Huy is the man! If youre even the slightest bit interested in high end audio or audio in general that sounds awesome then you owe it to yourself to come check this place out. 5 Stars is not enough for Huy at Iconic. I cant recommend him or the store enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about high audio in addition to being patient with newbies. Plus he loves to demo high end gear which until my first visit I had never heard. Every visit to the store is truly a treat and a unique experience. If you want to learn, listen and not be pressured, Huy is your guy.

Visited a grand total of three times, once per year since 2017. Each time- impeccable service. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable about each speaker. One of the guys said he went to Arizona and custom-built an analog turntable for a customer because the brand didnt offer it, and I believe him. You wont find better service anywhere.

Lets start with the fact that the equipment they carry is top of the line. The folks that work in the store are outgoing and helpful. They genuinely care about your experience with your equipment and want to make sure you enjoy it. They are also helpful at showing new technologies -- whether audio equipment or home automation -- to help you get the most out of what you buy and make it friendly for the whole family. The installers do outstanding work and are dedicated and polite. I can say I recommend them over any other audio store in Houston.

Iconic.systems is a audiophile/home theater boutique that has wonderful high end products that are perfectly explained by knowledgeable, experienced sales staff. They also excel at home theater and 2 channel stereo installation. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Not only do they carry hi-end equipment, they also have hi-end and knowledgeable sales personnel and installers. Jonathan, the owner, Chris, Shawn, Luke, and the rest, are extremely knowledgeable about not only the products they sell, but also other companies products so they can honestly compare and provide you with the best system for your budget.You owe it to yourself to check them out. They will not disappoint.

The team at Iconic is the absolute best I’ve come across anywhere. They have top of the line equipment in every department and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about what they’re selling, right down to the materials used, the manufacturing methodologies employed, and the manufacturing philosophy of the team behind the products. This level of knowledge and dedication is truly impressive stuff! High end audio is complex and one size certainly does not fit all. There are multiple variables that come into play from budgets, to the absolute right combination of components, to the room/flooring/acoustics/aesthetics. Jonathan and the team at iconic understand this dynamic fully. They took an extraordinary amount of time understanding how I like to listen to music; and then they spent an equally extraordinary amount of time recreating that experience in their studio over multiple visits, swapping out speakers and components, until we got to where I wanted to be. All this was done with patience, enthusiasm and a bottomless cup of espresso from their kitchen, all because these guys truly love recreating (and as needed, improving) ones ideal experience of music.

I highly recommend Iconic Systems for anyone planning a home music or theater system. My introduction to Iconic came during a visit to the Billiard Factory, and I really like that the two stores are co-colated (at the Willowbrook location on FM 1960) because it made shopping for my theater and rec room so convenient. I visit the store often and learn something new about music/media/control technology every time. In fact, one thing that stands out among the staff is their ability to explain the technical aspects of their trade in a way thats easy to understand. I worked with Chris in the sales department for my project - a home theater, game room TV with in-ceiling speakers, and a music system for the rest of the house and backyard. Chris has a special knack for explaining the technology and was able to quickly educate and guide me to the best solutions for my needs. Installers Sean, Luke and Juan were extremely professional, courteous and thorough with their work at the house, and contributed to my ongoing education by clearly explaining the work they were doing and patiently answering all questions. Follow up from Iconic has been outstanding, and I am extremely pleased with the outcomes. Im especially impressed with the theater sound system which makes you feel like youre right there where the action is taking place. I could hardly believe the realism in a recent viewing of the 1990s Clint Eastwood movie, Unforgiven, when the thunderstorm scenes made me feel like I needed to jump up and check the ceiling for leaks. I was practically giddy!

I was looking to purchase a pair of ML ESL X when I visited the store. Will offered the used ML Theos speakers for a fair price. And gave me good advise which saved me from purchasing extra speakers which I really dont need. The ML speakers was a good choice. They are stylish and the quality of the sound is so good. I cannot believe I bought a $600 speaker cable. Per Will, the quality of the sound also depend on the cable. So glad I didnt cancel the order. Will and Huy were both so helpful and patient with all my questions and request. I dont think I will ever go back to best buy for any sound or media system advise. Thank you Will and Huy.

Great place to hear hi end audio equipment

From high-end 2-channel audio, dedicated room home theater, and whole-house wi-fi installations to small remote control house call fixes beyond my expertise, the team at Iconic has been fantastic. They give much better personalized service than you can get from the chains or internet stores. By far the best experience I have had with an audio video shop in Houston. From my perspective, they check all of the important boxes -- a great selection of gear combined with responsive and reliable service. Highly recommended!
