I took my dad to ideal feet more than five years ago to purchase inserts. He really likes them and wore them all the time, recently he asked me to take him back to get a new pair as these have a lifetime warranty. I took him where we went previously and that location is closed however I called the corporate number from their website and was able to get in contact with a man who was extremely nice and accommodating and he met us at the other location and swapped out my dad’s pair at no cost .my dad is now happy with not hurting feet

It works!My parents purchased the idea feet orthotics for me when I was a teenager due to the knee and ankle pain I had every day. Those inserts changed my life. 10 years later, after moving away from the Tulsa Oklahoma area, I returned to the Houston area and made an appointment. Ernest went out of his way to make an appointment for me last minute while I was in town. He honored the warranty provided under the old owner of ideal feet. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has ankle, knee, hip, back, and/or neck pain.Just a heads up that there is a new location and an appointment is required!

I wear my ideal feet shoe insoles EVERYDAY in my work boots. I had tried numerous military issues insoles in which I never found any relief. That all changed the first time I wore my ideal feet shoe insoles which where brought out to me all the way in Virginia. So thank you rauf f and ideal feet for changing my lift and making my job as a job as a service member ten times more comfortable!!!

I purchased a pair of Ideal Feet inserts more than ten years ago. Recently one of the inserts developed a crack. I call Ernest with Ideal Feet in Houston and inquired about getting a replacement set. He was responsive and helpful. In fact, Ernest actually met me to deliver the new inserts to me. Now I am good to go for another ten years or more. Thanks Ernest!

The customer service was great and the inserts are heaven. I literally wear them everyday. They provide such a relief, youd have to feel it yourself to understand. I also like how they do let you test them out before you purchase. Once you put them on, youll never want to take the off!

Was recommended by my Podiatrist. I suffer from lower back pain from being pigeon toed and extremely flat-footed. I would have to throw my shoes out after just a few months of use because they would get worn out by the inner sides. After getting fitted by Mr. Wallace who was extremely knowledgeable about the Orthotics, I immediately felt the difference in my back and as a plus, improved my posture. Ive tried the insoles for a few months now in my work boots and it does make a difference. I wear my boots all day long and the feet tend to get tired. But since Ive dealt with Ideal Feet my feet actually do feel very ideal at the moment. Not to mention the rest of my body as well. Thanks again Ideal Feet...

This store was recommended to me by nurses at St. Lukes Hospital (where I work). I have plantar fasciitis, it was not going away despite doing stretches recommended both on the web and by nurses & doctors at St. Lukes. The service is wonderful and helpful.I purchased two pair - one for training my arch and one for day-to-day wear. For the trainer, Im supposed to wear it 1-hour for a few days until my foot gets used to it, then 2, hours, until I slowly approach 8 hours. They are uncomfortable, however after wearing them the night I got them, I noticed quite an improvement. In the morning its still painful, but not as bad. It does take several months to heal, so it wont go away immediately, and I know that.As for the purchase, they were very expensive: $400. They told me upfront that there are no refunds. However, for that $400 you get lifetime service. That means they will replace them - as I loose weight, my foot will change a bit, and they will be replaced. They told me to come back in 6 months because by that time my foot should have healed and adjusted shape. That way they could ensure that I have something that will continue to help me.The $400 is preventing expensive visits to the doctor. Their first step besides ibuprofen would be injection of steroids to decrease inflammation, and if that doesnt work, it would be surgery.I did my homework, and Im surprised at the two negative reviews. If I think about it, I will update this review in a few months.

My wife and I went to ideal feet. The sales person was annoying but we thought the product would help our plantars fasceitus. The inserts made our condition worse and we returned them to the store where we had been told there was a money back guaranty. We were told we signed a form saying that we agreed to a 30% charge. When we asked to see the form we signed we discovered that when we were given the charge ticket to sign there was information including the indication of the 30% charge, among other information. We were told we were informed of this by the salesman. That is a lie as we would never have purchased an expensive product with a money back guaranty if we knew money back meant only 70%.My podiatrist said they are a scam and I agree. If your doctor wants you to have orthotics he will make them for you. Avoid these folks at all costs.

Today, June 8, 2013, I returned to the store after my initial purchase that was on July 7, 2012, for my adjustments. I am extremly happy with my first purchase almost a year ago. For the past 2 months I started feeling somethiing different when running, some pain in my knee and hip rt side. Today, I went back and I was tested again with footsole inprints by Mr. Fred Aguilar and I got new inserts 2 pairs for sport shoes and casual shoes. Mr. Fred is very knowlegable and professional person. He answered all my questions and gave some good advice.I am 49 years old and quite still very active. I walk and run a lot and I officiate good number of soccer games. I was very happy with my first pair of inserts. My back and hip pain disapeared and I my feet were not feeling dead tired even after doing three soccer games in a row. I can say, I am happy with every dollar I spent on this purchase. I would recommed it to every body with foot pain especialy for plantar fasciatis. I am glad I heard about this product thanks to Michael Berry show on KTRH 740 talk-radio. Thanks Mr. Fred.
