Shopping experience was great. Deliveries were on time. Prices are affordable. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and doesn’t pressure you to purchase. When I shop, I like to know help is there close by and not hovering over me. Bought several mattresses, pillows and a bunkbed so far. I will be back soon to purchase new living room furniture.

Here is our story:My fiancé and I were looking for bedroom set, and the ad for Mattress Outlet and furniture came across my Facebook Friday evening. The pictures they had of their furniture is stunning.So I placed a call on speaker phone with my fiancé, talked about getting a bedroom set, then we finally decided on the bedroom set. We paid for bedroom set in full. The person I spoke to, told us “We are stop #6, and will be there Saturday or Sunday (the latest)”.Here it is, now sunday with NO Furniture, hell NOT even a call that they were not going to make it. Instead it’s 2056, and person I am talking to is giving a bunch of excuses of why the did not make it.It would have not been a big deal, however; we sold our bedroom set. Now I have to run to Wal-mart to purchase an air mattress, then take off work so I can get the furniture. That not what really bothers me, it’s the fact my fiancé works over nights in a hospital in covid-19, so she sleeps during the day. Now we don’t know, what time they are showing up tomorrow, what don’t even know if they will show up.We are to the point now if just wanting our money back, we don’t care about the excuses. This can been all avoided with a simple text or phone call. Instead, they basically took our money based on empty promises and a lot of excuses.BUYER BEWARE! BUY LOCAL.

Ordered Furniture back in March of 2019. Was Persuaded into signing up for Snap Financial to get great deal on Furniture(Owner stated he could get better deal by ordering the furniture using this account) . Got my daughters bedroom furniture had to wait for almost 2 weeks for Mattresses. Don’t do the Snap Financial it’s not a credit account as Tad the owner explained it’s a Lease to own account that you pay huge fees to own some less than quality furniture. $1500 in furniture that has ended up costing close to $3200 once I got out of the lease. Sway away from this retailer and their shady way of doing business.

Spent $5,300 2 weeks ago, my furniture was supposed to be delivered within a week, a week goes by and nothing, then it was promised to be delivered Friday, but their “truck broke down” (funny because I see other reviews of customers getting their orders delivered while said truck is broken)... next my furniture was promised today, 1st thing, and no one will contact me back... so I need to get an attorney involved? This is a lot of money, my order should have been here when promised! I would like a refund at this point, because it is apparent that this company DOES NOT care about their customers!!!

Went to this store today the lady was not at all helpful was to busy watching TV no customer service what so ever & will not return ever. Pretty sad

Bought mattresses from here twice in the past. Tad was greatI went today to buy again. Tad was not there. A young woman was there. She was too busy looking at her phone to sell us a mattress. This is unacceptable She can look at her phone when there are no customers in the store. We did not purchase.

I went here a week ago not sure whether or not I was going to buy a couch that day. My husband and I had a set budget we wanted to stay within. I had been here a couple times to check out what they had and found one couch that I really liked but we didnt want to purchase just then. Tad was polite, kind and awesome every time I visited and so I kept coming back each time! He worked with us on our budget, was not pushy, gladly gave me a good visual of other couches they did not have in their store at the time, gave me time to speak to my husband over the phone and I bought the couch that day! We bought a sectional and Tad had to order our couch in as we needed it to face a different way. We received it a week later and the guys that delivered it were quick, efficient, polite and just generally awesome! I definitely recommend Mattress Outlet & Furniture and we will come back here for any other furniture needs we might have in the future. Thank you all so much again for your help and you have certainly earned all 5 stars!!

Phenomenal customer service. Amazing deals on already competitive prices. Tad and Chloe made the experience of buying a house full of new mattresses a breeze. They were very knowledgeable about the products and were patient with my indecision. Tad went the extra mile to get me the best deal possible and Chloe was right there alongside him helping along the way. They were even understanding about me having to bring my two small children along. I felt like I was a very valued customer. I am glad I had the opportunity to support this business. Had continuous issue with having our furniture delivered and just getting the correct items. Took over a month to get all the correct items. Then found they charged taxes for furniture in store but told finance company they didnt but I have a very unprofessional receipt showing that they charged tax. So we were charged tax by finance company and store. Worst furniture experience ever.

I purchased from these guys a few times when furnishing my home. Prices were good and my furniture was delivered when they told me it would be. After my living room furniture was delivered I decided I didnt like it and they allowed me to exchange it with no hassle. But my best experience with them was when another rustic furniture store in the area sold me a broken piece of furniture and refused to help me get it fixed, Mattress Outlet went out of their way to contact the furniture manufacturer and had them send me the replacement part I needed. Ill use these guys again when im in the market.

Great furniture for so much less than the overpriced stores in our area. Tad was unbelievably helpful. Fast delivery and setup. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wish we could give 0 stars the Furniture that is in their store on the floor that they show you, is not what you end up getting!!! Then they dont Fix the problem they just ignore it!!! Total waist of money!! Just save ur time and money and go to a better store! For ur own sake!!!!

The guys here are very affordable and will work with you on anything. We really appreciated there business I would recommend them especially if you are looking for nice rustic furniture they are great.
