We bought a 2x4 slab for a bathroom vanity countertop to be cut from a larger leftover piece of granite. The customer service was excellent, the cut was of high quality and exactly to our specific measurements. I highly recommend this company.

Just a note to the Traditional Designs Team on the outstanding job you did for our family . This team has a great selection of granite slabs in stock, a large shop to do all cutting and finishing in house and a fantastic installation team . But they are so much more with a great selection of tile in stock as well as the best tile installer I have ever worked with .They can handle the removal of old floors and countertops and disposal that a lot of companies don’t want to do . The owners and sales team were great to work with, no hidden fees and knew there business. Really one of the best experiences on remodel I have ever had and all came with very competitive prices .All in all if you want the best quality of products and Instalation, ease of transaction at a great value give them a call, you won’t be disappointed

Great selection of materials to look at! Im in love with the Fantasy Brown Granite I found here, and Deana was essential in helping me get this project done in time for the holidays! I even ended up redoing the master bathroom after I found this place since Deana was so helpful and I really loved the materials! So go to Traditional Designs and ask for Deana - she is the BEST!!!

Redoing a bathroom in an old house is always tricky. The team at Traditional Designs was so helpful and patient. And although it was a small project I received outstanding attention and customer service. SO much better than a big box store. Highly recommend!

Traditional Designs installed our granite bathroom countertops and we had a really great experience. I went in one Saturday just intending to get some information and prices; Jamie was really helpful and informative, walking me through the options, the prices, and the process. Everything sounded great so I put down the deposit that day. The crew came out in December to complete the work and the job was done quickly and professionally. The countertops are beautiful and were really happy with them. We intend to go back soon for some additional work wed like to have done to our house.

We have used Traditional Designs on five projects over three homes. We have purchased quartz countertops, flooring, sinks and backsplashes. The showroom selection is excellent and the service is 1000% better than going to a big-box home improvement store. Their team has done demo and install. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and we were very happy with their staff. If you have a tight budget and/or a smaller job, their remnant warehouse behind the showroom can also be a great resource. Dave and Martha and their team really do a great job. Highly recommend.

You can not beat the quality and professionalism of Traditional Designs. This is the second kitchen countertop renovation that Traditional Designs has completed for me. BOTH times the fabricators did a beautiful job, and the installers as well. This last renovation I installed the waterfall. It is absolutely gorgeous. Most importantly! The installers have respect for your home. They COMPLETELY cleaned up the area like they were never there.

I used traditional designs for all my flooring projects. The level of service is beyond my expectations. Jamie was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this plave for anyone looking to replace their hardwood floors. Especially if your home was flooded from Harvey!

Countertops did an amazing job remodeling our 70s style, cramped and tired, old kitchen. Tom the project manager was super responsive and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. We hit a handful of snags as in any major project however with thoughtful discussions and compromise, they were resolved. We also appreciate the crew cleaning up and putting away their tools and materials after each days work. Tom was also accommodating with some of the changes as the finishing touches were getting installed. He was very patient. Finally, we wake up every morning to a kitchen we absolutely adore! We used Traditional Designs LTD on an office building install. The design called for several complicated fabrication cuts. They used their CNC machine to fabricate all parts and polish all edges. The job was a wonderful install. On time and on budget. Dave the owner was easy to work with.

Timeliness. Had these guys install kitchen and entryway tile as well as Quartz countertops in the kitchen. They were always there when they said they would be and got the job done to our satisfaction. Had a few issues with our kitchen sink fitting into the new Quartz and Dave assured me that the issues would be resolved in one way or another. Great customer service! Would definitely recommended!!!

We ordered custom granite countertops from them for our kitchen remodeling. The countertops and installation were absolutely flawless. Jamie was there to help us every step of the way and were extremely helpful with all of my questions. Very professional company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was told by the salesman that they would deliver a table I was having made, and after they charged my credit card, I was told it would be a $75.00 charge.I tried to get the salesman to call me three times, yet he never called.Be warned!

I decided to re-do my kitchen counter tops done and I hired Traditional Designs ( worst decision of my life) their team is really good and courteous, but the owner Martha is as fake as a $3 dollar bill, she didnt know I was a customer of hers and treat me like a piece of trash..I dont know how those employees keep up with her.
