Went looking for hard to find purse hangers...low and behold they had them! Robin was amazing! She went over and beyond. Great customer service. I was looking to spend a little less than what we paid but the ambiance and awesome customer service was worth what I spent. Besides the accessories seemed very durable. Looking forward to shopping there again!

Manager with brown hair was super rude during the return process. Lame attitude and seemed to take it personal that I was returning it. Weird! I had my receipt, original tag, and tin for my return. The style just wasnt for me. Wont be back! Came in on 5/7/19. The Brighton at The Woodlands Mall is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better!

I’m so disappointed. Bought a few charms a while back and put them in my brighton charm baggy, when I went to take them out, had turned black and dull looking! Never buy their stuff again. Only James Avery.

Great customer service, will come shop again

I bought a bag here. They said it came with a free cleaning for a year or something like that. They took my bag kept it for a long time (3 weeks a more than a month cant remember) and when I came back for it noticed they hadnt really cleaned it at all. I havent came back to buy a purse again. They raised the price on some earings as well.
