FireDisc cookers are quite portable, And have a large surface area. That allow you to prepare different portions of a meal. At the same time with the 3 heating zones. I was able to cook the fajita mix. Keep it warm and heat up the tortillas. all at the same time. The cooker is built heavy duty to last a long time.

I love my FireDisc! It is so easy for me to haul and put together when I go on my girl weekends and lady hunts. Takes me just a few seconds and it is an easy clean up.

Purchased Firedisc for my husband for Fathers Day because loves gadgets and cooking! He loves it and we have found more uses for it than we could have imagined. It is fast, consistent and the cooking surface is great when you want to feed a group and have food ready all at the same time. Also great to take on trips so we dont have any surprises on the the grill that is provided at vacation rentals! We love it!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I recently moved and in the process somehow lost the disc for my cooker. I emailed customer support and asked if it was possible to purchase another. Their response was please view our clearance items and one may be available. I watched the website for 6 months and nothing ever became available. I emailed again and the response was “ the only times we have the available is when demos are returned and they aren’t offered for sale. I have never seen such poor customer service and will never buy anything with their name on it again. Be warned if you need a part you are out of luck.

I saw the FireDisc website about three months ago and I had to have one of these grills. When I was in Hungary filming a driven pheasant shoot the team who fed us lunch in the field cooked one of the best French onion soups I’ve ever had using an old tractor disc grill they had handcrafted. Throughout the last several decades, discada grills have grown popular along the southern US border and Mexico. These grills are usually set over fire or gas burners and are used to cook rice and beans, chili or fajitas. When I saw the FireDisc Grills website I could clearly see they had blown past the cowboy WOK concept and created something worth getting serious about.The FireDisc Grill arrived about five days after I ordered it. The main box was large and a second box came with the FireDisc Spatula and the Bamboo Cutting Board with Knife Sharpener that I ordered as well. I unpacked the small box first and then tackled the FireDisc Grill 36. I opened it up, grabbed the instructions and set up the grill in about three minutes including reading the basic instructions. It really is that simple. Of course that evening we already had dinner plans and then it snowed so the grill sat in my office for about a week before I finally brought the grill outside for seasoning and cooking.It’s the day after Easter and I finally had the chance to cook a meal for the family with the FireDisc. I chose a simple recipe because I wanted to season the grill and have time to cook a meal before the kids ran off to evening events. Seasoning the grill was pretty darn simple. I turned on the grill, put in about three tablespoons of lard and let it cook up. I covered paper towels in the lard and whipped the entire surface of the carbon steel cook surface in the oil then let it burn off a bit while I prepped an onion, mushrooms and green and red peppers. I cooked the vegetables first with a little olive oil and the juice of an orange and threw on the brats. I cooked the brats for about five minutes, sliced them lengthwise and placed them skin side up, covered them with the vegetables and let it all simmer with a few splashes of soy sauce and the juice of another orange. After simmering for about ten minutes on low, I used the spatula to scoop it all out and served it to a hungry bunch of kids.FireDisc GrillsThe meal was a success. We had happy kids and I enjoyed the process of cooking on the grill. It’s going to take me a little bit of time to learn the nuances of this grill but I look forward to having one more tool in my outdoor cooking arsenal. I love the disc’s ability to grill, wok and serve as a griddle. Tomorrow I plan on cooking eggs and a pancake or two in the FireDisc and on Wednesday night I will fry chicken with the grill. I am committed to learning how to cook with this grill.The pros and cons of this grill are so far pretty easy to discern. The con is that the actual disc came with some stickers on the outside that took me a long time to peel off. I talked to customer service and I believe that those stickers won’t be around for very long. The pros are this thing is amazingly easy to cook on and it was really easy to set up fresh out of the box. I can’t wait to toss this in the truck, head out for a day of fishing and hunting and be able to cook up a quick meal midday. The other major pro with this grill is how very easy it is to clean up. I threw some ice in the grill wiped it down and dumped it. I threw a light coat of oil on the grill and it was clean and ready for my breakfast meal.The FireDisc 36” HR – Fireman Red is one heck of a tool in the outdoor kitchen and I am excited to have it on my patio.

