We finally purchased our beautiful quartzite slabs after visiting Terra at least 5 times over the past year. The construction delays prevented us from purchasing sooner. Each time I visited, Sam or Mike were happy to help even though we werent ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche.Thank you to the Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip!The selection of slabs is on point. We dont need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

Wonderful customer service, very quick turnaround, and unbeatable prices! I called around to a few places looking for a scrap piece of granite and Terra Granite was the only place that not only offered much more reasonable pricing but was simply great to work with in person. Great staff they are very helpful and extremely patient. I bought granite and I liked the product they provided.I had issue with one of the slab that I bought. As soon as I explained the issue, they helped me and brought new one.

Loved working with them to select my granite for kitchen and bathrooms. But, still waiting to resolve an issue with slabs being delivered that were not the pieces I selected. Will reconsider my rating once the management responds with their solution to the issue.

Bad busuness bait and switch. After several visits Mike gave a great price on 4 jumbo slabs of Quartzite. When I came in to pay all of a sudden it was sold. He offered me an inferior slabs for the same price. I went out into the yard and the slabs were still there with my name written on the side in permanent marker. A month and a half later I went by and the slabs were still there with my name scratched out.They also operate under another name on google, Vera Quartz.
