Ive been coming here for a few yrs now, this is where Ive gotten all my luggage & travel items. Had to use the repair service & with the life time warranty, it was no sweat, they made it so easy, drop off & pick up when it was ready. Richard & Penny are awesome, always funny, greeting all the customers when they enter the store, very helpful & knowledgeable. They always tease me about having so many of the Briggs & Riley pieces, I could open my own store!! So, of course today, I couldnt pass up the opportunity to add yet another item to my collection, IT WAS ON CLEARANCE!!!!! I think I need an intervention!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin…the service was outstanding. I was made to feel like a celebrity…from a store representative seeing me walk through the door and walking over to greet me, to, when I came back to pick up my repaired bag, the store representative actually wheeling my bag out to me. It was great professionalism and energy. Plus my bag was well taken care of and the issue was handled. We pay a lot for these bags…it only makes sense that we get great service when in need so that we can continue to use them. I got that here, thank you!

They make luggage repairs quick and easy here. Drop off and pick up a few days later. Super helpful staff and very personable. Highly recommend!

I have an older piece of Victorinox luggage that cracked a wheel on a recent trip. I proceeded to try to find a shop near my home who repairs this brand and would honor the “lifetime warranty” the luggage came with.Richard (the shop owner) was extremely helpful, and ended up mailing out the wheel assembly parts I needed free of charge. He honored the warranty on my suitcase where the Victorinox company did NOT.Do not hesitate to check this company out first for your leather and/ or luggage purchases and repairs.They are knowledgeable, friendly and have the integrity missing in so many companies and services today!Thank you again Richard!Sincerely,DarcyHMcKinney, TX

Just have to say that Richard, the store manager, at the Richmond location was beyond helpful and so nice. He truly understands what excellent customer service means.We live in The Woodlands and even though the store on FM1960 is much closer I will Never use them again for my luggage needs... completely useless and could care less about helping a customer ! The extra time to drive to the Richmond store was completely worth it !!Richard... thank you again for all your help ! You were awesome !

We have been customers of L & L for several years. Due to COVID, our Sugar Land location is temporarily closed so we contacted the Houston store as one of our Briggs & Riley pieces needed repair. I contacted the store to discuss the repairs and confirm the hours of operation. I called before the store opened and did not leave a message. Richard Anthony noted our missed call and called us back. After expressing our COVID concerns, he offered to meet us outside so we could drop the luggage off prior to the store’s opening. His customer first and professional demeanor is rare to find today and we very much appreciate his great service as he called us to inform us our repairs were complete and offered to let us come before the store opened and he would meet us outside again. Many many thanks for being the great retailer for Houstonians!!

A great specialty luggage store. Find just about everything youd want in the context of luggage. Service is great. Parking is plenty but given it shares with other stores in that area can be crowded.

Bought a $200 computer bag with a shoulder strap that constantly comes undone when picking up. Response from store, Tough. I believe the store should stand by the products they sell. I would definitely urge people go buy their luggage through anywhere else but here.

After calling countless places looking for a long garment bag for my wedding dress I called this place and the guy that helped me convinced me that they had exactly what I was looking for. Next day I make the hour long drive to get there and the gentleman that was so convincing on the phone tells me in fact they have nothing longer than 40 some inches and that he never said such a thing. He passed the blame onto me accusing me of misunderstanding. I found his behavior very rude and will never shop her again.

Excellent service and very good travel items, although they are expensive, they are of very good quality ... here you can find from the smallest suitcase to the largest one, a variety of colors, materials and styles, power contact adapters, pads, vests, scales mobile for suitcases, luggage identifiers, locks, protectors etc etc
