But this time I knew I didn’t want the Geek Squad to install it since last time they took way too long and wasn’t happy with the results. I called Multimedia and booked an appointment, in the beginning I was hesitant but then realized they knew what they were doing.

We remodeled our old built-in cabinets in the living room and then our general contractor advised us that it would be better if the old TV was replaced by a Samsung Frame TV that shows art galleries on the screen! After a conversation with my partner we finally decided to get it and get it mounted with a mounting bracket that made it look like it’s floating! Our living space looks stylish and the TV is the MASTERPIECE!

SCAM!! SCAM BE AWARE. Update of Multimedia Tech and Francisco Hernandez SCAM, has scammed me for $2000 and after I posted in all social media about his scam and called his call center. He admitted that he got paid the $2000 but never explained why he never sent his tech to install the system. He agreed to return the money but claimed Zelle wont allow him to transfer more than $500 per day. He promised to send four payment of $500. Yesterday, Mar 17-2021 he Zelle me the first payment and now he owes me $1500 and he is playing his old game by not answering my phone calls on his cell phone or call center or his mediatech phone. Time for legal action and BBB and to keep exposing him on all social media. He blocked me on my Facebook that I posted a review but I made another account and posted again. Francisco Hernandez, if you are reading this, you know what you should do man. Return my money and have some ethics and values to stay in business, I mean unless all of what your business worth is $1500.

Fantastic experience! I purchased a 75” Samsung QLED TV with a Denon sound bar and it arrived quickly and was hung expertly. It’s very low profile, which makes it look so clean and professional. I am upset and feel I have been scammed. I paid 69 dollars for the site visit and consultancy to purchase my new home theater solution. I was promised a receipt and equipment recommendations within 2 days. Now a week has already passed, and they have disappeared. Nobody picks up the phone, I left text, messages... but the money was taken on the spot. This company is unfortunately not customer-focused, and I am wishing to believe they are only dis-organized.I wanted to do business with them, but now I just feel upset and time was lost. I could have my home theater already set up and running by this far.

These people are CROOKS. I paid over $5,000 for parts to be ordered in Nov. I have still not received anything. I have left messages and no one will return my calls and text. This has been going on for months. LOOK at their address they dont have a place of business. This is a total SCAM.

They were terrific, even taking the time to walk our home before starting the installation. A TV was defective but they replaced it without asking any questions so they send us a warranty replacement right away.Work: Their employee arrived on time, when they said he would, and promptly wall mounted 8 TVs IN LESS THAN 6 HOURS!

I called and scheduled an appointment. They didn’t show up and I didn’t receive a call. When I called to report that no one came for the service appointment, the guy answering the phone hung up on me. When I called a second time he would not answer. Very strange.

Love the projector recommendation they made for my media room. My kids now can play PlayStation and my wife and I can enjoy our movies in 4K. We also upgrade to a motorized screen and to a smart remote they recommended. Very pleased with the service and all the products they provided. Ask for Cisco he knows all the technical stuff.

After contacting Multimedia Tech to install a Fireplace TV mount i was given an installation quote. The price included the TV Mount itself, a Sound Bar Mount, and installation.Someone was sent out and did a poor job installing the TV mount(not level). I asked why the Sound Bar Mount was not being installed at the same time. I was told the Sound Bar Mount was not shipped yet and would be contacted when it was ready to install.After weeks passed waiting to be contacted about the status of the Sound Bar Mount i contacted Multimedia Tech. The person who answered played dumb and pretended to not know about me or my previous dealings with Multimedia Tech. After giving him the Quote invoice # i received via Email i was all of the sudden treated very nicely.A time and date was scheduled to finally install the Sound Bar Mount. No one showed up the first time. I contacted this person a second time and scheduled another install appointment. Again no one showed up. I took several days off work to be home and was met with no one arriving to install and no answer at the phone number listed.At this point i began to suspect i was being ignored and after repeated calls to Multimedia Tech the person who answered pretended to not be able to hear me or would just plain hang up. I left a voicemail pleading to just allow me to pickup the equipment i rightfully paid for and i would forget about the install. Repeated calls are met with being sent directly to voice mail or the same person answering but pretending to not be able to hear me or being hung up on.Multimedia Tech as been extremely unprofessional and is downright scamming me out of a $100 Sound Bar Mount + Install.I have contacted a lawyer and local law enforcement and will be seeking full compensation for my days taken off work and for the unfinished work at my home. I highly suggest the owner contact me to resolve these issues.

