We are super happy with the quality and customer service that we have received from Legacy Granite and Marble. They have upgraded our Kitchen and Bath Counter tops with some very nice granite. Update 2: The company has fixed the issues and the review now reflects this! We strongly recommend these folks.Update: The company has heard our complaints and stated they will be coming to finish the job. The review is now reflecting that and will be updated again when the job is completed :)Terrible service, unwillingness to fix mistakes.The granite in our new home was not sealed properly, We started getting stains right when we moved in. We asked our builder who needed to fix this and they sent us to this company who installed it. The company claimed that they already sealed the counters, they did not... We have had granite installed at our other homes, we know this was not sealed right, if at all. So they sent out an employee after we complained, he came out and only sealed the kitchen, We still need our bathrooms sealed too and now they want to charge an additional $300 to come back out to finish their work they promised to have done in the factory... and still do not promise that the stains that happened in the kitchen will be fixed. This is ridiculous as the stains would not have happened if the granite was sealed properly on install.I will change this review if they come and fix this issue.
Terrible customer service. Showed up 2 hours late to a scheduled Saturday appointment for a time slot suggested by him (Gilbert). Consultation went well, we thought, as he recommended which Stone yards we should patron & avoid. Prior to leaving he told us his labor & install fee and that he would check Stone rates at some of the shops he frequents and get back to us Monday.I called him later the same day with a question, no answer, not a big deal its a weekend. I left a message with the understanding he would follow up on the next business day. He didnt. I called his cell & text a total of 4 different times that day. I also left a message in the office. No response. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to hear from him or the establishment.Poor service. Not sure what could be a valid excuse.
I am so in love with my new kitchen, great customer service interaction throughout. I am definitely going to call them back to remodel my bathrooms in the future.

Manager gave me a 3 hr window on a saturday, no call no show and didnt answer phone. No apology or acknowledgement when notified the next Monday .
