Purchased hot tub in 2019 from their dealer/distributor for $7,000. One year later 24 of 45 jets stopped working, stopped spinning for the pulsating type. The distributor visited and confirmed the jets were not working properly. The distributor did nothing to resolve the issue. Reached out to Sunbelt in August and was informed they did not get paid by their distributor for the hot tub although I paid the distributor in full. They would not support the warranty. I have a hot tub with 50% of the jets not working.

I purchased a spa from Sunbelt in 2020.Im very happy. The factory where they manufacture them is in Houston, TX. I live not too far away, so I was able to tour the factory. It gave me a sense of assurance that they were legit, there are lots of spa scams on the internet. These folks at Sunbelt are for real. The quality is good, the installation was friendly and efficient, the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend their product.

Nothing but problemsPurchased a Monsoon from them in 2011. Was delivered with a crack in the shell and scratches. Notified them in August 2011 of the issue, when we received it, along with pictures. Don, with whom I dealt with, and to this day retain all the email correspondence, literally ghosted me for a month despite repeated attempts to contact him by phone and then email. Fast forward to April, less than 8 months later, more problems emerged. lights cracked, air control knobs faded, headrests literally melted, the cover straps broke. Don, again, ghosted me, as did Chris. I had document the issues with pictures. After I let them know that if they didnt do the right thing I would have to take more action, they finally resolved the problem.Since then the unit has been fine although the synthetic frame is falling apart. recently decided to again change out the head rests and air control knobs. Called to get a quote. Ghosted for two days. Call back, told the price, I pay the invoice, am told I will get shipping information, and nothing. Four days later a package shows up - completely wrong air control knobs. Call back, send pictures of right knobs, another person asks me which knobs I need. Given I have no idea what the individual part numbers are I ask him, dont you have my original invoice? He says he doesnt. Finally gets around to it, says sorry, we will send the right knobs. Three days later, nothing - I had called back and spoke to the original person who said they would send me tracking info - never came. Second individual who emailed me said hed send tracking information - never sent. Called back up to find out whats going on (mind you these are parts they have in stock), now Im thoroughly annoyed. Finally get original person on phone who, after back and forth, finally sends me tracking info - still waiting on knobs, and we shall see if they are right.So bottom line if you want to deal with a company that thinks the customer doesnt matter, who doesnt stand behind their product, whose product repeatedly fails and breaks and degrades quickly, by all means go with Sunbelt.

I love the Storm Series spa with the volcano for feet. This is my 2nd Storm Series pa in 18 years. But in the newest spa the waterfall housing needs to be redesigned for easy removal and maintenance. The netting to diffuse the waterfall collects scum that decays, is putrid and smells horrible. Nearly impossible to get the cover off to clean without breaking waterfall covering.

We are happy with Sunbelt. Chris showed us all the spa options in detail, gave us a factory tour and managed our order flawlessly. Rick installed an electrical power line for our new spa, delivered the spa, set it up and trained us on the controls. He did an excellent job with every step.

Bought a house with Sunbelt spa. Called on Saturday and said I had questions about the spa and was immediately told service and parts dept isnt open on Saturdays. Told them I didnt need service or parts and was looking for a owners manual download. Was again immediately shutdown and told that I needed to call the service and parts department on Monday and hung up on. So I called on Monday and asked to be connected to the service department. They asked for my name and number and said Id receive a call back. A week later and still no call. Now Im sitting here without a working spa, no owners manual, and still have questions. Maybe Ill drain this thing and drag it out to the country and pop a few AR rounds into it, burn it to the ground, and then post a YouTube video of how to make this inferior product useful. Poor product, rude customer service and false expectations from the company. A trifecta of poor quality and customer service. Just wish ZERO stars were an option.

What a great experience. We purchased a used hot tub from a private party. Worked great at first but then it would not work. We called and had the best customer service from Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us troubleshoot the issue we were having. We are not sure why there arenegative reviews. Our experience was wonderful. From what I understand these are new owners (not sure how long) and they pride themselves on customer service. When I am in need of another hot tub I will certainly be looking at this brand. Keep up the great service. Really getting harder and harder to find.