BEWARE! While they seem like a legitimate business, they are far from it. In the beginning they were very responsive to emails or calls. After some conversation on what would fit our home best we agreed on a price and products. The gentleman in the office asked if he could schedule the service for Friday for installation. I agree and arrange to be home that day. Friday morning I got an email saying that they would not be arriving and could not reschedule until Monday. Although it was an inconvenience I agreed. Monday they came in and told me that they would be completing the service Tuesday. Tuesday around noon I called the office to find out where they were as I had still not heard from them. The gentleman in the office promise me that no matter what the service would be completed today and that the parts were on their way. I did not hear from anybody Tuesday nor did anybody ever call me Wednesday morning. I called and called and called and called no answer. In fact after they got my credit card I never was able to reach anybody in the office again. I never again received any emails from him. The guy in the office called me Wednesday afternoon and said that they were going to be there to finish it up Wednesday. Nobody showed up. I finally got in touch with the owner of the company who basically told me that he had my credit card already and if I wanted him to finish the job they would but on his time not mine. But it didnt matter to him because he already had my money. Because I had no other options I agreed that they could finish the job. As at this point I had holes all over my ceiling. Thursday they came in and installed. Keep in mind that the gentleman the office had originally scheduled me for the previous Friday for insulation. Still I had several holes in my ceiling which need to be patched. Over and over I was told that that would be done by the end of the day on Thursday. Which it never did. Eventually the owner text me and said that the painter would be there Saturday morning. Again he told me that he already had my money so it was up to me whether I actually wanted them to come or not. Of course I wanted them to come although it was completely and convenient on myself and my family schedule. 10:20 Saturday morning I got a text that the painter was on their way. At approximately 3:20 p.m. in the afternoon the painter actually showed up. Somewhere close to 8 they finish the job as I had to actually give them money to go to Home Depot so that they could buy the necessary supplies that they needed. The texturing on the ceiling is horrible. The sheen of the paint on the ceiling doesnt even match. So the holes stand out. The overall process was unbearable. I feel that I hired a professional company because I should be able to trust them and I paid for that, but nowhere along the way did I actually get a professional company and the overall quality of work was not worth what I paid. The parts are.

Watch out for this company !!! Francisco Hernandez lies and will take your money and youll never hear from him again. When I call all of the numbers he either picks up the phone and then hangs up or doesnt answer at all. He sold me a piece of equipment for $1,000.00 and then I saw it from other retailers for $750.00 INCLUDING HIS OWN COMPANY !!! You dont have to believe me, look at his BBB rating. .............. This is my update on the response from this company. Regarding the cancellation made by me 24 hours before the appointment, this was the THIRD visit for this job. The first day he showed up without any help and couldnt lift the TV by himself even though I told him when I made the appointment that the TV was 65 inches. The second day he came by himself again and we had to wait for help to show up. I had received a text from him at 10:28 that said Ive got all of the equipment and heading that way . The next text 3 hours later said WE are headed that way. There was no we . After he got there he made several calls trying to find help. Even after the help showed up he was unable to finish the installation because the company that sold him the equipment didnt put the speaker selector in the box. This company is sneaky and dishonest and never takes blame for anything. There are so many other customers that have the same complaints, please read the reviews and protect yourself from these crooks. The cancellation was on the THIRD day after I had been checking reviews and the prices that he had charged me. When he texted he said he was coming to finish the installation I texted him back to tell him I needed to talk to him about the bill first. He never called and didnt answer when I tried repeatedly to call him. Next, when I couldnt get my calls answered and couldnt get any return calls I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I continued to call Multimedia Tech and finally got someone to answer who called himself J.C. I asked him about the price matching they offer on their website and he said they would do that but ONLY if I removed the BBB review. He said they would be charging me a delivery fee for the equipment. When I asked why they wouldnt accept credit cards when their website claims they will, he told me that it was up to the installer and they could require cash or check from high risk customers. What would make me a high risk customer? When he said that I told him we were done and good bye. Since all of this happened I hired another company who came and hooked up my equipment . They used my Pioneer receiver that Francisco said was broken and needed to be replaced. I paid Francisco $999.00 for the replacement that is back in the box he brought it in because I didnt need it. Several companies (INCLUDING MULTIMEDIA TECH) sell the same receiver for $750.00. He said the TV mount I had wouldnt fit my TV and needed to be replaced. He sold me one for $199.00 but it sells for $68.00 online. He said the mount had been altered and extra pieces had been added to make it work. The company that hooked up my equipment said that wasnt true and the one I had was actually a lot higher quality. I want to point out that when Francisco came the first time and told me about my equipment being broken, the TV was still in the box in the garage. He hadnt even attempted to connect my equipment because he didnt have the TV in the house yet. So he charged me $199.00 twice because he said he tried to hook up my equipment and it didnt work and the second charge was to hook up the new receiver, that I didnt need. The company I hired next just laughed and asked how he knew it didnt work if he never hooked anything up. Obviously it did work because the second company hooked it up without a problem. Liar, Liar, Liar, Liar. The response I received from the company said they would love the opportunity to process a refund and look forward to hearing from me soon. So of course I called and again, no answer. The response was conveniently not signed and I have no idea who wrote it.

