The manager at Joe Myers Kia has a huge heart! We had some issues with my Kia Optima a couple of times and both times Jason the manager was so helpful! I will definitely go back if Jason is still there. He is honest and sincere! I have been buying Kia for over 15 years but people like him take it to another level. Thank you again Jason for helping me with my car and repairing it so quickly!
I would to thank Michael and Polad for their hospitality and excellent customer service! They made my son’s first car purchase experience easy and prompt! Michael was excellent in his customer service and keeping in touch with my son knowing that we were driving in from San Antonio! Polad even offered us to camp for the night at his place if we didn’t feel like driving back home! But we had clear skies and no traffic and we made it home safe! They really made us feel comfortable so thank you for that! We will be back to purchase again!
Very upsetting. Service department never be gives good customer service. They dont care about the customer. Just checking your car can take an hour or a week. They dont care that its your only car. The people you talked to always seem unhappy and unwilling to give good service. I will never buy a car at this dealership again. The salespeople are good, they are awesome. But. Service department just isnt..
Our experience with Hung Pham was fast, friendly, informative, and efficient. I had already done a lot of research prior to coming to the dealership so I had explained to him the minor things that were important since I already knew which model I wanted, just needed to know a little more info and see the Seltos for myself. He was super friendly and patient which we definitely appreciated since we showed up at 6pm on a Friday. He made the process go fast and easy and he even filled out paperwork ahead so that everything would go by fast and smooth with finance. It was a pleasant car buying experience!
This review is directed at the service department, I have no experience with the parts or sales portion.I called a week ahead of my desired date to schedule warranty work for my Forte. i was told that a appointment was recommended and did so. I showed up on time as was informed it was a small software update and would not take long. I informed the service advisor upfront that I needed to depart no later than 1 hour later. At the 1 hour mark I saw that my car wasnt even looked at yet and requested to bring it back so I could leave. I was offered to make another appointment and come back, obviously that was not an option.I am giving it 2 stars on account the service department folks were pleasant and professional, just couldnt deliver on service.

The service department here is THE absolute WORST that I have ever experienced. Im only speaking of the service dept.I took my vehicle in for a back latch that went out, covered under warranty. Fixed. However when I got it back ot was then leaking water from my back window sprayer in to vehicle, the horn went out, and my key was suspiciously unprogrammed. Finally got an appointment to take it back 3 months later. Horn fixed. Back window sprayer fixed. During this visit they sat something on my hood and scratched my vehicle. They offered to get it taken care of, rightly so. I then had an appointment to bring it back a couple of days later and theyd give me a rental. Took mine back, got the vehicle...what was said to take 2 days ended up being nearly 5 WEEKS.The ONLY feedback that I got during those 5 weeks was when I called, stopped by, or reached out to someone in management. None of my calls were answered. I received ZERO calls with updates. I had to call someone in the sales department to get them to walk over to my CSRs desk to get him to pick up the darn phone. When I finally spoke with him I asked for the person over him. That person, Jason, would only respond to emails. At least he responded. However, even he told me that they had to send my vehicle to the body shop but assured me itd be back that week, which was week 4. Didnt happen. I was called week 5 with the original CSR telling me it was ready.Got there to pick it up, it was not locked, and it was dirty as hell. They couldnt even wash it before calling me.My key still was not reprogrammed and I simply REFUSE to go back for anything else because they suck and I dont want to be without my truck for weeks or even days over a key...so Ill deal with it for now.I live in Jersey Village and I will drive way to Conroe to Cowboy Kia (where I purchased) to get serviced from now on, rather than going around the corner from my house...because these people do NOT care.Im not exaggerating... Not even a little. I cant make this stuff up.
Went in to look at a used Kia. Test drove and loved it. Trying to finance for first time for daughter. Spent 2 hours trying to get finance and price agreement. Left with a decent offer on the table but we needed the night to talk about it. Called the next morning to say yes and…..!!!!!!….suddenly the offer last night was only good for 12 hours!!! What!!! 12 hours from 7 pm is 7 am. You aren’t even open then! Now they want more down at a higher interest rate. Sorry, we don’t do business like that. Now I have to tell my daughter the disappointing news. Lost a potential customer for life Joe Meyers!
I cannot begin to tell you how regretful I am for purchasing my Telluride from Joe Myers. From the moment I bought it, the service department was a nightmare. Now, good luck finding anyone to speak to or return phone calls and emails in the finance department when you need them. You can make your facility all nice and new but it doesnt change the fact that the people that work here dont care about you and ghost you after you purchase a vehicle from them. I will never purchase from them or recommend them to anyone at all.
I made an appointment online after receiving a letter re: a piston oil ring on my car. Randy was the best. He started before the appointment time, came back out in the middle of the appointment to give me an update on what was being doing, and was super personable when sending me off …having fixed two problems with ease. Great people!!
Great, great service. I was in and out so fast for a new battery. I was told that it was under warranty over the phone by Kia and then the dealership said it wasnt. Thats a separate thing I need to figure out but the service department was friendly and fast. Thank you!

