Teletron the place if you like to shop for high quality Italian furniture. You might want to come to this place. 5000 to 8000 dollars a set of contemporary. Most of the style are for new young successful people. If yall not affordable please dont check it out it just waste your time.

Customer service wasnt very nice. I asked their staffs to check for me some of the merchandise and they ignored my request. They seem like to help you if you are interested in expensive items.

Literally a predatory, my uncle doesnt speak English, He bought their products that worth more than $30,000.00 and the Teletron customer service saying that there is no interest on it, but then the loans bank literally charge us interest and saying that there was a promotion when there only $1500 left on balance. Never ever come back to shop at this place. Bad customer service. And dont owe Well Fargo Bank cus theyre also a theft.

Some of their furniture was interesting. Their electronics and furniture were extremely expensive. They seem to be taking extreme advantage of their mostly asian patronage.

I got a bad experience at Houston store in Texas . The sale person named Phuong was so rude and not know anything about the product and not help me what I need help . Worst place to shop ever !!!!

Dont ever come to this store. Return policy is freaking bad and no customer service after purchase at all. They wont be responsible for anything. Whatever happens to your products after 14 days, you need to contact the manufacturer. As a customer, it is not convenient. You have been warned, DONT COME TO THIS STORE. Don’t waste your time and your money buying trashy products here.I bought Dream Wave massage chair brand new cost $8000-$9000, after out of warranty 5 years, the mechanical board problem need to replace new, cost $900-$1000 for part plus labor $190-$200 also the fabric on the pillow, back seat and seat damages need to replace new, cost $1500-$2500 and labor, they selling luxury products from Italy, I don’t think so that is Trashy Products, you have been Warned ...

Went in on a week night and there were no other customers. The sales staff was sitting around on the display couches which seemed odd. They stood up when they saw us come in. We were shopping for a TV but they didnt have anything in our price range. I dont think I will be back.

Some lady worker kept following me around the store. Very rude and unprofessional.

Cheap products. I bought the expensive mattress but used about a year. Its coming dwarf even they warranty me 20 years. Thats so suck.Full quality aviation Advise people (especially Vietnamese) not to put their faith in product quality here. Just cheap but still expensive sky. Not all that money.

Mr Two people introduced Inada machines to speak very professionally but the way he behaves customers is very disdainful.He told the staff, Those guys make me headache.
