Customer service is terrible. We walked in and where the only ones there and the employees didn’t even bother acknowledging we were there both girls kept talking to each other I even thought she was an employee helping a customer not BOTH employees.LAZY. Then she started talking to the security guard about his salary and bla bla. Never approach never acknowledge us service was not what I expected. Maybe they should go to gucci store and learn from them. Their service is on point every single time and always make you feel welcome. Next time I purchase from CL will continue to be online.
I came in to your boutique over the weekend for a pair of Louboutins, my first ever pair. When I entered, I didn’t feel overwhelmed by sales professionals. I was allowed to look and then when I was ready I was attended to at once. Jackie assisted me in the fitting of a couple different pairs and answered all my questions. During check out, I couldn’t believe when she told me she wasn’t a sales associate but just an assistant. She was so helpful, friendly, and had a great personality. She will be the reason I return for my next pair. She went above and beyond to make this feel like a super special purchase.
I Came to this store from out of town. When I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. The sales person I had was Beatriz and she was extremely nice and suggested I try on my shoes. She also let me walk around the store in the shoes to make sure they were comfortable and the right size. I purchased the shoes as a graduation gift to myself! I had a great experience and I will be back !
I shopped at the store and I bought two pairs of Christian Louboutin, one heels and one men spiky loafer total of $2370.68 on 04/10/2021. The next day I went back to the store and return the mans spiky loafer and the sales associate took my card and says it will be refunded. After almost 5 months now its still havent refunded the $1400 to my credit card. I tried to call the boutique many times it always keep me on hold or leave to voicemail and no one calls me back. At this point Im writing on Yelp hoping the sales can get back to me and refund my money or I have to call my credit card and report it as fraud. Thank you.
We waited almost AN HOUR outside waiting for our turn to go inside. Theres only one lady inside who were just looking on things but didnt buy at all for an hour. When we got inside, I grabbed the shoes I want paid and left. Didnt even take me 10 minutes to do that. Staff are very judgemental too. As if theyre judging you if you can afford. They were surprised when I got a thousand worth shoes. Louboutin is pricey but staff shouldnt be like that, as of they themselves can afford to buy it without employee discount.
My husband and I visited the Louboutin boutique in Houston this weekend and had a wonderful shopping experience! We worked with Daisy Ramierz and Beatriz Rivas and both ladies were wonderful! Daisy demonstrated truly exceptional customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. She was extremely patient and answered all of my questions about the shoes I was interested in and gave honest feedback! Beatriz was also extremely helpful and professional. She and Daisy were a wonderful team and helped my husband and I select the best shoes that matched the style we were looking for. When we arrived home I noticed that one of the dusters for my pair of shoes was missing. I called the boutique and Beatriz will have the duster mailed to me Monday! This is exactly the kind of exemplary customer service I would expect at a Christian Louboutin boutique. Thank you Beatriz and Daisy! We look forward to shopping with you again soon!

My experience was OK. No one even acknowledged us we walked in. We had to ask someone could we try shoes on. When we spent 2500 without looking at the price tags there attitude change to friendly we were profiled at its greatest disappointment 😞 but I love my shoes
So wanted to buy a special gift to my self and have something unique a d experience the customer service...But the experience was nothing like I expected and made me not want to spend my money there...Waiting on the line for 30min (1 customer at a time) and after entering I was expecting greeting assistance but nobody helped me for 10 min or so...The girl was rude and very short on our questions so I am glad shoes didn’t fit they way I was expecting them and didn’t spend my money on such unwelcoming shop...

Hello everyone I decided to write a review to detail my experience pertaining to the store. I read all of the reviews and I was VERY apprehensive about coming to the store and making a purchase. After I read the reviews, I went to the store and bought a pair of shoes from the store on 28 August 2020 and I had an excellent shopping experience.I believe the salesperson was Anthony. He was very helpful and attentive and a great salesperson. Well, the shoes did not fit my wifes foot, so I returned them the next day and Beatrice helped me with the return and exchange. She was also excellent and very attentive and that was great b/c she probably didnt get the commission. Both of the employees were great and provided excellent customer service.Lastly, I wanted to say that they didnt appear to profile me b/c I am a black man and I wore a soccer jersey, jeans, and driving shoes and I was treated with the utmost respect. Thank u again Anthony and Beatrice.