What a disappointment, I have bought 2 souls from them. I’m in the process of purchasing a third one. So, I contacted Alex, she has helped me in the past. I asked her if she could provide me with numbers since, I was shopping around and I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. She said sure and to give her some time. I asked her again after a couple of hrs, and she said the managers were busy with other customers, that it would be so disrespectful to stop helping other customer to provide me with numbers, only so I could compare the best deal. What a response after I have bought 2 cars from them. NEVER AGAIN! I guess they only like you if you go and spend your money blindly on them.
My car ran out of gas near hear. I started to walk for gas and assistance. It was so hot, my body temperature and blood pressure went up and my nose started bleeding. They were super nice to allow me to use their bathroom and clean myself up. I whole heartedly appreciate them. They definitely will get my business for my daughters vehicle. 😊😊🙏🏾😊😊

Had a great experience yesterday with Camilo V. in sales and Johnny in finance. I am loving my new Carnival and they both made the process very smooth. The customer service from Camilo was great and we had a nice time chatting while waiting for finance. He was also very responsive to text messages and phone calls.
I received a letter from KIA Motors regarding required updates to the car. I contacted Joe Meyers Kia and made an appointment. I came today and it’s a new facility ! Normally I have had good experiences with this dealer. On my last trip 2 months ago I had a recall fixed which included an oil change. After 2 months of wondering why it was riding so rough I turned to my dipstick to realize I was short 3 quarts of oil. I had it tested for leaks and none were found. My mechanic was shocked that the engine was still operational. so thank you kia for almost costing me a car.
Dropped my car off with them because of some weird noises. They took a whole 2 months to allegedly fix the transmission and asked for two extra weeks to fix my bumper. The car is under warranty and all. Communication with the service representative (Mike) was impossible and when he would answer my calls or come out and meet me in person he never gave me specifics about the progress of my repairs. I was completely uninformed for over two months. When I finally got my car Mike was nowhere to be seen and they had put 300 extra miles on my car. The car was filthy and the carpet and upholstery were stained with oil. Awful place, avoid coming here if you can.
Terrible customer service, not contacting the customer when problems arose. the only time the salesman did is after i went to management. Im still waiting on our 2nd key almost 2 months after purchasing my sorrento (after i was told it shouldve been there already). Also had me drive there to do an alignment, only to have there mechanics leave after they told us when to be there by. I would not recommend joe meyers to anyone nor purchase from this dealership again.

Very disappointed with my overall experience here today. I came here looking to find a deal on a new 22 Kia Telluride. I get there and I was greeted by a lackluster salesman who barely said much to me throughout the process. He gave me a very poor presentation of an EX model they had on the lot. I have had many car buying experiences and this, hands down, was the most rushed, unfriendly, and disorganized experience I have ever encountered over the last 25 years of my car purchasing life.I had an online conversation with the Senior Sales Manager who promised me that he could beat any deal from any authorized Kia Dealer. I brought him a deal that I acquired from another Kia dealership, and he told me in a very professional manner that he was not able to match the deal on the Telluride models. Even though his email said quite the opposite. He did tell me he could work a deal with any other model.However, I came there for a Telluride S series. When I asked him about the conversation we had online, he told me that the conversation was an automated response that was generated by their server. Heres the message I got:Hello Dennis!Thank you for your interest in the 2022 Kia Telluride. I am pleased to tell you that the vehicle is still available for sale! Please contact me at the number listed below at your earliest convenience or simply respond to this email to schedule an appointment time convenient to you. Simply bring us any other dealers price quote in writing on the equivalent vehicle and let me go to work for you! They advertised a wonderful red carpet customer treatment experience, but this visit was quite the contrary from the oldest Kia dealership in Houston. Got a new Sorento from this guys, after 2 days with it I got check engine light, had to drive there to get it checked, thing turned off when I got there.2 weeks after the freaking thing is going crazy, check engine light, security system problems, the seat heater turns on by itseld, its a freaking mess, once you already bought it youre on your own, service department doesnt care, they take for ever to pick up and will hardly work with you with the issue.I should have kept my toyota, this place is bad and you should stay away from it!!!!!

