DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!I made an appointment to have a safety recall (fuel pump) replaced, when I made the appointment I made it a couple months out so I could get an oil change also since it would be around the time I needed to get that done anyways. The safety recall service was free but the oil change and tire rotation would be about 100 dollars. I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment and I was told it would be done in 3-4 hours which I didnt think was a big deal. I got a phone call about two hours later saying that they couldnt replace the fuel pump because the one they had ordered was defective and I would have to come back at a later date for the fuel pump but they could still do my oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor (Dave) due to the fact that the service couldnt be completed what could you do regarding the price of the oil change due to an issue they had. He told me that he could give me the tire rotation for free and that was it. I didnt feel like this was enough due to the fact that I took time out of my day and a half day at work to drop my car off and planned to be without a car for the afternoon. The service advisor (Dave) then said he would have his boss call me back. After another hour and half I called them back and his boss let me know that the tire rotation was all they could do for free. So they had my car for 3 hours and did nothing for me. When I went to the cashiers desk the cashier let me know that the part was not defective but that they hadnt ordered it in the first place!!!!!!! Do not go to this dealership for service!!!!!!!!
Just got my 15000 mile service done. Talk about professional. Made an appointment and was in and out in a little over an hour, and it was very busy. This service department is on point. My service advisor was Rex and he is very thorough. He is personable and and also took the time to explain everything to me quickly without making me feel rushed. Like I said it was very busy and to have these qualities under that pressure is exactly why Ill be coming back.
These people are great! I am a Toyota fan for life and Huntington Beach Toyota has been my go to since purchasing my Tacoma. The service is always quick and whenever iv needed additional work, they call for my approval first. I really appreciate them for having a professional attitude. I really appreciate the car ride too. Toyota of Huntington Beach was a great place for us to buy our next new car. My wife and I got both of our cars from this location and had very great experiences both times. I leased the 21 Corolla Hybrid back in November and she recently leased the 22 Corolla Sport and we couldn’t be happier!Brad helped me when I went back in November and he made the process easy to understand and very quick. He then referred us to Chandler when we went back this September and it was just as seamless as the first time. Sure easy going and helpful with all the questions we had!Their manager Tim was the one the wrapped everything up for us and got us moving along with the paperwork quickly! Stay away from this Toyota dealer, many fake reviews, look at the profiles of the people. They wrote few reviews, and give 5 stars just for this dealer. Stay aware !! They think we are stupid.Gina, I work in Digital Marketing, and I know when people manipulate reviews and ratings. You are playing your role because you get your salary to defend your job, but unfortunately, your dealership only keeps lies people. They like to manipulate information, creating traps for the customers, and fake advertisements. Your staff love to cheat your customers with sweet words.Be ethical and look for a serious company with an honest and ethical team. Dont be shielding dishonest companies, because you will end up becoming a person like the ones you find in your work environment.
Bought a vehicle back in January to find out that they added a lot of extra service contracts a vehicle maintenance package and other things I didn’t ask for all because it fit within my budget. I’d rather take the lower payment. Then it took 3 months to remove the items they added to the loan which only lowered the loan amount but not the monthly payments. I’m back today because I was promised oil changes. This is the second time I’ve come for an oil change and it takes 2 hours. Don’t let these smiles fool you. Go somewhere else!!

I had the same experience here they just saw the wallet they don’t care! They just want their money i Purchased a vehicle with them as well and because of Covid supposedly they’re not giving out floor mats either used or new which I think is bull after an over 40,000 purchase for a used vehicle they don’t want to provide floor mats and the manager there had the audacity to say do you want me to transfer you to parts for you to purchase! ain’t that something worst experience here never again or will I ever recommend anybody here! I know they’re just floor mats but it really Irritated me that nobody can help me!