After a very brief hold (not even 1 minute) they spoke with a manager who made it right and honored their first advertised promotion. Thank you for making it right Firedisc!First Review: Sadly they don’t stand behind their promotions! They advertised $50 off their website. I purchased $50 worth of spices, checked out and as expected the order = $0. I thought, this is great, if their spices are any good, then their grill would be worth purchasing. Then the following day I received an email stating “We had an error on our website and are going to have to cancel your order. We can offer you a one time use free shipping code to use on our website. If you are interested, please respond to this email and we can get you a one time use free shipping code.” I replied to their cancellation and told them I would pay for the shipping and I still wanted the spices I ordered at the $50 discount. Their reply “You will need to pay for the spices but we can offer you a free shipping code to place a new order for the spices. Let us know if you want a code.”So to recap: they advertise $50 off. Ease of assembly and the quality of the product makes for a great cooking experience.The surface of the cooking pan improves after each use. Used like a horizontal wok or griddle, quick and even cooking results. Cleanup is easy & a quick wipe with just water and a paper towel, helps to season the grill for the next cook. This is the only cooking device you need on your next adventure away from home. What a great addition to my ceramic cooker, cast iron smoker, and charcoal grill.

Amazing cooker! Steaks, gumbo, fish, fajitas, eggs, even donuts have all turned out amazing. It breaks down easily and transports in the bed of my truck, or backseat if needed. Cleaning is a breeze as its similar to cooking on a cast iron skillet, you season it initially and then simply wipe it out an repeat oil as needed. I also love the ultimate frying weapon which is what they call their giant spatula. This is such an amazing cooker for the back patio, camping, hunting, fishing, tailgating.......heck I even took it to work and cooked lunch for my crew. Love it!

I can honestly say its worth every penny it cost. I have been very pleased with my 24 deep FireDisc. Its is AMAZING! It folds flat and fits nicely in a mustang trunk with room for groceries. It cooks stir fry, bacon and eggs, and hamburgers with ease. The clean up is just as they said! An amazing product! I recommend it to everyone. My only regret is not getting one sooner!

I havent had a chance to actually use one of these yet, but from what I have seen, this is the ultimate camp stove. Or for where I live, a great back up stove for when the power goes out - which happens a lot between October and March. My family loves stir fry because its healthy, you can use whatever you have available and it tastes great - this is perfect for stir fry. Its like a huge wok. I also love how portable it is and how it breaks down and doesnt take up a lot of space when its not in use. I cant wait to get my own!

I absolutely love my Firedisc.... I cook everything from breakfast foods to steaks, fish, chicken to even hibachi stir fry. I love that the stand is a sturdy insert (excellent design) and is easier lifted off for compact transport for any adventure or occasion. Most impressive is the powder coating. No chipping after many many uses. I just purchased the wind guard and it had evened out the flame. Highly recommended!

Love it! Easy set up easy clean up seasoned it with lard and salt multiple times. Then made tacos for 15 people. Everyone was very interested in this devise I had and where to buy it. I strongly recommend it it is great for small to large groups of people. Easy to transport. I did get the adapter hose to hook to grill propane tank other than that I enjoy very much

Great cooker. I have cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner in mine. Everything from eggs to fried chicken wings. Its my new favorite cooker. Have used my grill only twice since I bought a Firedisc in September. Cant wait to get it to deer camp next week. The boys will love it.

This is a very well built and versatile camping tool. Easy to assemble, adjusts to uneven ground and cooks many foods well. The regulator mount is a little sketchy but it works fine. Get the adapter for a 20 lb propane tank and cook all day long. Great product!

This cooker is the most versatile tool I have! I have had mine for almost a year now and cook anything I can think of on a daily basis! I take it along for every trip and even cook for 20 plus people during family events. Plus the Fire disc crew are extremely helpful and strive to address any issues quickly and efficiently! Id give it 10 stars of Google would let me!

I plan to make paella on our next outing, this will work great. Already great for different tailgating and camping gastronomy. Shrimp boils are excellent. Fried chicken is a huge hit and easily able to fry all the sides. Love this cooker.

We have the 24” shallow Fire Disc. We love it ❗️ We have cooked oysters, fried mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders/French fries - hamburgers and hotdogs, eggs with ham-peppers/onions.... warmed the buns on the outer edge . Easily stores flat and saves so much space for our camping trips. Next on our wish list is the deep fire disc - for less splashing when deep frying.

