Feel comfortable when you come here. You dont need to get off from your car to talk to the advisors...they have clean lounge and restrooms..

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to even wait on me with no other customers there. Then they wouldnt honor the current price advertised on their website.

Real easy part to install yourself since this part is invisible to the driver you can fix it like new by getting the part from McKenna Subaru Parts department. Purchasing was easy and verifies the part will fit your car.

Ordered a roof rack and a sunshade. Actual shipping cost would have exceeded what was originally quoted online. Received a call to let me know they would hand deliver both items to my house (Mission Viejo) at no additional charge. Went completely above and beyond. Outstanding service

Had to take the Subie in for a couple of recall items and a window that would not go down. Even though I had to bring it in twice for the repairs, both advisors (Shaun and Efrain) were polite, professional and upfront with me about what was needed. Its the first time I have used the Subaru website to look for parts. I was just using it to get a reference on the pricing versus some after-market parts. The Subaru dealerships near me are not participating on the online parts ordering system, the nearest one to me is McKenna. The website was easy to use and I found the parts I want are about the same as the aftermarket ones. I also made a call to the parts shop for a question and the gentleman on the phone was very courteous. When I went to pick up the parts, they were in a re-usable bag for me to take with receipt already attached. Great service.

Prompt and accurate shipping of parts. Careful packaging. Reasonable prices. Clear and accurate book-keeping. No nonsense.

Ordered some parts online the process was amazing I work at a Subaru in southern California and this was easier than getting parts from my parts counter they have schematics available online where you enter your making model and it tells you all applicable models and youre able to get the parts and check out painless shipping was $10 flat fee so pretty happy with it

Got an awesome wrx. Had to haggle for a while, but the sales rep Michael and Steven from finance were great. Stayed late and they were very professional. Michael really helped out.

Excellent part dept online pricing and very polite customer service/sales reps in shop. Not what most dealers provide these days. Politeness and reasonable pricing at McKenna Parts Dept.

Had some challenges getting the appt scheduled. But, once there, Trevor the service writer was excellent and so was the repair. Communication, timeliness, etc. were all top notch. Ill definitely return.

E perianced a couple of dropping the ball on ordering a part I needed. When getting the part replaced finally, found the bathroom to be in desperate need of cleaning. They can do better than this.

My review is based on Service as I didnt purchase my vehicle here. Brayan Tobar is an AWESOME Service Advisor. Always enthusiastic and willing to help out his customers. Ive come to him a few times for warranty issues and hes gotten them taken care of seamlessly. Very friendly, easy to work with and always positive.

Had a terrible experience here I hope no one buys from here ever again. Promise a worry free purchase and show their true colors a couple months down the line. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
