BEWARE! They sell on AMAZON and RIP people off! Heres some of their reviews.I purchased a credit card terminal, came not encrypted and wont work with debit cards claims I bought one non-encrypted (reviewed the item and it doesnt say its not encrypted) So he gets me to buy an external pin pad from them for $200 and that also wasnt encrypted. I filed a cliam with my bank. Hope nobody else gets ripped off by these people.Heres some of their Amazon reviews1 out of 5 stars#1 They never ship the item, after a week contacted them they said theyre out of it so I cancelled for a full refund.#2 My credit card terminal came one month later than promised. My credit card processor tried to program it but it was locked. I told the seller that it was locked and he had my credit card processor contact him. They went through it and still could not get it programmed. He said to ship it back. I am now stuck paying to have it insured and returned.#3 I purchased the Verifone VX520 and was told by Office Net Direct that it was compatible with all processors..it is not. I returned it and was told there was a 20% processing fee (I dont feel I owe this because it was not compatible). They charged me over 40% because they said the machine is "locked" now...WHATEVER THAT MEANS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND ITEM.#4 extremely high return fees of over 58%
