Fast is all can say I contacted them on Wednesday they came out Thursday to measure and I had my shower Tuesday. Customer service was great, they answered all my questions in a timely manner, and they keep you informed throughout the whole process. I absolutely love my new shower door.

The consultation and quote was convenient. All I had to do was send a few pictures, measurements and provide a description of what I wanted. Someone came out to take exact measurements and a week later, everything was installed. Staff is professional and accommodating.

I just had a Glass Shower Door installed on my remodeled shower. The door looks great and we are very happy with the door and service. Same Day Frameless measured on Thursday and initially tried to install the door on Tuesday but discovered that they had to take the door back for adjustments and I was thinking that the door would not be available until Thursday but to my surprise Same Day Frameless called on Wednesday morning and told me that their installers were on the way to install the door. They were quick, very polite and professional. My door was hung and I was very happy. Thank you Same Day Frameless! I hope to use them again in the near future.

AMAZINGLY fast service! From beginning to end the process took 3 days (inquiry / design direction, measurement, fabrication, install) but only about 2 hours of my actual time.(30 minutes to measure for glass and just over an hour for installation of a single, fixed glass panel mounted at tub top in brushed stainless channel on 3 sides)Communication was also great! I was made aware of each step along the way and they worked with my schedule.Finally, the price was very competitive in the market, but their speed put them on the top of my list.Looking forward to repeating the process in my other bathroom this summer!

I called them on Thursday afternoon, they asked to text or e-mail some pictures and rough mesures, they sent me back a rendering and the budget, Friday came to take mesures, and had my shower door installed on Monday.Very professional and courteous. The final product came out lovely at a competitive rate. Juzer was very polite and responsive by text, although I generally prefer phone or in person communication, which was not always returned. Upon several attempts to reach the company by phone on a Saturday afternoon when the office was opened, an impolite gentleman name Aaron answered the phone, but the call wasnt returned. My wife had some concerns, as we were asked to sign the contract and make a $837 down payment prior to the company coming out to take final measurements. Pricing was adjusted upwards by approx $50 prior to signing the contract (I understand pricing can change with changes to company operating expenses) and turns out the contract called for a 72 door while the measuring technician suggested an 80 door, which was what my wife wanted. Juzer informed us the door could be a maximium of 80 but didnt necessarily have to be 80, but 72 was below our shower head. The extra 8 was quoted at an additional $198, and Juzer was kind enough to provide a final installed door of 74 1/2 at no additional cost. Seeing all the other positive reviews of folks, Im sorry I may just be a hard customer to satisfy.

These guys did a great job. I had two vendors provide estimates, and both of them provided literally the same thing with the same warranty. Same Day Frameless Shower Doors provided the less expensive option. The delivery and installation was very efficient and my wife and I both like the finished product. I think the DFI coating on all sides of the glass was also a major selling point.

Excellent customer service. Very professional. Quality work. Very responsive and quick. They actually miss cut one piece of glass the first time but it was close. I was going to be ok just leaving it but they didn’t want to do that, so they recut it at no cost, and came back and installed it two days later. Extremely easy all around. No need to price shop, in fact it cost me more than the competitor but after seeing their quality and stopping further install on the competitor; there was no further substitute. Communication was great between the sales associate and I but there were a few things here and there that didnt make me so happy. The material on the showers seems like a sturdy and durable material but I am still to verify if it will work out and only time will tell. And like any other company there Is some nagging and pushing to do in order to get your stuff right. Other than that I would recommend them. I got a quote quickly and it was the best price with all the features I wanted.A tech came out to my home, took some measurements, and the door was ready to install in few days. Unfortunately, the job had to be halted because I learned that my family and I had been exposed to COVID-19. (Exposure happened after the tech had been to my home, so I knew he was OK.) I texted Juzer to let him that it wasn’t safe for his team to come out to my home until I knew we didn’t have the virus. Highly recommend this company for your project. I called on a Friday afternoon for an estimate. They had numbers within 30 minutes and were on site by end of day to take precise measurements. Glass was fabricated over the weekend and allowed to cure for a day. Installation was scheduled for Tuesday but moved a day back for my convenience. After installation, there was an issue where a panel shifted very slightly while the silicone sealant cured, causing the door to stick. They came back and handled it promptly. Very happy with the end result.

We checked out their website and in less than a minute I was chatting with Joseph. Gave him a couple dimensions, texted a quick photo, and within minutes we had a quote. Price was good. A tech came over a few hours later to take accurate measurements. This was a Saturday. Glass was fabricated on Monday. Tech came back on Tuesday, took out the old shower and installed our new glass.