Weve had a Sunbelt Hot tub for 5 years and use it regularly. Upkeep is minimal, just Bromine Cartridge after adding a little water hardener on fill up. Cost to run is insignificant.Helps with my Arthritis but the best payoff is watching my Grandchildren splash and have fun every time they visit!Our 8 X 8 Tub has all the bubbles on all the right places! Get one As soon as you can. Installation and service is great!

We bought a house in 2015 which included a Sunbelt Spa that was about 7 years old at that time. We replaced a few items on it (new cover, cover lifter and spa cushions) but the tub itself has worked great. We noticed in August, 2018 that the cover we purchased June 1, 2016 was retaining water inside the cover, and by the first of September, it was almost impossible to raise due to the weight from the water. When we did get the cover up, the weight of the water caused the support brackets on the cover lifter to break. I contacted Sunbelt Hot Tubs about the problem and was referred to the new co-owner Pat Murphy. After discussing the problem with him (2-year warranty on the cover expired 6-1-18) and sending him pictures, he agreed the cover should have lasted much longer and contacted the manufacturer on our behalf. Mr. Murphy had a new cover and replacement lifter supports delivered and installed with no charge to us. He was pleasant to deal with and the company stood behind the product they sold (cover) even though they were not the manufacturer. We would recommend Sunbelt Hot Tubs not only for their quality spas but also for their personal attention to problems and right & fair solutions. Pat Murphy was great!

We’ve had our Sun Belt spa for eight years. Our home on the shore of Lake LBJ flooded in October, including our spa. I contacted Sun Belt and they got me all the equipment I needed to put the spa back in service. While working on it, they walked us thru some specific details via phone and text.Why would anyone buy a spa anywhere else? This is an amazing company filled with caring employees.

I have an 11-year-old special edition Sunbelt spa with a mixture of different parts that dont conform to any standard owner manuals. When the control panel displayed a diagnostic code not in my manual, I called Michael in the parts department who did an extensive research on my panel and provided me with the appropriate manual pages to diagnose my problem. He went way out of his way to assist me considering I wasnt buying anything! I couldnt get any help from the panel manufacturer who required information not available on the spa or in my owner manual.

I am currently in the process of buying 2 shells from Sunbelt through a pool warehouse in Denver. Although we didnt ask for a rush on these two shells, we did want to know when they would get here so that we can tear out our existing hot tubs and be ready for these two. We are a Hot Springs resort that has 4 hot tubs that are used at least 8 hours a day, each. Therefore, we did not wish to have them down for any longer than is necessary so when they told our warehouse in Denver (SCP) on 8/6 or so that they were being made and would be shipped on 8-10-18, we tore out our tubs on the following Monday to be ready for them. As it is now 8/28, with still no delivery, you may be able to understand my frustration with this purchase. On top of that, there has been no response to any of the warehouses calls to Sunbelt. The manager is always out or they will get back to them is their continued response (I was in the warehouse yesterday for 2 of the calls so I do know that the problem is on Sunbelts end). Now I have to deal with the extra volume of the Labor Day guests with only 2 hot tubs. I would advise anyone that is asking for a special made shell or tub to not make any plans based on the promises of Sunbelt. I realize that this can cause problems if you are using outside contractors to build up your area in advance of your tub being delivered but if you have the same delays without any feedback, whatsoever, you will thank me for saving you time and money. I have already lost more money than I purchased the two tubs for. We replace our hot tubs about every 3 years since we beat them up with mineral water so I already know where I will not be making future purchases.

Absolutely terrible. Purchased a brand new hot tub, arrived with 3 out of 8 jets not working, has a small crack in the shell. Water was gushing out of pipes because they werent tight. Called the company numerous times, send pictures, no returned calls, emails etc. Will not even tell me what the warranty covers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. I have a product made by their company and their excuse the reason why they cant fix it is because their technician wont drive two hours to look at it. What a horrible way to run yawls business

This company doesnt stand behind their products. We purchased a swim spa shell that had a diverter valve fail causing the tub to shift and damaging the shell. The tub was not even a year old. The previous ownership was setup to come out and make repairs to the shell due to the valve failure and all of the sudden the new owners come in and say sorry not our problem were not fixing it. We tried calling them several times to give us a reason why and they said they couldnt tell me because the tech that went out there was no longer with them and they lost the paperwork.... What!?! They put off their obligation warranty their products and have stained their name in our community. Buyers beware. Stay far away from this manufacturer.