Ive always had good experiences at Toyota of HB. They never try to sell me a service I dont need, but let me know of any concerns to be aware of. I have no problem listening to their advice.
The wait was long for oil change, would have considered a shuttle if new the wait was over 2 hours. Las visits were about an hour. Did not let me know that car wash was not working so did not know there was a complimentary wash provided when car was returned. So last experience was not as good as previous with the wait time and no car wash with service.
Wow just dealt with Mark in Used Cars. The most professional no nonsense human ever. 100% impressed. No baloney from that man.
This is my favorite Toyota dealership. Second time leasing a car here and a few times taking my car for service and have always had a good experience. They are professional, efficient and take good care of their customers.
I had a great experience with this dealership. The fleet sales manager, Minh was very cordial and answered every question to my satisfaction, and is a really nice guy, I was very comfortable with him. When I got to the finance dept, I met Tim, he explained the process, showed me my options and made sure I understood what I was selecting and signing. Tim is very knowledgeable and also a great person. Overall, my experience was positive. I love my new car, and isnt that what matters most, I think so. I highly recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach, even if you have to make the trek.

Had a fantastic experience yesterday at Toyota. I brought my Tacoma in because it was making a weird sound just to get it checked out and Mike took care of me and my husband. He did every single test they possibly could and found nothing wrong except for the fact that I guess there were rodent tracks ( that was where the sound was coming from) . He was completely honest with us that there was nothing they could do and nothing wrong with the truck so essentially we brought the truck in and were not charged anything for them checking it out. It’s very refreshing to find a place that is not trying to nickel and dime you and rip you off for services that are unnecessary. We will definitely bring the truck back here for any work in the future! Mike, thank you for the great customer service and for taking the time to explain everything to me.
First time taking my RAV to get Serviced since I moved and was recommended this location. I was told it would take 2 hours for tire rotation and fluid fill up but took over 3 hours. Then took close to another 2 hours for recommended brake fluid change when I was told 45 minutes.

Went to get a oil change and a recall done to my car, was going to take up to 4 hours. Asked for a ride back home and they told me they could not unless it’s in a 5 mile radius. I live in Santa Ana, if I would have know they are not courteous to serve there customer’s needs.
Every time I come for the usual 5K service. They treat me with respect and courtesy as a valued customer. What I dont like is getting emails or texts about considering getting a new car or truck and seems to happen right after a day or so after the service. People today with the COVIS situation dont have those kind of funds readily available to do purchases.
Amazing shopping experience, worth a visit if you are thinking of buying a Toyota. Bought my Toyota Yaris from Toyota of HB back in 2007...drove it straight up to Wilmington and shipped it to Catalina Island......it has been the perfect island car for fourteen years!Just shipped it back to the mainland this past week and brought it back home to Toyota of HB to get the recalls done and have a few bits and pieces brought up to date then detailed as a well deserved treat. No major repairs needed after 14 years of island driving!!!!!I will say, the Yaris LOVED the freeway as it hasnt seen 3rd, 4th or 5th gear since I drove it off the lot.....HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Huntington Beach for both sales and service (Hi Tony)...
First off, the location is beautiful. You walk in and the facility is nice and clean. There is someone sitting in the front desk that can direct you to the right person. The sales team is very up front and to the point. I didn’t have to keep going back and forth between the guy who does the numbers and the sales guy. They were both able to explain everything to me together to get me to the price I was comfortable paying.I highly recommend you guys go straight to Kam- he is very knowledgeable and honest!