Attention Janice, as a customer I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at your store recently and the behavior of one of your employees, that was totally out of line and disrespectful. This man communication skills was very angry. We tried to obtain information at the door and when we approached the door he came up directly to our faces confronting us telling us to back off that we’re not allowed to touch the door and that “ what we gone do about it?” And that we were stressing him out at the end of the line, No social distancing at all. That is extremely unprofessional whatsoever. This store is a high-end luxury store and I’ve always enjoyed visiting but this has opted me out. I believe he was the person working in the back taking care of the door guests at the time as we waited to come in while the actual security person was out on break. This type of situation was very uncomfortable and confrontational to me and my family as a customer I will not tolerate being treated this way. Kelly was nice enough to apologize about this mans behavior towards us but I will not be coming back!!!!!
There is a salesperson who works there, her name is Kelly L. She sells the incorrect size to customers and stamps Final Sale on the receipt so the customer can not return or exchange them. She takes advantage of (men) customers purchasing CL items for their significant others by any means necessary. Do not buy from this location! Buy from Neimans or Saks or another retailer where you are allowed to return or exchange.
I just tried to go in to this store to buy a pair a shoes. It is posted here that they are open until 6pm and we got there at 4:40 and we’re turned away. Apparently they close at 5 and didn’t have time to let me in. I’m very annoyed as I now have to drive across town again on another day (or buy a different brand) because they wanted to close up shop early.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They usually have everything im looking for in stock.
Not a good customer service.When i first arrived at the store I had to approach the sales guy because he was ignoring me. Note the store wasnt busy at all, I was actually the only one trying things out. I asked him a couple of questions regarding the difference between Kate and So Kate, and he was giving me really short and sarcastic answersWhen i was trying the shoes on he didnt show himself available to help me with sizes or any other query i had.I bought the shoes and i love them, but next time i will definitely get them from Saks
Awful customer service, first time ever I write a review. The staff are judgemental and racial profilers. Seriously, in Sams Fifth Avenue it was a whole lot better and GUCCI store staff were so much better. Buy the shoes online or go to Saks Fifth Avenue.
Great service here. They answer all of your questions and are at your service the entire time you are in their store. The sales clerk make shopping here an experience you wouldnt want to miss.
I would give Ana and Carolina 5 stars they both were very helpful and fast with their resolution. I had quite the situation but the end result was amazing. The phone communication is poor for one week nothing until I spoke to Carolina and another 2 weeks until I spoke to Ana that I was able to get the pair I was looking for. The feel in the boutique could improve in terms of their welcoming you know ..the over all experience because the product you are buying is of quality and expensive. Its the Main store in Houston so definitely the expectations are high. If you are buying in store and they have what you need then you are in good shape. if not make sure you deal with the managers to get what you are looking for.
I went to the Galleria the other day and saw this new store. My wife and I went inside since she loves their shoes. She likes more of the classic looks, but is interested in each new collection. We were shocked to see that this location was actually quite big. They have a lot of womens, mens and accessories.
Awesome experience with the pretty blonde manager I forgot her name but she made feel very comfortable they went out of their way to get my shoes!
I bought my wife a pair for our anniversary. 11/15/17 Then another in December for Christmas. I was treated HORRIBLY!! Way to much to type after I told my wife she then told me she had the same buying experience when she went in only one month earlier. We are talking between $2000 to $3000 dollars for shoes. I filed a complaint online with the cooperate online person, never heard anything. We returned the second pair and went else where. I would suggest buying online if you must have a pair!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! This is one of the worst buying experiences we have had. So you have been warned!!!
Just because my wife wanted those 1000 dollar shoes, but never again I will spend such amount to be treated so awfully with that passive aggressive attitude. If you guys want to buy these heels here, be my guest. I would rather go to Neiman Marcus or 5th Saks avenue. I have never ever written a bad review or comment about any store, place, restaurant, etc. However theres always a first time. If I could give zero stars to this place, I would, but cant do less than 1. If you wonder why Im so disappointed, its because I returned some shoes because the size was not correct and it looked like they didnt like that. I got the exchange and so, but the attitude was way to low to bare.

