Very disappointed with their customer service it took almost 2 full weeks and had to physically go there just to find out about our car No return calls were made and made promised to let us know something that day or the following and that continued for almost 2 weeks never contacting us Very disappointed with their customer care Hopefully our car will be returned to us in full working order which Im sure they will provide high quality maintenance In a timely manner My my 3 star rating does not reflect all employees just the ones that were involved Depending on the outcome will determine if I change my rating in the meantime we will see....

Had a government vehicle serviced there. Staff were very nice and professional. Service took several days longer than expected so I cant give 5 stars.

Car got damaged there, went to get oil change tire rotation,,I hate going there been there 3 times that turned into 6 to get things corrected, they tried saying I did damage going home bout was not like that until I left there!

Yeah, no. Appointment was at 9 and was told it would take about 45 min for an oil change. Took an hour and a half and almost made me late to work. Terrible time frames and also told me my car of 3k miles was out of alignment and so graciously offered to do the front alignment for the low low price of... 89.99! Yeah unless you absolutely have no choice or need to use certified Chevy to stay within warranty, just go to Walmart or something, especially for an oil change. 30 min compared to an hour and a half.

The work was completed in a timely manner. I was most surprised and highly satisfied with detailing the car!!
