I had a good experience here in June 2020. I remember seeing this Office Depot on the map near work but never stopped by due to the construction of Highway 290. And whenever I came to shop at Randall’s at night, it was always closed.Last week, I had to take some empty ink cartridges for recycling and check out some supplies for working from home. I saw the sign “store closing” and felt disappointed.I thought they would deny all services during the Store closing sale. In contrary, the cashiers were very cordial and helped me like a decent human being. Much better than any other Office Depot stores.It made me sadder as I know by the time I return from working at home after this CoVid19 pandemic, the store will no longer exist. I would have no choice but order online for sure.

Office depot is very good at having just enough. They have a selection that has just enough to get what you need when you cant wait for delivery from some online place. You may even find some really nice sale items.

Easiest place to find almost all if your school supplies needs. Great sales in supplies and list available for public schools in the area. Friendly staff and easy to walk areas. Plenty of parking.

Horrible! Went to get Blueprint printed out and the employee at the printing department was rude and didn’t even know what he was talking about. When the manager was called they didn’t even show up.

I wanted to just have a tech print my emails then scan them and email them back to me. But I had to learn how to do it and all that. Not as easy as i wanted

This is my go to place for copies and office supplies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Willing to help with even the smallest things.

Very attentive always ready to help but not pushy. Very patient and accommodating. There is a clearance section as well.

They take excellent care of their customers. Eric and Samantha are two of the nicest people I have met in retail. Will go again.

I placed an order for a canon printer fax. The ads say it has a fax but when it came it doesnt. Now Im trying to reach someone at the warehouse to get what I actually thought I ordered..

Absolutely ridiculous. Their Same-Day Printing is ACTUALLY three weeks for large orders. They dont call the correct number to alert your, dont honor their own deadlines that they set and provide zero solutions. Theres not a manager at the store at all times to help resolve anything, the chat claims theyll resolve issues and call back in 24 hours, but really theyre 3 days as well. Same day shouldnt be an option for certain quantities and certain stores PERIOD. Alert your customer and ship immediately to get what they need, when they need it. Waste of my time and money, will be taking our business elsewhere.

2nd time showing up here and their big printer wasnt working. Also the 2nd time I sat and waited for 10+ minutes to be told that it wasnt working. Also the 2nd time I told them they should put a sign on the broken printer so that wouldnt happen to people. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm and the printer will either work or I wont wait in line for nothing.Other than that, they always take forever to print and dont always know how to work their printers and computers very well.The office depot on 610 is miles better, but also miles away from me.

Worst office depot I have visited. Tried their same day printing services, the lady had no idea how to use their print program online. Nor did she care when I went in person to pick up. Images came out fuzzy and on photopaper when I made sure to ask for cardstock. She rolled her eyes the whole time stating: No one ever uses this service. I called for manager who agreed with the worker. They asked for people to allow 3-5 days for printing because they didnt have an employee tried on cutting and printing from the online service. I explained this was for an unplanned funeral, therefore really couldnt play 3-5 days ahead. What was the point of Same day printing?

Worst Office Depot I ever been to, its dirty & worst customer service.

I work down the street, and I have always been treated well and taken care of by the staff.

Clean friendly and organized.

It is always so HOT when I go into this location. By the time I get all the things I need for work and make it to the check out line its just become so stuffy and unpleasant. Staff is very childish and somewhat friendly. Theyre always having personal conversations and giggling into their headsets. I try to go to the 610 location now.

Very slow service. A couple of times I went to get some copies and they ran out of white sheets!!

Tried to charge $2.49 a lb for shredding despite the fact that I was told $.99 on the phone and Staples is $.99. Agreed to the $.99 but then tried to make me leave it so they could put into bin later. They did have a shredder which I tried but would have taken over an hour to shred my 20 lbs.Eventually got the manager who had someone take it back to the iron mountain bin. That is what should have been done from the start. Together we put it all in the bin.Incompetent staff and no customer service. I will go to Staples in the future.

Checkout is almost always really really slow. Plan on 10-15 minutes with just one person on front of you.