Super great product that is built very tough to concur all cooking projects from small like French toast to a gourmet meal of steak with mushrooms and a side of fried asparagus. Use it on the deck then take it on the road! This grill wont disappoint. They also have a hotter burner for the colder states.

I would really like to have one of these. It would be perfect for many areas here in AZ since we have so many areas which have restrictions on what you can use to cook with. Saving my money - maybe a fathers day gift to myself. Ideally I would like to have one of each - shallow and deep.

One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to set up, store and CLEAN! Oh my goodness, it cleans in SECONDS. I also love that when we need to store it, I can actually move it on my own and easily put it in the garage as opposed to needing help. I have the shallow 24 in green (GO SPARTY) and absolutely love using it!! I recommend this product to anyone and everyone!

I have been very impressed with the FireDisc. I have tried cooking all kinds of things on it from stir fry, to steaks and more and all of it has come out excellent. Cooks super fast and the multiple heat zones makes it easy to move things to lower heat to cook. Setup is a breeze, and clean up is even easier, just add some cold water and let it boil for a few mins, then wipe dry. Super portable as well, so you can grill pretty much anywhere. Highly recommend one of these. Can’t say enough good things about the FireDisc.

I have a lot of outdoor cookers, from smokers, grills, fryers, stoves and what not. But this new FireDisc cooker is by far my favorite right now. Its only three total pieces and fits together without any tools. The legs are two pieces and then the disc itself. Its so compact that it fits anywhere I want to go. I can feed people at just about any venue. Great product!

I have the bamboo cutting board with the knife sharpener and we love it. Use it daily for our preparations for our meals. I even like to use it when I clean up my fish for fillets or for prepping. The knife sharpener was an excellent add on for a quick sharpening. An even bigger bamboo cutting board would be great for the addition.

I have used my fire disc in so many ways. When I have a crowd to cook for and the stove top just wont cut it. Ive made funnel cakes for my kids birthday party. Ive cooked up fajitas at a tailgate. Its convenient enough to be used on the go. Folds up small and utilizes the green camping propane so you dont have to lug around one oth the big ones. Its been my go to cook option outside and I look for ways to use it. Heck I cooked breakfast for me and my wife in it just because I wanted to! Love the company and their products!

By far one of the best grills I used in a long time. Gets super hot, easy to clean and transport. Ive taken it camping and used it for small club events I can easily say I use my FireDisc at least 5 times a week. Getting ready to buy a second one possibility a third one in the coming months

This thing cooks it all. Not just another portable cooking device, but a whole new way to cook outdoors. My family hates it when I fry or stir fry indoors because of the residual smoke and smell. I was lucky enough to win a firedisc shallow at a demonstration for scouts. I have found it to be very easy to use, maintain, and used it help my boy scout son earn his cooking merit badge. While it takes a little getting used to with the heat settings once you get that figured out you wont want to cook on anything else. Storage is not an issue as it breaks down into pieces that are easy to tuck away in the garage until the next use. This is a well made quality cooker and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking in the great outdoors.

Awesome! Just cooked at a father daughter camp out for over 40. this was the only cooking tool we brought, so it had to work and it worked great! The burgers and dogs were all served hot and not burned up like on an open flame.

Only purchased a cutting board from them while visiting Texas for a tournament, but the reps were nice and very helpful! I couldnt buy a Firedisc there as I did not have any space to take from the store, but may purchase online! Who knows...it could just be my Xmas treat!

One of my fav tools for the outdoors. I have 3 of these. One stays in my truck to take hunting, fishing etc. One stays at my camp, and the other is on my porch. I love them. So easy to use. I bought the FireDisc deep 24 tailgater table top cooker. This thing will cook it all!!! We keep it in the camper for trips because of the versatility and ease of transportation. I have recently purchased the 20lb cylinder gas hose adapter to get away from the small propane bottles. I have to say Im very pleased with my purchase of the cooker and the way it performs. The clean-up is a breeze and is as advertised.

Excellent for cooking anything! We ate bacon, egg, cheese and green chile burritos for breakfast, Lightly breaded, deep fried trout and potatoes for lunch and fully loaded buffalo burgers for supper. Cleanup and transport are easier than carrying a cooler! Great cooker.

