Mark, in sales is really helpful and informative. But the really great thing about this company is the installation crew. They installed a whole house full of windows and we had the pleasure of spending several days with these guys going in and out of every room of our house. They are neat, courteous, knowledgeable, and so very talented. True craftsmen. We wont need windows again, probably ever, but I would hire them over and over again.

I received a very fair estimate from this company and decided to do a complete window replacement of my home. There was some delay on the order due to COVID but when the new windows arrived I could not have been more pleased. During the install, they were completely honest with me and showed me rotten wood and trim that had to be replaced. This put me a little over budget but the job was done correctly and professionally. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

After many quotes and sales pitches the up sell and down sell became frustrating. Then came Mark from the Window Authority who spent the time to really understand what we were trying to accomplish. Wanting modern windows with the old style look to complement the home was a challenge. The Window Authority not only came through but the result was amazing. The biggest surprise was the attention to detail on rebuilding the bad window wood stud frame and using Hardy on the exterior. It was far from the least costly option but if you want incredible workmanship at a reasonable price this is your contractor. We will be doing more with them in the near future and have zero reason to even to consider to look elsewhere.

I am beyond impressed with the whole experience. From the product presentation, options, quality of product to the seamless installation process, Mark and his crew did an outstanding job. You would not be disappointed.

Mark, the owner, is an honest and capable guy who takes care of his clients and can be trusted to build the project right, at a very fair price. Solid contractors like this are hard to find and worth their weight in gold!
