Great company to work with. System works remarkably. They did everything I requested and they did it within my budget for my new food truck! All my customers are happy with the sound and tv especially when we show sports games! I highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the work Eduardo and his team from Texas i Communication did for me. I had an existing CCTV system that was not working and was no longer being supported by the manufacturer and installation company. I contacted a couple of other companies to get a new system installed. They all were unresponsive. Not Texas 1. I called them and told them what I was looking for. Eduardo dropped by my house the next day to see what was needed. That same evening I had a good competitive estimate. I accepted the estimate and two days later they did the install. 4 days from initial contact to job complete. I am extremely happy with the result and happily recommend Texas 1.

My mom got cameras installed by this company. The guy did a terrible job, rushed it. Did not seal the holes he drilled into the house and didn’t clean up. More importantly he created a password on the dvr and did not see fit to give it to my mom. So now we stuck trying to find a reset password. Luckily we found a great tech @thatguy713 who came in and cleaned up his mess.

I discourage anyone to work for this company. I worked for them between November of 2017 to April of 2018. I was let go from their Alice office due to them relocating to the Corpus area. In which they never moved! The office went through two managers. This was due to the owner and right hand man “Sammy & Mouhamed,” never taking the employees say in consideration. The expectations were high for both technicians & sales associates. I was frowned upon by Sammy and Mouhamed for speaking my mind. The office was not allowed petty cash, business cards, nor smart devices to display Dish features. Do not waste your time with these people. They solemnly care about themselves despite the “we are a family type buisiness.”Good luck to you who decide to work for them. Do not say I did not warn you....