I have bought and leased new/used cars in four different states, including one other location in Houston. Of all these, I have had the best experience yesterday leasing my new Kia Seltos from Joe Myers Kia. Justin in sales and Masoud in finance were simply amazing. I really dislike going to dealerships and being jerked around, and Justin and Masoud were kind, honest, and most importantly, willing to ensure I was 100% happy with my transaction and my car. I took the time to drive out to this location in a thunderstorm from my home downtown, and I would do it again given the experience I will bring my next auto business to them!
Drop my car off at 8:00 in the morning and nobody has got in contact with me went backup there at 2:30 p.m. said the guy that was handling my car was on lunch call back said he just got back from lunch this was 4:30 p.m. now Im stuck with that car when I could have planned one if I had known they werent going to call me. Go to another dealer please.
The service department has done an amazing job in my interactions with them. I recently moved to Houston and I’m very impressed with their staff. They’ve been very prompt getting my car ready on time, and honest about what I did and did not need done. Mike’s customer service is great! He’s a real down to earth guy to deal with.
If I could give zero stars I would don’t waste ur money or time they charged me for a service that I never even got which was an extra $110 dollars. So make sure you go over ur receipts before you leave.

Friendly enough, none of these Kia dealerships in Texas seem to have exceptional standards; no vaccuuming of your car or complimentary anything . My car was brought up done with being serviced as I walked in to be cashed out I still waited for an extra 20 min if not more for them to get themselves organized to actually be waited on to leave.

Juan is a great guy that really take care on the customers.The dealership is under remodeliation so you have to go all the way around via Mazda to get Kia service. This company is doing their best under this harsh circumstances, I wish them the best.They respect my appointment on time so Im happy with it.

I have bought many new cars over the years, but my experience at Joe Myers Kia was exceptional. Hung Pham was our salesperson and he was straight forward, honest and very knowledgable. Our trade in got a fair price, and financing a breeze. By the way, we bought a Kia Stinger and super impressed with the quality and build. — Most refreshing, we weren’t charged any BS fees like “fabric protectant” or other expensive add one. Just the price of the vehicle and delivery, that’s it. Excellent financing options too.
I worked with Breyden and had a wonderful experience working with him. I have worked with many salesman and out of all of them working with him he was by far the best salesman I’ve worked with! (Other than back in the day when I was a salesman for ATV’s) #lol but this young man was a straight arrow. When I had questions he answered and if he was unsure he found the answer for me, he was a very reasonable man whom I would recommend anyone to ask for upon arrival to the dealership!
Worst experience in 20 years of trying to purchase a vehicle. Not only did we waste 4 hours of our time, we actually were told we would owe them $20k AND my $15k trade-in for an overpriced Kia! We have purchased 10 cars in our life and never had an experience like this. I sell $500k homes for a living and can qualify, but cant finance a $60k vehicle without putting down $34k and having $700 monthly payment for 5 years?? Insanity. I actually am so baffled as I write this I am laughing. Please, Joe Meyers Kia, get a better finance dept.Thanks.

The used car manager was completely RUDE!!! When we got there, we told them our price range. They brought 2 cars for us to see. When we started trying to talk price, it was 2-3k more than we wanted to spend. We walked out with the manager YELLING at us that we were rude!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

