Today SCP missed the opportunity (above and beyond) ordered 10 bags of salt... back my truck to the ramp. How hard would it have been to say “would you like me to put it in the back of your truck” instead two guys went as far as the chain. So above and beyond doesn’t include the parking lot? Interesting and no they weren’t busy.

Refused to give any information about pool covers, after my local pool service suggested I call to ask about product thickness and options.Wholesale-only doesnt mean you shouldnt help customers!South Central Pool Supply lost a sale because I wont be ordering materials from the pool service, if they buy from South Central Pool Supply.
