I was impressed with my service today. Gary was super nice. They worked fast and the price was lower than I expected. Will definitely return if my tires need to be fixed again or if I need an oil change.

I liked it 😁😊 bcause they were very friendly & very helpful bcause I havent had my little cracker box very long. So I still dont know that much about it yet 😜😃. But my car was finished b4 I was done with my shopping & I was even able 2 ck out there instead of having 2 go all the way back 2 the front of the store.

Never go here went with a slow leak in the tire. They refused to tell me how long it would take. After asking 3 time just that there were 2 cars ahead of me. After waiting 2 hours all they said was there is no leak. They did not even fill up the air in the tire. The warning light was still on.

Ordered tires a week ago, had receipt, couldnt find my order anywhere.....days went on....no tires!..... Gave up, spent over $700 somewhere else. Customer service has gone way down hill!

Paid for them to do the oil change that included vacuuming, checking differential, and so on... So i open my door and the popcorn my son got in the back floorboard was still there and i could tell it had not been vacuumed. I looked at my receipt and it said it was swept... Anyway it made me think if this isnt done what else didnt they do. Seems all they did was change the oil.. the differential was low also, luckily i didnt just assume they did everything they said they did... Anyway if you get anything done anywhere check it over. I didnt complain to them or ask for money back i just left, its not my job to QC them.

Why doesn’t anybody ever enforce the handicapped parking spaces? I had to park far away & counted 3 cars in those spaces with no placards or plates. Told the greeter, to no avail.If they aren’t going to be enforced, you might as well remove them.They aren’t meant for lazy people.

I never go to Walmart but it was close and I needed 2 tires. I was pleasantly surprised by the older gentleman who checked me in and the younger guy who did the actual work they were very nice and very professional. I hate dealing with car stuff. They were trustworthy and made it easy

Slow checkout

2.5 hrs to have my tires rotated. The kid who checks you in has no concept of time or how valuable other peoples time is. People checking their vehicles in where told about an hour for the work. But when they came back after browsing the store to find out theres still another hour or more to wait. And Mary who works the counter was grouchy as well. Dont know why I waste my time and money there. Other than the price. Because the service is below 1 star.

Automotive Center is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had dealing with what are supposed to be professional technicians. They are RUDE and untruthful. One would think someone who has spent thousands of dollars over the past 2 years would be treated more respectfully. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE ROUTE 60 LOCATION IN HUNTINGTON, WV FOR TIRES OR OIL CHANGE.You will regret it in the end.

Completely inadequate. Richard is terrible, had to call corporate and have them tell him how to do his job. Pennie was the only one that helped. Everyone else Richard, Michelle, Nathan, just kept passing the buck! Will never order site to store again! 2 weeks, 2 separate trips, and 2 hours in the store trying to get them to release my tires, then a 2 hour wait before they took it back!

Fast and friendly

I got new tires put on my car 2 days ago. When I left, my car was still shaking, telling me it hadnt properly been balanced. I took it back for an oil change and to have the balance rechecked. It took over 2 hours for that to be done. We walked around the store for much longer than it should have taken. And I had to explain what needed to be done several times both times I was there. This was a very frustrating experience.

The worst tire center I have ever visited, wouldnt change my tires cause the emission fumes. They jacked up my van and 3 workers couldnt find a leak but still turned me away with an dangerous damaged tire and two kids in my car. They flat out refused my business because it was a hot day and they didnt want to work.

Terrible service. Were there 3 hours to finally find out they stripped the bolt to the oil pan. Bunch of unprofessional people. However, co manager Eugene took care of it all so, if I could give a star rating to him itd be a 5. The 1 star is for all the bs leading up to it being fixed and how awful it was handled.... after we were told it was our fault and had to ask for a higher manger.

Very poor customer service. We arrived at 8am, and were told the service would take approximately an hour. After 2 hours, we were told our oil filter could not be removed and we needed to take the care to the walmart location that had changed the oil last in order to file a claim if they were unable to remove the filter. They still had not rotated the tires within the two hours either. Waste of time, and who knows how long we would have waited had we not gone to check on it. We will not return.

Pretty slow even when they arent busy but they got the job done

Bad customer service and hidden costs. It took 2 1/2 hours to put 4 new tires on our vehicle. $215.00 later and 2 1/2 hours later my car was ready. Also, if you want to purchase a tire for your vehicle that Walmarts computer dont reccomend, they will not mount or balance it.

I have been sitting here for an hour for one tire to be changed. Meanwhile there are multiple workers just standing around doing nothing. They are not busy, there are no cars lined up so Im .it sure if there is a problem with staffing or if everyone here is just that incompetent. Never again.

Their hours outside say 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Saturday. 8 am - 6 pm on Sundays. I arrived there at 8 am this Sunday. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one ever came to open up.