If I could give less than 1 I would. Im reading other reviews and see the same things happening to me. I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento LX, it was certified pre owned, less than 12 hours later, Im stuck at a hotel waiting for roadside assistance because it wont start. Over the next 2 1/2 Most this happens 6 more times. I take the vehicle in for service on a Wednesday morning thinking this would be a one maybe 2 day thing but I was wrong. When I didnt hear anything by Friday I called them, I was told that they cant get the vehicle to duplicate what I had explained was the issue, they said the diagnostic tests showed the vehicle popping up with multiple codes so they had to investigate each code independently and this is what was taking longer.I started calling again on Monday to no avail. My calls went unanswered and unreturned. I called other numbers to be transferred to service in case they were ignoring my number (which they were). When I spoke to a sales person and explained that no one in service would call me, they said Ill walk over there and have them call you right away, I never received a call. Finally, while I was on hold my daughter called on another line and spoke to someone in sales, told them what was happening and was told that they would go to service and have them call me right away, no one did!I started a chat and told them I wanted the information of the owner, no one else but the owner because I had a major complaint. I never got any owner contact information but did receive a call from a salesman, sad to say but he was the recipient of my anger at this point. He told me he would go to service and have them call me, I said Ive heard that before but he assured me that he keeps his word and he did, I received a call from service.When I spoke Mike J he told me again that they were trying to duplicate the issue and could not l, he said they hooked up the vehicle and there were no codes so they didnt know what the issue was. I told him that he told me before that the vehicle was throwing all kinds of codes and asked which was true? I received more excuses. They had my vehicle for 10 days, they did not offer a loaner vehicle but instead set me up with Enterprise, I found out that on day 7, they stopped paying for the rental and Enterprise was billing me directly (without notifying me).When I got my keys, I went to my vehicle to fin it covered in dust as though it had been sitting in the back 40 untouched for the 10 days they had it in their possession.I called the sales number and asked to speak to a manager or owner of the business. I was directed to Sean Samuel, explained the situation to him and at the time, only thought the rental fee was $150 which he said he would reimburse and send out the following day by overnighting it, I called him back from the service lot and told him about the condition of my vehicle and the total cost of the rental was now $288 after Kia stopped paying for the rental. I emailed him a copy of the enterprise billing and and what my vehicle looked like all covered in dirt and dust (which was not the way they received it). I still have not received a return email or the check they promised I would receive.
Juan did an amazing job helping me throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and maintained great communication. My last visit there wasnt the best. This experience definitely made up for the prior one.
When getting my car serviced, they stole my Texans sunglasses, I didn’t think to make it a big deal and get the person fired but things like this is very unprofessional and unexceptional. How can I trust them with actually getting my car fixed and serviced properly if there stealing things out my car, very sad. I guess low life’s will always be low life’s no matter how good a job they get and it’s sad there stealing from hard working people just like themselves, it’s not like I got it easy, cash doesn’t just grow on trees, I work hard for what I pay for.
Wow! Hung Pham, bravo sir. This is my 5th new Kia purchase. 4 from Cowboy in Conroe which used to be awesome, sadly they’ve gone the way of the rest. The salesman at Cowboy whom failed miserably with the normal BS slipped and told me he located the car I wanted at Joe Myer’s.Nothing to lose so I sent an internet inquiry. Minutes later Hung called me. I asked if he would shoot me his best price and all the numbers, he asked for some additional info and in ten minutes I had the numbers. I told him I would come down at 11 the next morning with my daughter who was purchasing the car have everything ready.I was out of there in1:40 minutes with a trade in and some down payment numbers I adjusted. Hung Pham is a machine, the time mentioned above included a full tour of the car, financing and a briefing on the manual!!Finance with Polad was very easy. I told Hung the day before there would be nothing additional purchased. He said that finance will suggest a couple things, if you’re not interested just say no. I did, it was easy, zero pressure. Polad was friendly fast and patient as I had an issue with how one of the numbers on the contract was derived, he went through the math twice with me, then it clicked and we were done. Like Hung he had everything done.I was a huge doubter and was telling my daughter, be ready go walk, this is way too easy and they beat Cowboy by $2900. Jokingly I told my daughter I felt cheated not having to sit around all day, argue and fight.Hung Pham and Polad great job. TV

Google maps said it was a half hour walk to anywhere with gas so we started asking different places for someone to give us a ride.The people here were happy to help and didn’t ask anything in return. Good people here. If I needed a car and lived in the area, I’d come here.
I called this dealership prior to going there to see if they had the car I was looking for since it was about a one hour drive to get there. The guy in the phone said oh yes we have a few 8 passenger Tellurides and to come on in to make a deal. After a long day of looking and traveling there, come to find out they didn’t have one on. NOT one!! Then the excuses came flowing. How they sell so much and they probably sold within the day... I said I called an hour ago. The guy didn’t know what to say. Hung was awesome and took great care of me. He had alot of work to do to get me the numbers I needed to leave in my new Kia Stinger. Super friendly & informative. Hung made sure before I drove off the lot that I knew what most of the different buttons and options my car provided were for and how and when to use them. Im not one to put bad reviews, but Im absolutely disappointed. Sold me a lemon, they claim theyre going to fix it, promised they would deliver the part needed to the service department and now theyre screening my calls. No one has called me back. Ive been with a broken down truck for 2 weeks now. Mind you, I purchased this vehicle in mid June 2020 Its beginning of Sept. I cant even image what situation I would be in if I didnt purchase the warranty.This is an update to my post above. My vehicle was repaired and picked up Wednesday 9/9/2020. Well today the vehicle died AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME in 3 MONTHS! DO NOT TRUST THEIR USED CARS!

