The team at West U Marble are first rate. The install team of Pedro and Nelson are professional and courteous. They worked around a couple of problems and the tub surround looks fantastic. After they finished their work and put all the tools away, they cleaned up the bathroom and hosed down the yard and my car from all the dust generated when they cut the pieces to fit.Bill came out to measure and we discussed a couple of options, which were implemented exactly. This job was a retrofit of a replacement tub and surround, and the second one they did for us as a sub to the plumbing contractor that replaced the tubs. The first one was in 2015. If you are looking for a bathroom remodel, I highly recommend West U Marble. When we replace our vanity and kitchen counter tops they will be our choice for the work.

48” marble vanity top with single sink and two soap dishes. Sink is the shell shape. This job was done in 1999 so over 21 years. I am sure Google reviews did not exists at the time... so writing one now indicates how pleased I was with their service.The vanity top is still in good shape. There are a few minor tears in sink and I was going to have refinished, But then one of the doors on my vanity fell off so I just decided to purchase a new vanity. I remember these guys made my vanity top but I recall they were located someplace near Galleria. When I Googled I was happy to learn they are now located 8 minutes from my home.I am hoping to hire them again to make another sink of the same style as well as a marble surround wall around my tub area.I will update once it is done.

West Us Marble product is beautifully made, super easy to clean, and a great custom fit. No grout! My builder (not West U), installed it with his crew and it didnt come out well. Bill at West U sent his crew to pull it all down and fix it. In a day and a half it went from ugly quarter to half inch silicone gaps to an eighth or less! It is now perfect. These guys build and install with perfection and attention to tiny detail. Buy the slabs from West U and make sure you have them do the install!

It took a total of 4 days to complete my beautiful bathtub combo. They are professional, friendly and trustworthy. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Fantastic job by the installers. They took the time to do it right. It was amazing watching them work together to get the job done. They always had 2 solutions to each problem. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable that is a rare thing these days.

Wow! For their price point I dont think anything we have done to our house has made a bigger positive impact. We replaced two bathroom vanities. They installed them and both still look fantastic 1 year after installation. West Marble Marble Company recently made cultured marble countertops and jacuzzi tub surrounds for my two master suites. I am a Harvey Flood victim and now surviver! I needed new countertops and tub surrounds that would blend with the light cabinet color and marble floors. Bill and Linda at West U were fabulous in the effort that they helped me and created samples that were perfect on the first try! Always showed up on time and we’re friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the marble process and utilize the latest products and techniques! I was impressed on how meticulous the template process was. Everything came out perfect and the installation was flawless! I cant say enough good things about both Bill and Linda and the crew there! It was a pleasure to work with them and I am grateful as the rebuild from a flood was made easier because of them! Outstanding experience! Highly recommend!

They did a wonderful job! We ran into some glitches due to the original bathroom (from the 80s) being unlevel and uneven. They customized everything and you cant tell the woodwork was off. They did an amazing job on the custom tub surround for my sons bathroom. So glad our plumbers gave them as an option. We are extremely pleased with the work they did, the attention to detail, and it looks way better than old stuff!

Great service! Great product! Great people! We were very impressed with the extra care the guys took to protect the rooms and floors during prework and install, the completeness of the job, and ultimately, with the cultured marble tub enclosures and vanity top themselves.

It is refreshing that we still have companies like West U Marble with old fashion courtesy and outstanding service, twice I requested modifications and twice they did it promptly and properly. I do highly recommend them.
