I was initially very happy with my screen replacement, service personnel was polite; it was fast and affordable- everything was good for the first week so I trashed my receipt and I greatly regret it. I’m now 2 weeks since replacement and my screen has gone berserk! My Haptic Touch doesn’t work properly, my calibration is off, my screen gets confused as to if I’m scrolling or zooming, my keyboards switch from letters to numbers and symbols on a whim, I’m frequently unable to access the 4 corners of my screen and occasionally can’t access the screen at all- even to confirm a power off for reset. There hasn’t been any damage or dropping incidents so I’d love to see the company reach out to make this right, but as I said I’m without a receipt so I’m doubtful. For this reason, I likely won’t return to cell tech for any iPhone repairs.

Excellent customer service these guys really do go above and beyond I had a device worked on there serval months ago and it was messing up ( nothing they had done it was all my fault) I took it back to them explained the problem. They had no problems fixing it for me turns out I was trying to use it with an incapable service. They hooked me up with a service that would work for a great price I would recommend 10/10 every time. The problem couldnt have been fixed in one day and I explained to them that I had to work during there hours of operation and jason actually opened a few mins early to allow me to come back so they could continue to fix the issue I was having

Came today to get help with my hp laptop.. For more storage Samuel was wonderful help got an SD card and help with downloading crome.

I bought a refurbished acer predator from them back in september 2020 and it is now April 2021. The laptop was in great condition and worked well for gaming and my school work. Two days ago it starts not to boot up and isnt receiving a charge keep in mind I keep the laptop in good shape and took care of the device that treated me so well. I ask them to take a look at it and the dude Samuel says it is a gpu problem and says i need a new motherboard and it is irreparable. He also states he got it to run and read data with it. Basically if u want to pay out 963 dollars for 6 months of a good laptop or phone be my guest and if youre in the huntington area head my warning and go to malfunction junction they will diagnose for free and you pay nothing unless they find a way to help ur problem rather than u paying 42.80 for some dude to tell you he cant do anything for you and giving you the run around.

Based on my experience I would avoid Cell-Tech Express and go to Malfunction JunctionI had an iPad air that would not charge.I called both places and they both said it most likely needs the charging port replaced and quoted the same price of 100 (and both offered when asked 10% off for Veterans)I was doing some errands and was close to Cell-Tech Express so I decided to go there.They took my device and charged me $42.80 as a diagnostic fee (which I did not know about)Later that day they called and said that it was not just the port and that it probably also has a PCMI issue as well which would be $300. That would not be worth it.So I was out $42.80I then decided to run it Malfunction Junction to see what they said.They said they only charge you if they can fix it and they guarantee their work.They replaced the charging port for $90 and it has been charging great.They said if it stops working they will refund my money.They were great to work with.Just kicking myself for not going to Malfunction Junction in the first place!

Love this store. They replaced my screen and gave a warranty and my best friend got a phone from here and nearly a year later her phone messed up and they GAVE HER A BRAND NEW ONE!!