Save your money and your time. Variety and customer service way better at Saks or Neimans. Return policy is only 14 days. And don’t you dare even try them on at home cause if there is so much as a pin size dot on the sole when you try to return them they will turn you away. I have multiple designer shoes and the one unusual time I buy from this store I had problems. I should have read these bad reviews before I shopped there. Never again.
Don’t even go there they sale broken shoes to me. When I was trying the shoes at the store i noticed that the right shoe were shaking and the lady lied and told me that it’s because it was my first time 2 days after I went to New York for my event and the shoe were still shaking. I went to return it they were talking nonsense and lying and say call customer service. They need to fire all them people working there they will lie and say anything to sell. My friend and I were ignored for almost 30 minutes while patrons that walked in long after us were helped. When we finally got the attention of a condescending sales associate and tried on a pair of pumps that didnt fit, we were not offered an alternative size. Ended up going to Saks and purchasing from their friendly staff.
I when in the store today. I was very disappointed and disgusted. There was a salesperson (Asian girl) helping a customer, while the other two are hanging out by the counter on their phones. I had to the salesperson who was assisting her customer, if she was the only one working. Thats when I realized, it was 2 more working. This is a high end price store to receive that kind of assistance...better yet no assistance.
The WORST customer service. This store is extremely short staffed and on top of that the staff that is working will NOT assist you. I have been in twice, once to buy and once to exchange and the service was equally as bad both times. The sales lady, Mariam, to be exact, won’t even acknowledge you until you absolutely beg to be assisted. Even after being acknowledged don’t expect speedy service. You are guaranteed to be talked down to and cut off from speaking multiple times, it’s one of the few services the staff will offer you. Customers who walk in willing to pay thousands for their shoes expect service! The staff at this location need a reality check, they are shoe salesman NOT Christian Louboutin himself. Will NEVER buy or shop at this location again.

I was on the hunt for the Cabata tote bag black calfskin. The Cabata is one of my favs next to the Eloise. I called the Christian Louboutin Galleria and Miss Miriam reserved the last one for me! I walked into the store and was immediately greeted with warm smiles and greetings. Right away I was assisted by the lovely Miss Miriam. There was another young lady, Miss Beatriz, who was also kind and welcoming. Miss Miriam was very helpful and she definitely knows her bags. Thanks for the wonderful experience ladies. Ill be back again soon for my birthday!!!
This store is trash. They only letting one person in at a time but allow of family of 4 to all go in at once?! Make it make sense!!
I’ve given this store and it’s staff 3 chances to correct their horrendous customer service but they have failed for the final time. It’s like they are silently screaming “no we don’t want to make commission off of you!” No effort or care especially from the young lady I encountered on 7/18/18. Looking to purchase two pair and put another coveted pair on order to be delivered I was only given “no we don’t have that size” without actually looking in the inventory or in the system. Did I mention we were the ONLY ONES in the boutique?! As I left disgusted yet again I made my way to saks 5th (which is where I debated going in the first place) where I made my purchase there. Never again!

I was very excited to finally have a Christian Louboutin store in the Houston area, looking forward to my first visit here I stopped by last night around 7:30pm and was disappointed with the experience.K has been wanting a new pair of CLs to wear for special occasions so we decided to check out their formal shoes. There were no employees around to help us out or answer our questions. Two employees were in the middle of the store literally trying on the shoes in the store.While we were in the very back of the store there was a man there also trying on shoes asking us how we liked them. At first we thought he was just a customer like us but then other people started coming up to him asking questions about the shoes.. wait what? Yes. An employee was asking us how we liked the shoes on him while we were waiting to get some help.The store was not busy at all, the lack of customer focus is unacceptable and I expect so much more from Christian Louboutin boutiques.

My husband for our 5th anniversary took me to Christian Louboutin Houston Galleria location to buy my first pair! I was overwhelmed with the dedication the sales persons displayed to find me the pair I had always wanted, but had never been able to find in my size 11, which turns out to be 13 or 43! The Pigalle 100 arrived in less than a week, the are beyond my wildest dreams. They actually measure 120mm, could not be happier. The sales persons I believe, were Ricky and Carolina, both the best. I placed an order with them for a pair of Soo Kate, waiting for word on their availability!