A friend of mine has this grill . I made a a nice fettuccine Alfredo with it . It came out great a,ND glaring knots too . I really enjoyed the ease of use and the large cooking area . But most important of all is the ease of sent up . And very easy to clean and its well built product . I will buy one once I can walk again I m recovering from ankle surgery. I cooked the pasta in a wheel chair . That is how easy it is to use Thanks Ozzy.

I enjoy wok cooking for large family parties. Due to the size wok required it is more practical to do it outside. I experimented with different setups but could not find anything suitable. Now that I found Firedisc, the problem is solved. Big 22 surface that heats up fast, and as an added bonus does not require a big heavy tank. It also folds up compactly for storage. A very cleverly designed cooker.

Had a buddy recently get on of these and he invited me over to give it a try. I did a quick stir fry of some veggies while he cooked a couple of steaks low and slow - We pulled the stir fry and used the FireDisc to finish the reverse sear on the steaks. My biggest plus - it actually gets hot enough - so many outdoor cooking products cant stay hot with a little breeze - So 5 star from me.

We went to the HTS chili cookoff a week or so ago and the Firedisc cooker we used was the envy of everyone around us. Folks kept coming by to look at it and loved the fact it was at 36” instead of having to bend over. The wind was blowing horribly and I think I only had to relight the cooker one or two times in 4 hours. These things are awesome!

I dont have one of these but, I want one bad!! I am a contractor so I find myself in home improvement stores a bunch. There is often one of these cookers displayed. They look like they would be super easy to use and sooo much FUN! I think my favorite thing to do with one would be to cook all my breakfast at once.

I have been a LONG time owner of another portable grilling option (not to be named - that has seen many an adventure and road trip) with a modicum of success. Ive replaced an axle, wheels, grill plates and sanded and repainted the cover multiple times. Now... in comparison to my FireDisc cooker, I am almost at a loss for words, but what I can tell you is the following: this grill by far is effortlessly transported, easily cleaned, with superior versatility, excellent durability and to top it off functional good looks. Will be getting a fire disk before this camping season. It looks like a quality product and just what I need. Cant wait to try it out!

We were traveling in Texas and saw the Fire Disc. Got back to Illinois and just kept thinking about it. Ordered, had it shipped to Illinois and have been enjoying it ever since. Great product.

Excellent product! Ive been cooking with my FireDisc for about 4 months now and it is awesome. Cooking steaks this thing is a breeze (especially since you can move the steaks to the side and de-glaze the disc with champagne to make am awesome sauce by adding garlic, shallots, and thyme). The portability is amazing. If you had to list a con on the review it would be that there is a little more cleanup than a conventional grill but its worth the work.

Some of the best people you will ever deal with and fast getting your orders to you .. If you have any problems or just need some info on some thing, give them a shout out .. One of the best cookers I have ever used .. It packs down small and can go about any where you go for a cook out . It cooks up you food fast and you can cook different things on it at the same time that way every thing is done at the same time .I love about this cooker .

I used a Fire disc for the first time last week! I had not heard of them until a friend loaned me one to use. I am SOLD! The ease of care,the sturdiness, and the options aavailable for heighth of cooker are outstanding! I am saving up to hopefully get one for Christmas time. They are well worth the money.

A friend of mine has kne. And it is amazing. He cooks everything from breakfast to seafood on this thing. I would love to have one myself

Just received my firedisc this past Saturday. Easy set up and cooks great. Seasoned it per instructions and started cooking with it. Easy clean up and storage

I love the firedisc cookers! When I was in high school I tried building something similar to this in my shop class and after many unsuccessful attempts I just gave up, a couple years later, I hear about this company and their products and I decided I had to have one! I prefer cooking on my FireDisc over grilling with a propane BBQ grill.

Cooking on the fire disc created a new level of grilling. The best part about it is that its portable and you can use a small propane tank or the big. cooking on it is easy from stir fry to taqueria tacos you choose. clean up is a jiff. hands down best portable grilling device ive had.

My sister has a FireDisc and i absolutely LOVE it! it is so handy to have and extra easy to use & care for. i highly recommend getting one if you can

I love my Fire Disc. It is easy to set up.easy to clean up, and great to cook on . So far I have prepared three meals on the Fire Disc and two were an absolute hit with the family.
