Update* this is about the APPLIANCE STORE thats behind it*Decent prices. Thats about it. The service needs improvement massively and the communication is severely lacking. Its like a fell off the back of a truck type feeling of a place. We called ahead to find out what was needed in terms of financing and information and we were told nothing, just come in which we were kinda curious (for lack of a better word) about so we made the trip there. So an hour and a half later we arrive and low and behold there is an application process we couldve filled out prior and known what we needed. My application itself was approved but then asked for identity verification questions that 2 were easy enough and the third was what bank financed your auto loan in November 2016 which I had no idea I paid in-house and never dealt with the bank. Because I answered this one question incorrectly I was denied...so a wasted trip. I wound up just buying a washer outright but was miffed that they told us nothing just come in and it wasnt that way. Besides the point that myself and another shopper had showed up based upon an advertisement that showed a certain set of appliances for a great price. 2 different advertisements and both sets were magically sold just an hour ago with no spaces in the inventory line. The entire operation screams dont do it but when youre desperate for a decent price the predatory nature of this offer is enticing. Regardless I bought a washer and I will update the quality of the purchase in a few months. But dont trust the adverts or the communication.

This is the BEST place to buy a mattress hands down! The couple that runs this place are super nice and considerate! The prices here are SUPER AFFORDABLE! We purchased 2 mattresses on our first visit and got one of them delivered on the very same day! On my second visit, we purchased a box spring to put under the mattress and the prices are still super reasonable and affordable! We also got it delivered the same day of purchase! I recommended this place to my entire family and definitely recommend it to anyone else! I will definitely be returning if I need anymore mattresses or bed frames!

I just recently bought a king size mattress and I am highly satisfied with the price they gave me. They treated us with respect and were very kind to my wife and I. After giving us a price that you just cannot pass on they offered free delivery which is very good. If I can give them 10 stars I would and I will highly recommend them.

I bought a twin mattress and that thing folds up like a Taco. Definitely not what I expected.

Bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer were definitely not cleaned before delivery, hoses/connections and installation not included. Refrigerator didnt work properly. Called and no answer. Had to go back to the warehouse for service. Fridge had to be picked up and removed for repair with no indication of how long it will take.

Kristine was very helpful and patient with helping me find a mattress. The price was also very reasonable and I was able to get delivery the same day. I definitely recommend this place & I love my new bed!

The owners are fabulous and give supurb customer service! But the best part is the great prices they offer on quality mattresses! Just this past year I made 2 shopping trips for mattresses and furniture for my adult childrens apartments. Suren always goes above and beyond and was so accommodating by allowing us to move the delivery dates with no hassles because the apartment wasnt ready in time. Great business. Got a mattress worth $1000 for $400 and they delivered it for free the next day. The owner even helped me set it up in my room. Definately better deals than the mainstream mattress chains!

Good quality mattresses at very affordable prices. I was looking for a mattress for an RV and was able to purchase a queen size, pillow top, and very supportive mattress for less than $300. The service was excellent. You will be buying in a warehouse environment. This is not a posh store in a strip mall or shopping center. It appears to me they are doing a great job of passing he savings directly to the consumer instead of spending it on fancy stores in advertising. Make sure you call before you go as they are a small operation so they may be out on deliveries.

I dont think I have ever had a more personal experience by a more sincere person in my entire mattress shopping career. So I have spinal stenosis and I am really having a hard time finding the perfect mattress for my horrible aching back. I am always in so much pain and he told me what he suggested that he thought might be good for my specific situation. I asked what he uses and he told me. He showed me other options to help me with overheating at night because that seems to be important to me. He just happened to have cooling pillows and cooling mattress cover. I think I got something else too but I cant remember with all this cooling off lol. If you go there tell him that Trisha since you and you will get a good discount and he will take great care of you.

This place is amazing! I bought a mattress here a few weeks ago and it is a secret treasure in old-downtown katy! The owners are so kind and helpful with finding the perfect mattress. They are very patient and let you browse with ease with their great selection. It is a little small but thats what makes it great with their prices as well. You need to make an appointment which makes your shopping easier. They actually stayed opened for 30 minutes after closing due to our rental truck having a pickup delay and we wanted our new mattress and bed frame in there for our move and the truck wasnt ready. They totally understood and waited until we arrived to put the items we bought in the rental truck. I recommend this place for college students for affordable mattress and frugal shoppers

I was searching through Craigslist for an Extra Firm Mattress at an affordable price and I came across Mattress Call. So my wife and I went to check them out. I was surprised to find Brand name Mattresses at fraction of the price. There and then, we bought a set of Ottoman, came back a week later and bought an extra firm queen mattress made by Serta which was delivered the same day. The Mattress was so good that we went back two weeks later and purchased another queen Mattress. Again, delivery was done the same day in the evening.Mattress Call is a small family owned business with very good customer service. I am already saving money so I can go back and purchase a King Mattress to replace the one I have had for more than 8 years.I would definitely recommend Mattress Call to anyone looking for good mattress at the fraction of the price.

Very high quality name brand mattresses at a generously low price. Compared with many other stores around and no one could compare with the prices they had. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable about mattresses and different options. Delivery was quick also compared to other stores. We went in the late afternoon and slept on our mattress the next night. Other stores can book a delivery time for an extra cost and/or wait over a week. Any future needs with mattresses will come here and will also refer friends and family to this place.