He treats people with respect, and I never have to worry about being cheated on the price of a car. He makes transactions feel easy, quick and painless. My son bought his first car from him in 2017, and he just bought his second car a few weeks ago. I ended up buying the same car because it’s so beautiful and it was perfect for me. Mike Jarboe was very unprofessional and rude. Didn’t honor the Kia extended warranty and tried to get extra cash off me because I’m a young women who he thought he could get over on. I went to another KIA and was properly service and taken care of .
I purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Forte EX yesterday and I still cant believe how my purchase went and how I was treated by Joe Myer Kia! Through my USAA APP, I was referred to Joe Myers Kia, I was contacted by Hung Pham immediately. My husband and I had very bad experiences with two other local dealers that shall not be named, so naturally we were very apprehensive. Hung was amazing right from the start! He promised not to BS us and throughout the entire process he held that promise. I couldnt believe how quick and smooth everything was. We were in and out. He was great handling the financing company and got our APR down really low. Everyone was kind, professional, and worked hard to get us a deal. We drove off with with a $24K car knocked down to $18K with zero down and they got us way under what we budgeted for a new car including a bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance. We were so impressed by the service and treatment we got we will be in the market for another vehicle very soon and we will definitely be coming back to work with Hung Pham! The way that they approach the car sales business should be the golden standard for how to operate!Theyre not pushy, they ask the important questions and if you say youre not interested in something they actually listen! Yes this doesnt sound like much but it really is when it comes to sales! Most other sales people will try to push their own agenda but not Joe Myers Kia!Am likely to be a return customer with them
They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you want and to put you in what you want. I am very happy with the customer service as well. If someone is looking to buy I will send them there and tell them to ask for Johnny.
Its impossible to get a service appointment here. This might be a good thing though, our cars kept coming out of service with more problems than when they go in.

Improperly balanced new tires purchased from this dealer. Re-balanced once already and still seeing plenty of unwanted vibration. They were quick to get me in on the original appointment, then all of a sudden they’re booked solid for an entire week - for a balancing job! In the meantime car shaking badly with new tires, no good.———UPDATE: I did reach out to Mike Jarboe per below, no response.
If there where a zero star thats exactly what I would rank it. I have had my K900 serviced here for several years. In recent time, The service team changed certainly NOT for the better. I called daily for 3 week to get the status of my car. They never once called me back after leaving 10+ messages. Originally I loved my car, Ive owned other luxury cars and was weary about KIA, but the warranty was the absolute selling point. NOW that things seem to break down regularly, the engagement from the service department is critical. The responsiveness is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Needless to say. KIA will not be considered for my next purchase.
The buying experience here was okay on the day of purchase. Nothing outstanding. The post sale customer service has been overwhelmingly disappointing. I have called multiple times only to leave messages and usually not get my calls returned. On the 1 occasion my call was returned, I was given a brush-off answer. I have had my vehicle going on 8 months, and I called the service department last week and again today only to get a voicemail. Don’t bother leaving a message. You will not get a call back. I cannot get my car aligned because no one has the specs to do it. Someone From the dealership called this morning to ask how I was liking my vehicle (the only follow up call I have received), I reported the issue I was having with the alignment, and all he could do was transfer me to service. Again, I got a voicemail box asking me to leave a message. Seriously disappointing. While I really like my Telluride, I will never use this dealership again!

Mr. Conner made certain that I explored all the possible options available to me.He worked diligently in structuring a financial arrangement with which I would feel comfortable!His commitment to ascertaining I was comfortable and well taken care of during the entire experience, specifically the long and tedious process of finalizing the sale and creating the paperwork, was really in a strong contrast to the rest of the dealership staff!!I will recommend Joe Myers Kia to friends and family, yet emphasize that they deal only with Mr. Conner.He really knows how to conduct business the right way.

If you are sure of which car you want and don’t want to waste time, I suggest you to check the online inventory and asking for prices before stopping by the dealership! I spoke on the phone to Braden I was very clear that I dont want to finance no more than 5000 but Ill go 6000 and thats pushing it I drove 48 minutes to get here just for him not to honor what he told me during the whole two hour process he kept going back-and-forth to speak to the manager I finally just asked if I could speak to the manager and when I went to do so he shoved me out the way and told me that they no longer want to do business with me mind blown I will be speaking to my attorney be careful with this place