In the end, everything is working perfectly now. They still contact me from time to time just to check to make sure everything is going well. And for the best part, there is no contract for services or for support! A company that provides a service without a contract, has to perform the service well. All the big companies that make you sign lengthy contracts use that contract against you when something bad happens. You have no recourse but to let them fix (good luck! however long that takes), or leave and pay a pretty hefty fee.

I must say that these GUYS ARE SIMPLY THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!On May #rd., I purchased a 65 inch Flat Screen TV and decided to wall mount the TV myself as I did with with another TV within my apartment. For some unexplainable reason, the wall where I tried to mount the new TV was giving me many different difficulties; In which resulted breaking the tv mounting bracket in half and the TV falling. (Luckily I was right there, the right place at the right time to rescue my tv from falling to the ground.)I meditated about the entire situation and then decided to have my TV professionally installed and after reading the Positive Reviews of Multimedia Tech, it was the first and only company I needed to call.I called them to get an appointment ASAP! next day the av engineer was at my apartment, with every tool needed to complete the job. These guys completed the job in less than 20 minutes as well as repairing the wall that was cause from the TV previously falling.(I still cant believe it!)Besides me being super amazed by how quickly they came to my apartment as well as the time it took to complete the job. The professionalism and complete passion that was displayed from both guys, made me feel as if I been knowing them for years.Side Note: Theres no reason for you to shop around looking for a unicorn, when these guys are the real McCoy! Multimedia Tech was amazing!We had to stay home to handle an issue with the cable company so we called this av company and asked them to come earlier than our original nighttime appointment. They came over as soon as they could and installed both our 65 inch in the living room and our 42 inch in the bedroom.They gave us a swivel mount in the living room so we could watch TV from the balcony and the kitchen. We have a bit of a complicated set up as all our cable boxes are in the closet and we still needed to get a special remote that can change the channels through the walls. The installers were able to set up a transmitter to the bottom of the TVs so we didnt even need the remote!Saved us a bunch of money and he set it up to our apple TV too. Not only was he completely professional and a joy to have in our home, they cleaned up, helped take the TV boxes to the garbage and hung a large photo for us because we didnt have a drill.I would hire Multimedia Tech again in a heartbeat!

This guy is a complete CROOK!!! He gave me a quote, took my payment and never showed up. I called, text and emailed him SEVERAL times with no response. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, was refunded the money by Chase then got a letter a month later with him stating that he did the work prier to taking the payment. He did nothing but give me a quote and take my money. I have now had to send all the emails and proof of another company coming to my house and doing the job. Great work guys. Thanks for the installion, I was worried sick on how to deal with the mounting of the TV because I dont know a single sould that could get the job done but thanks to your amazing work. The TV was perfectly mounted on the wall. Will recommend.

With all the rain from hurricane Harvey our television simply stopped working. Add a new baby to the mix, you can imagine I wasn’t thrilled when I could watch my shows outside for several days that I had as vacation.After scouting all over the internet, I found a company that could come out ASAP to take a look. After 2 mins of looking at my television and checking if there was power coming from the plug they diagnosed that the tv needed to be replaced and that a new one would cost me $2000 for the same size.I decided to get another quote, so contacted Multimedia Tech. I explained the complete situation and after explaining we had a two month old in the house and that the tv outside was an emergency I was immediately prioritiezed to expedite an appointment within 24 hours. A staff member called me within mins telling me he had been assigned my service request and that he would be out here first thing in the morning next day.After Jason looked at the television for 2 mins, he spent 10 more making some adjustments and had my television back up and working without issue almost right away - for only the price of the service call. It’s now November and I’ve yet to have any other problem with the television. It was very clear that the other company was just trying to rip me off. Oddly enough, I learned later that another friend had the same experience with the same company I contacted (TV Installation in Houston).Jason delivers his service with a personal touch and a fanatical customer-first mindset. I not even for a second would try anyone else out there after dealing with Jason and wish more businesses operated like Multimedia Tech!

