AudioVision and their team really came through for us in our new house, they mounted and setup all our Tvs, hooked up an amazing sound system for our home theater, installed our camera/alarm system, and Control4 automation. The team treated us with professionalism and ensured that we were 100% satisfied before leaving. As a customer this is a company Im happy to hire again as I know with their attention to detail and finesse, my needs will be met and exceeded!
I previously gave Audio Vision 1 star, as they had stopped responding after a very clean and professional install in April 2020. Since Roger returned to Audio Vision, he has been diligent and professional in keeping everything up and going, very responsive. Id highly recommend reaching out to them for your networking, home automation, and equipment needs!
I had my home remodeled inside and out. My general contractor recommended AudioVision to handle some of the home automation and security. Roger and his team did a great job installing all of my electronics and getting everything inside the home up and running. Excellent service I would 100% recommended working with AudioVision.
I decided to post this honest review when coming across this company when searching for a new home audio installation company. I had Audio Vision Inc. referred to me by my builder of my new home in 2014. Good customer service when I was a new customer with a big house that needed a home system installed. I was pleased with the initial system and set up. I spent close to $6,500 with having a full audio system, 2 Sonos systems, Control 4 and surround sound speakers in the living room, master bedroom and patio installed. Everything worked great until updates started to roll in or equipment was no longer being supported by the manufacturer which was about 2-1/2 years in to having the system which is not long at all. Customer service after the fact has been NON EXISTENT! I can never get anyone on the phone when I call. I receive no call backs regardless of how many voicemails I leave. And all I have wanted to do is have them come back out to upgrade my system that is out of date and add additional equipment which I fully expect to pay for! My Sonos systems can no longer receive updates because they are out dated and not supported by Sonos anymore, my control 4 system has been needing upgrades and updates for at least 3 years and requires me to contact the seller for the system updates and license which is this company so that has been disconnected and rendered useless at this time. The $600 master remote stopped working after 1 year and I could never get a call back just simply asking if it was under warranty. Now that my wife and I want to have more rooms added for Sonos, more smart home features added and updated equipment I am searching for a new company that will come out to provide an assessment of my current system, understand the upgrades we want to make and provide great installation and good customer support after the fact. Audio Vision lost a customer!
Great company, great crews. They install 14 TVs and an awesome sound system in our restaurant/bar, all automated and works great! Highly recommend this company.
We hired Audio Vision a few months ago to install an eight camera security system with a DVR. They completed the job in one day and connected it to our phones so we can view our house from the internet. This past week we hired them to remodel our game room into a theater room. Great job guys, love the theater chairs and decor! We highly recommend Audio Vision.
We recently had a small apartment built and the builder selected Audio Vision to do the low voltage work. Audio Vision attempted to sell us discontinued hardware at full price, so we opted to have them only do the pre-wire and we would supply the hardware. The initial wiring seemed to go okay (although with a couple no call no shows), but then we had to call them back multiple times to address deficiencies. They put in CCTV cables instead of cat 5 for the cameras. They ran a set of underground wires that were too short to reach the specified destination, so they had to be rerun but because time had passed and drywall was now up, they ran them in an ugly conduit outside the building. They had to come back multiple times to label the assorted connections. They installed in ceiling speakers but didnt center them with the other items in the ceiling. They installed three volume controls for 5 zones of speakers, but used impedance matching inline dials instead of running a control signal back to the structured wiring box.The final straw that got me to write this review was opening up one of the low voltage jacks to add a connection and discovering they stuffed their trash into the walls behind the jack. Thats just lazy. The builder eventually just refunded us money for the speaker install and washed their hands of the whole thing.
