Carol is the best. The best customer service I have ever had. Carol is very knowledgeable, sweet and patient. I have foot problems and she knew exactly what I needed to for my feet. Definitely would recommend to go see her. I will continue to go see her for my foot wear. Thank you Carol.

Very unprofessional. I called before going into the store explaining the situation of my dad’s feet. They didn’t really helped or were offering solutions when we were there. The lady took our phone number so they could call us back and let us know what they found out with the factory. Never got a call back from them and I did notice that they did get my number correct. So if you just want comfortable shoes I would give them a try, but if you need any special accomodation then I wouldn’t recommend them. So either go somewhere else or please don’t be Mexican like us. Maybe that was the problem.

I used to buy shoes at any store and decide on my own what will work after walking arround for two minutes. I went to Foot Solutions at my Dr.s suggestion because I was having foot problems. Because of their expert advice, I may have avoided surgery on my foot. Even if eventually it comes to surgery, I have the highest respect for this group for their expertise and knowledge on feet and shoes. They may be a bit higher priced than standard fashion shoes, but you will not have sore feet and ankles.

Nice place, and Beth was exceptional! 5 +stars for customer service. I need to add to my review- I wore the shoes I bought all day and even walking the dogs to test them. Im walking more like myself than an old lady. I have no foot pain! I no longer want out of my shoes the minute I walk in the door. Thank you

What an amazing team and what a fantastic shop for any feet including the unusual ones! I brought in a rather picky customer, and she was treated like a princess! Cathy is a shoe Maestro - I have no idea how she did it but produced shoes that we had not even thought of, and they worked brilliantly! Thank you to Beth, a very able and sweet magicians assistant for keeping us hydrated and encouraged. We left feeling like we had won in every way!

Weve dealt with them for three years. They were great at finding sandals that would fit my size 16 narrow feet. When Ive needed something on short notice Carol has been very clever in finding ways to get it for me. They always respond quickly to requests. While waiting my turn in the store Ive been impressed in how hard they work to help customers find what they need to take care of their foot problems. They are knowledgable about feet and shoes and unfailingly courteous to customers. If they dont have something for a customer they clearly say so. Ive recommended them to numerous friends and will continue to do so.

I dont have a medical need for any special orthodics but do have a difficult time finding shoes that fit. Carol worked with me quite a bit and found several different options that fit my wide feet. The one I liked was not quite the style I was looking for so she ordered one from the same manufacturer that was closer to what I was looking for. Overall a very good experience and I plan on shopping there again.

I had developed a severe problem with degeneration/collapse of the ligaments holding together bones in my foot, producing severe pain when I would walk As a physician, I was somewhat skeptical that orthotics would improve greatly this condition. However, I was delighted to find that the orthotics /arch supports they made for me made it possible to once again walk for as long as I liked without pain.

I buy 2 país of shoes. Aré very expensive and one dont fit well and I try to return. And they aré very rude they dont give the money or credit back.