I have taken their services to get our TV mount in family room and install the home theater, the tech who installed had said that our HDMI was bad and he cannot complete the setup. I called the builder to replace the wires and they have come and plugged in to see both wires were working then I called multimedia tech to complete the installation as both wires were working, the person who picked up the call was apparently the owner of the company said that he will charge for the trip again as it is not his technicians mistake and the HDMIs might not have worked when the tech was at home.The tech called up the same evening and scheduled an appointment that he would finish the job but he never showed up and the job at our home is incomplete. I would not recommend taking service from this company

My God-daughter decided to throw her ambulance at our old Samsung 55 Plasma HDTV shattering the screen just enough to make the whole thing worthless since is more expensive to fix it than buying a new TV! So, we went out to the store and bought a nice 75 4K curved TV instead. To prevent this accident from happening again, I thought it was time to protect my investment and mount my new TV on the wall where it would be out of reach from being hit with toys.After finding out that all the major electronic stores that sell high def TV do not offer TV mounting services (with exception of the Geek Squad with Best Buy) I decided to look online for an AV company that could do it. Thats when I found Multimedia Tech on Yelp. After seeing the good reviews and the example pictures online I gave them a call for a quote.So, I called from work and Francisco answered the phone, he was polite and courteous and listened to my requests. I told him about my newly purchased 75 TV and also told him that I was also thinking about buying an 88 TV that I saw at Best Buy and if I also wanted to purchase that I would also need someone to install that one. Also I wanted the wires hidden behind the wall for a clean look.What was the price quote? He gave me a VERY competitive quote that was better than Best Buys Geek Squad for the installation of the 75 curved TV which would save me a big chunk of money since The Geek Squad quoted me a little over a $1000 dollars for the installation of my TV over my fireplace with the right mounting bracket, cables hidden behind the fireplace wall, electric outlet and all the additional cables required to make it work perfectly. Right away I decided to ask what would be the case scenario if they provided the 88 Samsung TV that I was thinking about purchasing and mounted it over the fireplace with everything needed and also to install my 75 curved in the master bedroom instead, since I rather have a slightly bigger TV in the living room. To my surprise the price difference was only $99 to cover the price of the bigger heavy duty mount. So I accepted the proposal right away and scheduled a delivery and installation date on my day off since I thought it would take all day to install these two TVs.The work that was done, It was fantastic! They got here are 9 am and were out a little before 5 pm.They installed electric receptacles for my fireplace and living room. Mounted the 2 TVs with the right brackets and the installation was perfect, no hiccups.. Also, all the cables were hidden behind the wall and came out at the bottom where all my components connect. This allowed me to close the cabinet door for an even cleaner look. I ended up adding a Universal smart remote control for $250 that they provided and programmed for me.After the TVs were installed they also programmed my TVs to connect to my internet (its a SMART TV) and made sure my Direct TV cable boxes, audio receivers, and blue ray players were working. They even helped me find my wireless password on my ATT Router because I forgot. They completely understand HOW wireless and Smart TVs work no doubt!In short I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Francisco and his team. After asking if this company was family operated he said he was the owner so thats why I wanted to do the review for him and they are also a local business that supports our community and delivers sensational services at a fair price much better than Geek Squad advertises. (They would have charged a fortune for all this. Ive used Geek Squad in the past when they installed my audio systems throughout the house years ago, it wouldve taken them 4 days to complete the project).If you are looking for a professional AV company that can manage your project and provide all the custom equipment fast and at a reasonable price with high quality, then go with Francisco and Multimedia Tech for sure!

These men have a knack for bringing sound system into your house. The technicians were well-educated, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Their costs were reasonable, and they provided prompt service.I will employ them again without a doubt.

Professional and polite they were. I like the work they did. Although I should have gotten the wall mount that turns and rotates. I will be visiting again for that special one.

They took the time to calibrate my TV and taught me how to use the remote, which I appreciate. All of the connections were hidden in the wall, and the television was properly positioned where I desired. I would strongly suggest them to my friends and relatives.
