Their drivers need to get off their phone and pay attention to the road. Cutting people off on the highway and not using signals. Speaks volumes about their quality of employees.

Buyer beware!! They used faulty glue to install mirrors and they know it! They have now reverted back to clips but will not back up their faulty installations practices.

We were supposed to get a mirror in our house replaced two weeks ago. Somehow, we werent put on the schedule and no one came. They were scheduled to come today between 8 and 11. At 1030, they still hadnt shown up or called. I texted the number that I previously sent a picture of the faulty mirror to and got a call from someone at their office 15 minutes later saying they wouldnt be there by 11, that it would be more like 2-3. At 3 they still werent here. I called the office number that called earlier and they put me through to some automated phone service which was useless and extemely irritating. While I was trying to navigate through that, they finally got here. The guys who came were nice and did a good job, but overall, horrible experience.

Driving on 290 one of their trucks drove along side our car with a Chuckie doll hanging out the window, and the passenger side employee had a lizard mask on. They drove along side us for a 1/4 mile with the lizard mask guy menacingly staring at us as the rest of the employees laughed. Maybe you should train your employees not to wear halloween masks and try to scare drivers when they are in a truck with your giant logo on it?