The salesman I worked with, Andrew, was wonderful, extremely knowledgable, and did everything he could to help me get the exact vehicle I wanted. The entire team was really friendly, super helpful, and made the whole the process easy and painless (which was more than appreciated after visiting other dealerships that were nowhere near as great...) Called in the morning to check if they have 2 cars I was interested in. They said both are available. When I came in after hour and a half they said one was sold yesterday and havent ever got another one actually.
They dont see you as a person. They only see my wallet! Worse experience when I bought the car at this dealership. Was lied to about the fuatures. When I questioned it I was told the no one told me that. Clearly I wasnt paying attention in all details when I spent 36000 and in the end they didnt even give me the old or new floor mats! No bueno! He was a horrible sales person. 8/10/2021
UPDATE: One month later, still NO refund for the service provided through Toyota care plan!Got charged for a minor service even though we have a Toyota care plan. They simply refused to rerun their system again to make sure our car is in their system.
Advisor, check in, service, and payment was good. No problems. I feel the amount of time to complete service (tire rotation and oil charge only) with an appointment took approximately an hour more than it needed to.
This is the second car I’ve purchased from here. I’ve been very happy with the experience both times. The staff is friendly and not pushy, and they made the financing process easy. I will continue to come here for future car purchases
Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. They should rip down there rated #1 customer experience banner. Bought a truck less than 6 months. Check engine light turned on my backlights dont work. I finally had time to take my truck to the dealership mindful I live in Fontana, CA. Took it in Saturday at noon, started good i was dealing with John Keller in service dept. Explain my problems told if I didnt have the extended warranty they couldnt do anything and I was under the impression I have one of warranty, if anything happens to my truck it will be covered after the year your on your own. John Keller told go speak to someone in finance, to him Tim sold me the truck, John took me to the receptionist called for Tim in finance. He saw me never came and asked in the waiting room someone asked for him nothing just ignored me.Around 3pm I received a text saying your vehicle is in great hands should be done shortly. 4pm came around no update on my vehicle, by 4pm the service dept. Closed, me thinking they are running late not a problem, they are probably putting gas, washing my truck taking care of me. By 5pm 5 hours later I decided to get up ask the receptionist whats the update on my vehicle brought it in for an oil change, service dept. Is closed been here 5 hours. Receptionist was clueless called for a manager, sales person walked by heard what happened asked around, came but and said it looks like your vehicle is done, told him I didnt receive no paper work, no receipt nothing. My check engine light still on back lights dont work and who knows if they even did an oil change today is Tuesday. I wasnt going to leave a review till i received a text from John Keller that my vehicle is ready and paperwork is ready. That drove me over the edge, I see toyota of Huntington Beach cares about selling you a vehicle, they promise you we will take care of you after. All I got is a sorry and wasted of 5 hours of my Saturday .
Full of employees not wearing masks properly. As a customer with pre-existing conditions just here to get some servicing done, this made me feel incredibly unsafe given we are in the midst of a global pandemic! When I arrived, I was greeted by a man with no mask in sight. Reminder that masks protect others. What this business is signaling is that they dont care if their customers DIE.

Part for anyone like to order parts please don’t pay cash if you pay cash anything happens your part didn’t arrive or is in back order and you like to cancel and get your money back you can’t get cash they will issue you check and it my take week or 2 to get pay back this is how bed and all they can respond to you saying sorry. But your time and your inconvenience is trash to them not recommend the service at there!!

I think this dealership is one of the best in the whole Southern California. I just bought a Toyota Camry from these guys and they were awesome at brining the best numbers out. Shout out to Bobby, he is a salesman at the dealership, and maybe because of him we got convinced to buy the car from them. Also, Kyle the sales manager was very reasonable with numbers and I brought a discount price to match it but instead they were able to beat my discounted price, and I think that’s what all customers want. In the end I think I had a great experience of buying a Camry from here and they really did respected and they were really professional so excellent.

Toyota of HB went above and beyond to help me with my u inquest situation when my Tundra ran into a warranty issue. I initially took it to another Toyota dealership that was closer (to where I broke down) and they were absolutely horrible. After speaking with Cesar and Navy in the service department I had my truck tow to HB and they figured out and fixed the problem. I have bought 2 Toyotas from this dealership and I will never buy a Toyota from another dealership again. I highly recommend Toyota of HB
We love the car we ended up buying but our experience was not the best. We were not able to test drive it the first visit because the battery was dead. We ended up purchasing it and the spare key was not available at the time but we were told we would get it soon. Three months later and after a bunch of back and forth with the salesperson we still did not have the spare key. He did not seem to put any effort into getting it for us after the sale was made. We came in for an oil change and were passed around to 4 different people before finally getting the key made. Overall it was a very frustrating experience for something that shouldn’t be that difficult for them to take care of.

These guys are amazing! They made our buying experience so easy when we bought our 4Runner back in September. Easy no hassle experience, so good that we gave them a try again this January, and they didn’t disappoint! They bent over backward to make us a deal that not only put us in the truck I wanted but a deal that made sense and made us VERY happy. We travel about 4 hours each way to do business with them, that’s how great they are. We would rather travel that far than deal with any dealers near us, plus they can’t compete with their deals. They have our business from now on.

