Great place! I wish the sold ceiling fan chain by the foot. What I had to by cost me over $20 because of how its sold.I love this place though they generally have what Im looking for.The staff is helpful, rare these days!The store is very organized as well. I would much rather support a local owned business than a big wig corp. Like Home Depot or Lowes.

I am looking for a pair of pulleys, enter the store and the seller says that they do not have it, I answered online it shows that they have it, and he did not want to look for it. I immediately ordered online, sat in my truck, wait 10 minutes and received the email to pick up my order, this employee will lose money from the store with his customer service.

I went in to pick up my online order and at first they couldnt find it. Then it took about 20 min to find and bring to courtesy desk. During my wait another customer came in to pick up a saw he had dropped off and they couldnt find it and said it wasnt there. Not going back!

Good Place

Still good old fashioned hardware store. Where the people there seemed to have a little bit of knowledge of things. Its a small store but they have a lot of stuff in it. If you need a real hardware store or some real help definitely go to Ace. They cost just a little bit more then the big stores. Watch for their circulars are get online and find a coupon or 2 itll all work out.

If you cant find it here, you will be hard pressed to find it anywhere unless you go online and search the internet. Excellent employees that are old school helpful, and they dont know they will get someone that is!!! You cant go wrong with these guys!!!

Ace hardware needs to learn how a ship to store program should work. I placed an order on 6-16 and and it shipped 6-19, but after 2 trips to the Uvalde road store I finally got my order On 7-10.I have ordered from several companies as well as run a website offering local pickup myself and this is the worse experience ever. The wait time was a joke.

Ace Hardware is easy to get in and out and they have most everything I ever need

Originally had left a good review but i had to return to the store twice because keys were incorrectly made. Complete waste of time and wouldnt even refund me over the phone.

Went to Ace for a chip key. My daughters car just had one key and Ive been really nervous about not having an extra key. The young man made our key and went outside to make sure it worked. So happy and relieved.
