We have used Renaissance Windows & Doors on two different occasions and both experiences were exceptional. We initially replaced our kitchen window over the sink with a larger window. We were happy with their work and used them a second time to replace the remaining original windows in our house. From the sales rep (Derek) to the installation crew as well as the administrative staff (Barbara), communication was excellent and the quality of product and workmanship proved outstanding. Our utility bills are much lower and they made sure we knew how to care for our new windows. Im so impressed with their service and workmanship that I will be reaching out to them for new doors in the near future. Thank you Renaissance! Ive worked at other window companies. Renaissance takes care of you, has good benefits, keeps you busy, definitely the owners are by far one of the most hands-on, caring owners Ive seen. He checks in with us and to me thats completely foreign to my previous experience with other companies. Philip has been very fair with me and works with me to find solutions if we have an installation problem. Very good company to work for.

Renaissance W&D did an awesome job replacing my two front doors, which were affected by leaks, rot, and a lot of other issues...From the start of the process and the visit of the sales/technical person to the doors being installed, they were always on the point, precise, on time and professional. I highly recommend them.Yes, they may seems pricey, but I had cheapest quotes from other companies which either bailed out on me or have me chasing them for months, before I gave up.As usual, you get what you paid for...Special kudos for my installers Philips and Carlos, who were courteous, smiling, listened to all my requests and observations, went above and beyond and made an awesome job.Again, I highly recommend this company for your windows and door replacements.

Replacing all the windows in our home is not a cheap undertaking. We have gone through 2 Replacement phases with Renaissance and plan to have them back to replace remaining windows. We are extremely pleased with the window quality and efficiency as well as the beautiful updated look it gives our 24 year old home. We interviewed many window companies and Renaissance stood the test!!! They do a great job making your home improvement dreams a reality!

We had an excellent experience with Renaissance Windows, from start to finish. We replaced all the windows in the house with Marvin Infinity Fiberglass double hung high efficiency windows. The visit with the sales rep, Tom, was informative, low key, and not pushy. He worked up several different packages for us over a couple weeks as we thought through the project. We had Gulf Coast Windows out just before Renaissance, and it was a high pressure sales job with a today only price, which was still higher than Renaissance price for similar windows. We had planned to call another company or two for comparison, but after the positive experience with Tom and the competitive price for similar windows, we decided to go with Renaissance.The installation was amazing. Weve had a lot of construction done in past few years, and we always had to watch and oversee the work closely. We quickly discovered that we didn’t have to do that with Renaissance. Philip (and his apprentice Tim) installed the windows. Philip is a true artisan and it shows. He is meticulous, for example, he found a slight dimension issue in one of the windows from the factory and pointed it out to us (we might not have noticed it). Renaissance had another window made to replace it.

Everyone at Renaissance was super! Highly recommend them. Finally replaced our old single-pane windows. Had enough dust that blew in from yard work, rain fogged up the glass, AC blew out through gaps in the frame, street noise drove us crazy. Picked Renaissance after subjecting ourselves to literal harassment and fake discounts from other companies. Renewal by Andersen wanted a lot more than Renaissance! Almost double! Even though Renaissance was not the cheapest, they gave straight answers, showed differences in windows and how they are installed and the insider info we would never have thought of and no one else mentioned. Dave listened to us, didnt try to oversell us on stuff we dont need, saved us some money by using some picture windows and helping on other details. He was no nonsense, not pushy, very straightforward with facts. Genuine, knows his stuff, and very helpful. The installers were very professional, not rushed so they paid attention to little details that matter to us. They cleaned up the yard and house while they were here and after they finished. Took all the old windows away! Angel was so nice and careful. He installed like a big curtains of plastic that blocked dust from getting in the bedrooms and living room while they worked. Replacing windows is an investment and glad we didnt go with the cheapest. Very happy with Renaissance! Will definitely get new front door from them later this year.

Where to even begin, I guess a whopping BEWARE is a great place to start. I called Renaissance because of their great online reviews it never occurred to me to stay far away from a company thats been in business 20 or something years that has only the bare minimum in reviews. Their services are so ghastly that even paying customers dont feel inclined to thank them for their work. The Design Center showroom was anticlimactic at best with very little to show. The manager is pushy, has a God complex and doesnt let you get a word in edgewise. I was told that the woman sitting in the office to the left is the owner. She was completely oblivious and inconsequential. No clue what her purpose is. I set the appointment for a consultation in my house. The sales rep arrived looking like he had on yesterdays clothes. He was even more rude than the manager. He spoke over me and told me what I could and could not afford for my own house. He didnt listen to me at all. The quote he provided was much more than other companies offering the same exact products. Still willing to give them a chance I reached out to the sales rep on more than one occasion and got no response. Do your research people and stay away.

Wow! Where to begin! Everyone at Renaissance was amazing. We went into the showroom several times and spoke with the manager Wayne Culver and our salesman Derrick Wilson is simply the best in the business. Even the Installation Coordinator Jennifer was always courteous and accessible. I definitely recommend Renaissance to anyone looking for reasonable pricing for top of the line products, top notch customer service and an efficient install crew.