Bought a car. Was lied to about the features. When I questioned it I was told that no one told me that. Clearly I wasnt paying attention when I spent that much money. Sales people are shady. The finance people seemed honest but then again their could be a ton of mark up on the vehicles and they dont need to push. Had to have a warranty item dealt with recent and was basically told I was a liar when I questioned why my new car came back with scratches on the interior. Mind you they never bothered to fix the original issue. Theres a toyota dealership in Garden Grove and one in Carson. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this dealer. You can find the same cars elsewhere...

2 hours! Actually 1 hour 50 minutes. That is how long it took us to walk in the dealer look at the car we wanted fill out the paperwork and drive off the lot with it. Absolutely goes without saying you have to have your homework done narrow down what vehicle you want, MSRP, options, dealer add-on, financing, your FICO score from all three agencies. We walked in knowing what car we wanted the salesman brought it down for us went for test drive offer counter-offer accepted. Paperwork was being done as the vehicle was being prepped car was finished with prep paperwork complete we walked out done deal. You the buyer have to know what you want and realistically what can you have the dealership has to have Sharp Staff which they did it was handled professionally courteously quickly and above all accurately by the way this is our third vehicles from Toyota of Huntington Beach. All have been handled in the same professional efficiency this one was just a lot faster.

We called over to Toyota of Huntington Beach and instantly felt better about trying to buy a car. My husband and I promptly left South Coast and went to Toyota of Huntington Beach where we met with Quinten and bought an awesome 2021 Venza within about 10 minutes. DREAM CAR BUYING SITUATION!! Everyone was respectful, fun and willing to work with us on what we needed/wanted. Mike was also very informative and helpful. Tim in financing was also very fun but professional to work with. When I found out that my car was going to be totaled, I went to HB Toyota to look for a replacement. I was specific on the make and the color They had it. They made it super easy, did all the paper work, kept it till the insurance money came in, and were super friendly. I will be doing all my maintenance there too.

I went to several dealers throughout the week and Matt offered me the best overall deal on our 2018 4Runner. Drove down from Pasadena looking to get my family into a new tundra which has been our families dream vehicle for years. With the great help of Patrick and Zack we were able to make our dreams a reality. Our new truck has tons of space making traveling so much easier with kids and the grandparents we go on random full family road trips just to grocery store because everyone wants to ride along inside the new Tundra. Can’t thank these guys enough. The sale and the whole procedure was a breeze, didn’t feel as if we had to arm wrestle ourselves into a great deal. I love that the negotiation experience, that we all typically dread, was about 5 minutes long and how Alexander, the service manager, came out to our table and sat with us; there wasnt a long back-and-forth process, but a quick deal was made. I have had 3 follow-up phone calls from their staff making sure I am happy with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Toyota Of HB for your new vehicle. It was nice to get a wash and vacuum after only spending $800 but whom ever vacuumed left a bunch of small rocks on the drivers side mat . I know it is a small thing - but if you are going to do something why not do a complete job ??

Had a condescending saleswoman named Rachel or ali Russel. She stated that the car is too much car for me. Lol. She has no idea how much money i make or anything. But i wont personally insult her on her intelligence or ignorance... Definitely not coming back to this store. Also to note they are not about giving any discounts so dont expect much. Keep it up guys thats how you lose customers to your competitors.

Staff need more training on customer service. Make customers feel welcome even no deal happen.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Toyota and tneir service department. I was with Ford for awhile and I absolutely hated dealing with their service dept. Toyota makes it simple. Both times Ive been in, my wait has been about an hour. Not bad for not having an appt (and getting there early enough). I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealership and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
As part of my minor servicing, it was clearly stated that a complimentary car wash was included, but my car was returned to me as dirty as when it went in. Otherwise, all the inspections were performed as far as I can tell.

Having grown up in HB I expected much better from Toyota of HB. I came into to test drive a Camry. A young employee in training came up to me to ask . Though he was friendly, another guy the trainer came up and was correcting him on how to talk to me. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable.I asked to speak to to a manager as neither young man seemed to know anything I MEAN ANYTHING on the Toyotas ( I had done my research and had simple questions). I asked to speak to a manager and then this man came out after eating a fast food hamburger with ketchup on his shirt. One of the boys I was originally talking to started texting on a cell phone.I was seriously so uncomfortable by the absolute trashy conditions and lack of professionalism I got back in my car and got the the hell out of there. Seriously?Not amused.
