Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the owner of any company in my lifetime.

Quality goods and fair prices. owner/salesman or whomever doesnt have a good personality. Which seems to be the norm these days. But he is straight up.

Called for batt rep said in stock went too purchase was told cant sell till boss gets back told me to come back tomarrow by female boss went too AutoZone brand new batt for less money

Went to walmart for a battery and had a lot of issues. Heard about this place and they were great! Took them about 10 minutes to replace my battery. Great service and great people. Thanks!

While dealing with interstate batteries the service i received was extremely unprofessional. They told me i would have to pay more if i wanted a receipt for my battery. Also, they allowed me to wait over an hour after paying to tell me they didnt have a battery. After waiting an hour i has to wait for the supervisor to get back before i could even get a refund. Terrible experience and many others have had the same experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Price a little high, Ravenswood has better prices and customer service. This location did have plenty in stock.