Renaissance Window & Doors installed a french door and did a marvelous job. They were careful in measuring, ordering, and prompt in installation and thorough in cleanup. We have used them before and this job was a return visit based on the past excellent result. For us, Renaissance Windows & Doors is the only game in town for quality window/door products. We have found their products/installation are so superior that in our case, more than 100% of the cost was retrieved upon sale of the house. Window and door enhancement is a win-win for the homeowner because it dramatically improves the beauty and functionality of the home while at the same time substantially increasing home value.

Oh where to begin. Well, we have had nothing but a total and complete nightmare working with this company. Our project started off solid in May, we chose them based on great reviews. The doors took forever to come in which we were patient about because everyone was still doing flood repairs, but then it went from irritating to downright absurd. On numerous occasions they wouldnt show up when they said they would. When they did show up, they said this would be a short job, that turned into days and days on end resulting in all our belongings upstairs and in the garage unprotected from potential theft etc. I will acknowledge there was a minor complication from damage due to leaking from the upstairs door that made the job more difficult, but they couldnt even get the downstairs door level; their boss came by and seemed to be talking them through it. But whatever, job got done. Once finally installed there were big globs of white sealant on our siding, and they used two different materials for the top rain guards that were dented and didnt even cover the length of the door. door was deeper than the previous one perhaps so a big slab of raw wood was placed below it. We had to negotiate for them to paint it. All of the trim work was finished in a bright white paint not even remotely matching the ivory door. Never did we imagine it would look better in the before pictures. It took a lot of nagging them to get this job done and then now (October of the same year) there is mold. They are not returning our calls and ignoring our requests to have this addressed. They do not stand by their work, and clearly if youre not a top end fancy they dont take the time or care. How could you trust a company with your beautiful entry doors when they botch a simple garage door? Absurd... we just want working doors that dont look a mess and dont leak, is that so much to ask!? Waiting on my husband to dig up the before/after pics and Ill add them but weve been meaning to review and I didnt want to forget again. Ill update with pictures as soon as possible.

David provided me with great options for replacing my back door. He suggested products that would be weather resistant and had some great extra features - triple locking mechanism. Door was installed 2 days before hurricane Harvey, and it held up great to the amount of rain that was in our area.

We are in an older home in Memorial that was built in 1964. The original windows are still in it and in need of replacing. We sought out three bides and selected Renaissance Windows & Doors. One thing that impressed me was that it was not oversold where a salesman keeps pushing and pushing for business. It was a nice soft sale where they stand by their product and reputation. We also found visiting their showroom to be educational. There we were able to see the technology and confirm that it would save us on electricity and reduce air draft in our home. We changed out 3 different sets of windows and were very happy with the service.

I had a truly amazing experience at Renaissance Windows & Doors from start to finish. They came out and measured my windows gave me an estimate and allowed me to make an unpressured decision. I had three other quotes and all the other companies were very high pressure. My products came in and the installation crew did an amazing job of getting everything installed in the allotted time frame. We will be back for our patio doors before summer.

We were having a problem with an Anderson Perma Shield sliding patio door that was sticking. I tried adjusting it, but it still did not move freely. My wife scheduled a service call. The technician adjusted the door so that it move freely - just like when it was installed 14 years ago. There was no charge for the adjustment, so I figured I better help get the word out that they are GREAT. You dont really know how good a business is until you have to use their service department. Renaissance is as good as they get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I love, love, love my new windows! The Renaissance installers did an excellent job: They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, provided instructions and advice, and were professional and cordial. I have recommended their services to my family and friends.

We hired them to change our master bedrooms balcony door which is a big and expensive job and after 8 weeks of wait they brought a door that opens in the wrong direction and because we couldnt wait any more having a baby on the way had to accept it as it was.. Now we can not even fully open the door and the blinds fall when the door is open more than 45 degrees.

Great experience with this company; each person each step of the way was timely and very professional. The new door they found and replaced our old door with is excellent and worth the price.

Had some problems with the installer who dropped his drill and dinged up the steps in two places. Also had water collection behind door after installed, but a second guy came by to six the problem. We will have to wait to see if it works. I told them why I was having them installed the door, it was to prevent water from getting into the interior of the home on the forth floor. We will have to see if this door installation will be effective. I did like the door, but for the price I want a smooth installation.

We purchased the Infinity fiberglass windows and the Hurd clad wood doors for our porch that we enclosed. Not only are our new windows beautiful, but they are very energy efficient. We hardly have to heat and cool our porch which is amazing since the whole room is glass. We live in the country and the deer cannot hear us when we are on the porch now nor can they see us through the glass so we can watch the animal life without fear of them getting spooked. Our doors close and seal very snug as well. The multi-point lock keeps them very secure. The entire staff did a great job. Our salesman explained all the options available and even helped us figure out where the lock rail on the double hung windows would be so we could make sure that it wouldnt obstruct our view. The installers were very professional. They came out early and worked late and kept the jobsite clean. We couldnt be more pleased with Renaissance. They have a quality product and great service.
