the agent, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Came to the Verizon at Pullman to see about switching carriers and was automatically impressed with the efforts of precautions that were in place. The guy I talked to gave me options and walked me through how switching would go. He was very knowledgeable and got all the prices figured out for me right there. I’m hoping to be able to switch soon. I’ll definitely be coming back to see him as soon as I can.

I was hesitant switching to Verizon but I was ultimately happy when I did. I have been needing a new plan and even a new phone. I’ve heard lots of good things about Verizon. I worked with Tanner and he was patient and wonderful with switching me over. He was nice to the customer. I’m happy I got it when I did with the holiday season coming up. I was wanting a new phone for Christmas so this was a little Christmas gift to myself.

My sales rep was Michael Farley and I was very impressed and pleased with his attention to my situation and purchase. He was very patient with my questions and comments. This was my second visit to this store and having Michael as my sales rep and was very pleased with both visits.

We came in because of dropped calls, etc. and talked to Kyle. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. We ended up getting two phones and a tablet. I was originally thinking about changing companies, he changed my mind.

I completely destroyed my phone with the lawnmower and we came to the Verizon store to get help. Dale was extremely helpful and fixed me right up with a new phone at a reasonable price. This store is great and has always been very helpful.

My bill was super high I came in to the Verizon here in downtown and the guy helped me and saw that I was on a really old plan and told me that when I move to unlimited I would save a substantial amount. It was a no brained for me no I’ll be coming back here when I want to upgrade

You dont know how much help this was! I live in such a remote area and my car wouldnt connect to my phone! I had to have my maps to work on my car screen. I was just in town for the holiday and cant find a Verizon where I live so I stopped in and got it all fixed up! Felt safe in store, distanced and masks on and all clean. My family and I came in a few days ago to switch from AT&T. We were greeted by Zach & he made the switching process a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get our phones all set up and got our cases on. We will definitely be back for tablets for Christmas gifts.

So glad the store was open. My old phone would not turn on and I wanted to switch services from AT&T. Verizon at Pullman Square was very clean. Employees greeted as soon as I walked in and wore masks as required. Worked with a young man named Mike. He was not pushy, seemed knowledgeable in his job and very helpful. He checked out my old phone and verified it would not turn on at all. We got my account switched over and he also set up my daughters old phone so I could use it instead. I will definitely return for any help in the future and ask for him again.

Zach in the Huntington wv store provides excellent service. He was quick and too the point and more than helpful. We will definetly be back to get help when we need it!

Wed have been throwing phones if we tried to do this ourselves, or just had our grandkids do it. Dale set an appointment for us during a busy holiday season and it made it so much easier and beneficial. 5 stars!

Came in to Verizon in Pullman Square and was treated amazing. Zach really went above and beyond to fix an error that has been happening on my account for the last 4 months. I received the credit I was owed, got a discount for being a Nurse, and was treated with respect. For those wondering, proper COVID precautions were maintained for a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend. If you need anything, go see them!

Excellent service in the store on last few trips here at the store. Had a few nice guys help me there, the three amigos. Needed help with my phone, my device was giving me problems and they got me fixed up. Good wearing mask and distance and would absolutely send someone to see them

We have been coming to this location for years. Always great service and polite. We have expanded accounts as our children have gotten older. They are always willing to help. Customer service has been great but we do prefer to come to this location.

Came in to upgrade my plan to unlimited and Zach helped us. We came in for 2 phones and got a tablet too. On a scale of 1 to 10 he deserves a 12. He deserves a raise too!

The team at this store is very friendly and make you feel safe and welcome in this crazy covid world. I so appreciate the store being open to help me and was truly glad to see the precaution taken to keep the customers and team members safe. Dale was a big help in solving my technical issue, but the group of employees that were there really worked well as a team. They would stay attentive to their customers while sharing an idea to help one of their team members out. It was a pretty cool environment to experience. Feeling safe, watching a team solve problems, and leaving a happy customer with my problem resolved.
