Small, comfy, cute, local cafe shop. Small interior limited seating but comfy bench inside with pillows. Outdoor seating. Cyclists to-go quick stop for a hot beverage in the morning. Which is what we did, parked our bikes outside and grabbed an outdoor table and enjoyed a lavender tea which was sweet & smooth tasting with a rose pistachio muffin, both items were pleasantly unique in taste.

Nice little coffee shop by the beach with friendly employees. Ordered a cappuccino, mocha and a donut. Love how they didn’t put too much sweetener in it compared to typical coffee shops. Highly recommend stopping by here.

Great little cafe on Pacific Coast Highway in Sunset Beach. The only place I know with a super rose-pistachio latte! Check out the homemade pastries. Im told they have specialities on Romanian holidays, highlighting the owners Euro identity. Highly recommended.

At Surf Cafea- they are a unique dynamic. The owners truly love and embrace not only Huntington Beach but the community. They are a team of artisans and coffee professionals. They source the freshest coffee blends and products and roasted to perfection in house! Theyre not just another coffee shop or Starbucks.They go above and beyond and personally engage their client, asking questions if one is uncertain as to what they want to savor. These coffee roasters are a gem and will go over the body, how velvety, richness, texture and lastly how bold. They also inform you where the coffee is sourced from etc. they truly care about their coffee and truly deliver a delicious cup of coffee like I have savored before.They offer a variety of scones, avocado toast, vegan donuts. Everything here is dynamite! All is created in house!This store is quaint, beautifully decorated, knickknacks for purchase. Fideo, is welcomed, too! They have cold water out front.They hold special classes for readings and macrame. If theres enough interest and the pandemic sizzles and life is restored I hope that she does!Cheers to Surf Cafea!

The pumpkin latte was light and just enough pumpkin. The Avocado toast was on the softest bread, and had fresh cracked pepper. The lavender peppermint tea was very good. We are happy we stopped

I like the atmosphere of Surf Cafea. It’s clean and cool and comfortable. I just had my first cup of Brazil Honey coffee. It was smooth and full of flavor. Yummy coffee! They have a nice selection of pastries of which we had a banana by muffin and an orange cranberry scone. Surf Cafea is locally owned. I’m looking forward to returning and enjoying another variety of their in-house roasted coffee.

Great coffee. A bit pricey but worth it. The employee that helped us was very informative and helped us pick a coffee that was excellent. Get the Caradamom Iced Latte next time you go 👍👍

I live in Newport Beach but take a yoga class in Long Beach every Sunday. I always have to stop in to get a coffe. Its become my ritual. Mostly because the people are so amazing. I could stop off anywhere on my way. But they start off my Sunday in the best mood. Thank you for being so kind

10/10 I love that they have a big Best Coffee sign. Made it so easy to find since I hadnt been before. Coffee is WOW. Ive stopped expecting great coffee when Im traveling or trying new places. Mmm I cant wait to go back. Barista fellas are super friendly and the whole place is really well kept, attention to detail. Love love love.

Not the best coffee, but it wasnt bad. The coffee shop is frequented by a lot of bicyclists on their way up and down PCH. I had their regular small coffee ($2.50) and my roommate had an iced tea which was lavender if Im not mistaken ($5). We didnt have their pastries, but they did look good.

Great coffee worthy of being 5 stars! They actually display the coffees they have for sale and the methods used on the beans before roasting. The best place in huntington/newport/costa mesa. Worth a visit.

Such a cute spot with coffee roasted in-house, art and crafts from local artisans, and some delicious pastries. Went on Saturday, the day after they opened, and it was yummy so I went back this morning for seconds.

Coffee is great, great place to stop by when cycling through on PCH. Staff is excellent.

Dope little coffee joint before crossing the bridge out of beach cities and into Long Beach. Small and clean. Great service and a delicious latte. The coffee house sweets were good as well. If you like coffee, then Surf Cafea will not disappoint.

This is my favorite coffee shop in the area! Not only do they have high quality coffee (& lots of good food options), but the environment is so warm and welcoming. The customer service is great and Im now on a first name basis with some of the baristas. Would highly recommend.

Staff- amazing. Chai- literally get it every day. They see my car and get my order ready before I even get to the counter and I love it. All the employees have beautiful eyes and theres one girl who works there that I have a bit of a crush on. Shhhhh. Dont tell anyone 😉

I will definitely be back. I went today and just got tea, and from their tea selection alone I can tell how much they care about what they serve. Most of the teas are from a local uso esa that grows the herbs in their yard and makes custom blends. And they’re delicious!! Can’t wait to go back another time and try out more :)

Discovered Surf Cafea on my drive down PCH, and even thought it’s a 20 minute drive from home-it’s worth it! Staff is extremely helpful in answering questions and recommending beverages; decor is bright and inviting; a wonderful, relaxing place to enjoy some amazing coffee!
