Drove in on a whim that they might be able to do a quick state inspection (during a week when everyone told me they were either totally booked up or I had to leave my car for hours) and to my surprise they said yes and I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes and I then I was on my way.

I needed a simple carco inspection.He was completely rude as soon as I walked in for no reason. I still gave a tip because I was raised with manners.I will never use this place again for gas or for any type of service.

They should change the name to Rude Auto or Filthy Auto. The owner tall guy is a cursing machine. Definitely the type to bully you around to those that dont know much about automobiles. Judging by his lack of character, seems like by these reviews Im not the only one who feels this way. Stay far away, you have been warned.The only reason it even got 2 stars is one who pumps the gas/works the cash register (short guy) is honest and professional

Although I am not from the area I frequent this gas station because its on my way to work.I have been going here for my gas and car repairs for four years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kurt, Wilmar and his brothers.Wilmar is an amazing mechanic and this gas station is very honest and has never over charged me and never taken advantage of me. I am always very satisfied with the quality work that they do and and feel grateful that I have mechanics that will never try to rip me off.The gas attendants are always very friendly and courteous and I enjoy the nice conversations I have with them while I wait for them to fill up my tank. They deserve 5 stars!!!

The owner has a real bad attitude. Better off driving down the road for better service and attitude

Crooks Crooks Crooks!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! The owner Curt has a dishonest, unprofessional, vulgar and nasty mechanic there! Curt is the same way. I took my car there because it broke down, they said you need a new battery and fuel pump. So I said Ill bring the parts and they only charged me for the labor. On the way home, my car broke down again!! It was towed to the nearest shop, who stated the fuel pump was defective and he asked if it was used. I said no, its brand new, and was just installed at a different shop that I was driving home from. Long story short, the shady mechanic at family auto NEVER PUT IN MY NEW FUEL PUMP!! He put his own defective pump in instead and never told me. I only found out AFTER trying to exchange the defective pump where I purchased it, and was told they dont sell that kind of pump!! I called family auto and Wilber admitted to switching the parts. He said, its not his problem because I left when the car was running! He told me to come get my original fuel pump, cursed at me and hung up on me. I had to pay the new mechanic $180 bucks to install the new pump! I have the shady mechanic at Family Auto admitting to fraud ON VIDEO!! So, I will definetly be taking him to court and will be filing my paperwork Monday morning! I gave the owner a chance to make things right and at least pay me for the cost to have the new pump installed (180), he just called me names and hung up on me! See you in court! I wouldnt want this to happen to another person. FRAUD!! Beware of this place! Just look at the other reviews!

Friendly experienced mechanics .explains the problem and suggests the reasonable and effective solutions

My brakes failed. He installed new front calipers. Immediately failed again. I return to the station. He says you need new calipers. But you just charged me $560 to replace them. Oh yeah, he replies. He replaces it again?Also had to pay another mechanic to bleed the brakes after the second time. Incompetent or dishonest, I dont know. Maybe just a mechanic that doesnt give a donkeys petute. Oh yeah, they failed the second time on the LIE, that was fun.
