Jacqueline Levine was extremely helpful; I told was sort of mattress I was looking for, and she directed me to the perfect option. Mattress was delivered July 4; earlier than expected👍. The young man was efficient in setting up my new purchase and removing my old lumpy mattress in short order. All in all and exceptional experience; knowledgeable sales associate and excellent delivery service personnel.

I highly recommend this location. I did not realized how poorly I used to sleep until I bought my new mattress. I literally sleep in a cloud now. Mike was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped me throughout the process with his extensive experience. If you dont have a tight budget upgrade your purchase with a massage frame it is a life changing item. Overall, very good value for your money and excellent customer service.

Have not received product yet, so this is purely a buying experience review. My salesman was awesome, very knowledgeable about the product, tried to help save me a couple of bucks, and found the perfect product. Excited to get it and have a great night sleep. Highly recommend. It’s not easy to wow me with customer service, but I was very happy when I walked out.

At the beginning of 2022 I had replacement disc surgery. And although the the surgery went well, I still have quite a bit other pains in my back. I went in in this year knowing that I needed to get a new mattress and decided to go into Mattress Firm just to look. When I got in, Mikey asked what I was looking for and any issues that I had. He spent an hour with me matching the right bed and frame for my needs. He took the time to actually show me what I could do to relieve a lot of the back stress. No hard sales, just knowledge. That’s why I got a new bed from him. I will refer all my friends to Mikey, to help them with the prefect bed for them.

A couple of years ago my wife and i purchased some new mattresses from mattress firm but this time we cheated(biggest mistake ever) we just got a house and new bedroom set we went to mattress one due to the amazing commercials for labor day! Purchased 2 mattresses one for us other for our daughter.purchased labor day. Delivery date that Sunday. I get a call Saturday before delivery that my mattresses were out of stock would get here Wednesday i still agreed to the following Saturday for delivery. I tried calling store ALL numbers out of service. Long story short delivery guys got to my house at 9:45 PM with my order not complete I DECLINED delivery how are they going to sell something not in stock or provide a date when they will be. So today we went to get our money back and back to MATTRESS FIRM we went. Let me tell you as soon as we walked in we were greeted by RICHARD, he explained the process of picking the perfect mattress for our needs and answered all our questions. Once we decided on a mattress he checked if it was in stock! We went in to buy 2 mattress and left buying 3!!! Richard was super nice and helpful not pushy at all. Even my 7 year made a comment on our way back home to my wife” mom Richards so nice” he treated us with respect and honesty! I would definitely recommend this location to a friend.

Very happy with the low pressure salesman, who was very knowledgeable about all their mattresses. And, was very happy with the final price.Unfortunately, their delivery process is unreliable. After using a vacation day to receive the mattress, I never received a scheduling call. Using online chat, I find out - on the delivery date- that the mattress is not available. When I complained that refunding a $99 delivery fee was hardly compensation for wasting my vacation, the response was, “ we don’t recommend taking vacation...”24 hr follow-upI called our sales person who was significantly more professional than chat support and followed up on the issue. While there is no solution for a product not in stock, he did grant an additional discount on the accessories already purchased. By this time, I don’t think there is a reasonable outcome that would have made me “happy” as I have already wasted a vacation day.

We are so glad we purchased our mattress from Mattress Firm Lakewood Forest. Our sales person, Richard, was exceptional. We were greeted when we walked in and given some guidance for some good options for us in looking for a mattress, as we were upgrading our daughters room. He was patient, answered all of our questions, he was knowledgeable and explained differences between the options, he wasnt pushy at all- he was present when we needed him, helpful and friendly. We decided to start our search for a new mattress and went to Lakewood Forest Mattress Firm. We met Richard who began to help us and was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses. We chose our mattress but after sleeping on it for a month decided we need to warranty it due to a defect. We went back into the store and spoke with Richard who helped us get the mattress returned and purchase a new one. Well, our choice turned out to be too firm of a mattress so we took advantage of the exchange policy. After a lot more help from Richard we landed on our current mattress. I purchased a $5K mattress set. After 30 days we decided it was still uncomfortable. I went in to arrange for an exchange under the Happiness Guarantee expecting to pay the $149 fee. I did not expect the grief I was give by the manager that 1) I cant receive the sale price I was originally given on the exchange so she wanted me to pay another $750 in addition to the $149. 2) The store was going to lose so much money on the exchange because I got such a good deal originally and I was basically putting the store out of business. Seriously? Whatever the policy is I am confident that the prices reflect a certain number of exchanges. In the end, I did not pay more than the $149 but I am offended about the attitude I got from the store manager. After all of that, the exchanged mattress was delivered and I am confident that it was used. one side of the bed has body impressions we noticed after the delivery people left. There is no happiness in what should have been an easy process. I am calling them back.

Which is greatly appreciated (and not common enough unfortunately). Other mattress locations can seem pushy, we even tried the sleep number bed place and were not impressed. My husbands back has multiple fractures and the hybrid we tried he said felt the best plus the adjustable base with lumbar adjustment will hopefully be the best thing ever. Absolute best experience for buying a mattress.

Summary: All around one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Jason went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect mattress. He was engaging, respectful, hilarious, genuine, etc. From the perspective of a young-ish female millennial making a first-time bigger purchase, I have comments below...There are two notable things that Jason did that made a huge difference.(1) Jason told me the plan for finding a mattress, and then during the process, he sat on a mattress two mattresses away. and (2) He talked technical with me.(1) I went to a few different stores, and every time I had a man walk me around the store to try out different mattresses. Although I had someone with me laying on the mattress, it was just a vulnerable position to be in. I struggled to get comfortable with a man hovering over me asking me what I thought. At Mattress Firm, before I laid down on anything, Jason told me the process and that I should lay down on a mattress for a few minutes before making a decision. This made me feel a lot more in involved in the process and not just dragged around a store. Also, the other places would hover over me and give me a few seconds to make a decision. At Mattress Firm, Jason would sit (making him more at my level) on another mattress which was at least two mattresses away (gave me enough space but close enough to still be involved). He would give me a quick bit of information about the mattress, and then began to engage in conversation with another member from my family. It made a huge difference. I never feel vulnerable and was able to actually get comfortable.(2) Jason at Mattress Firm broke down every process. I asked for him to give me as much technical information as possible. He explained the material breakdown of each of the mattress I tried, the pros and cons, and the what to expect. When I mentioned another mattress I had tried that they didnt carry, his response was very genuine, he explained the entire history of the mattress, and he went through all the pros and cons. This is actually the point where I decided to trust Jason. Then during the payment process he walked me through everything, and read me like a book when I didnt like the price.Jason went above and beyond. He really worked with me, was honest about everything, and did I mention, we came in 2-ish hrs before closing and stayed at least 30 minutes after closing.

Jason was very knowledgeable and made my mattress buying experience fast and easy. Definitely ask for him when you come buy a mattress.
