Door Masters of Texas did a great refinishing job!They took off several layers of stain, paint and varnish that were put on over several years.They showed up on time, were very efficient, stayed in the estimate and were very thorough.I will be using them to refinish the door annually which won’t be as much work as the last time.Great job!

Door Masters of Texas installed 3 exterior doors for us and I could not be more pleased! Their workmanship is excellent and the customer service from Cole and his team is far more than I could have hoped for. Ill be honest and say Im pretty hard to please. As I get closer to retirement, and know my earning capacity is nearing an end, well....Im sure these are the last doors Ill be buying (barring a natural disaster) and they had to RIGHT, if you know what I mean. They are exactly what I wanted!!! If I ever do need doors again, I wouldnt consider letting anyone install doors for me but Door Masters. They are # 1!! Thank you, Cole and team!! GREAT experience!!

If you are purchasing a new door from this business, be sure you read the fine print. There is no satisfaction guaranteed. So, buyer beware!!! There is a hefty restocking fee of 35%!!!!!The door Cole ordered for us did NOT take the stain uniformly. The wood panel at the bottom stained almost black compared to the rest of the door. The reason was NOT the light as Cole tried to tell us, it was the wood grain which was completely different from the rest of the door. So the door was a defective product.Even Cole could see the problem, but he told us the door met his standards. Obviously, his standards dont include customer satisfaction.Please look carefully at the stain job on the doors in his showroom, particularly the second room. You will see lots of doors where the staining is not uniform... often it is the bottom middle panel which is the problem.Cole was not willing to order us another door. Instead, he gave us 2 options: keep the door that we were unhappy with and pay the balance OR refund us our down payment minus the restocking charge of 35%. 35% restocking is outrageously high, given that Consumer Reports indicates that most reputable companies charge 15-20%. In fact, most companies waive restocking when the item is defective, which was clearly the problem with our door.By the way, Cole also charged 35% restocking for the door handle which had not yet been delivered to his shop. Then to add insult to injury, he charged SALES TAX on RESTOCKING in the amount of $43.23. WOW!!!So, we walked away with nothing while he pocketed over $500 AND now he gets to sell the door again to some other poor soul.Cole claimed he is out money. REALLY???

The staff at Door Masters is very passionate and cordial. Cole is the face of the front office and the main sales person. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about the entire production process. Cole also came onsite during installation and afterwards for follow up. Cole was wonderful. He responded quickly to my emails and even suggested three doors, one if which I bought. There was a lady who was also very professional and personable. I didnt catch her name. I gave a 4 star only because the installation was rescheduled to the next day. The gentlemen who installed the door but really didnt give much advise on how to maintain the door. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend Door Masters.

Door is beautiful. Stunning even. The finish wasnt very UV resistant. The multi lip door bottom seal needed replacement after 9-ish years. That is a major operation.

This place rocked! We had contractors over/on the clock and a damaged door from another company. Door Masters came to the rescue with a quality product in the nick of time!

3 months old, door seal went bad- The owner said, door seals are not covered under warranty($95.00 repair). This product and all materials, were purchased and installed by/from them . Buyers, be -a-ware!

Spoke with Kimberly on phone to inquire if the company served Brenham, Texas and said that I was a returning customer. We scheduled the measurement appointment and current owner, Cole came to measure. I had purchased my previous door with sidelights 15 years ago for my Houston home from Cole’s Dad Charles. I was very pleased with that entire experience.Funny anecdote. My daughter asked me, “How do you remember a guys name that you bought a door from 15 years ago??!!!!” Easy!! Charles was very personable and the door was beautiful! He taught his son well! Cole came back for a 2nd measurement with his Artisan, Jesse, to measure for my new arched leaded glass mahogany door. Cannot wait to see it installed!

Young man that helped us was very patient, very helpful & very nice . Also, sent us a picture how the new doors will look . Took 2 months of the food production,, but work of the wait . Door gorgeous & very elegant . Installers were efficient, kept my house clean, & did great job.

Took twice as long to build the door as they stated and when it was to be delivered they called and told us they built the wrong size door. Took another 4 weeks to deliver the correct size door. When we bought it they talked about their 10 year warranty on stain and 10 months later we noticed one spot did not have any stain and was in a location that it could not be hit or rubbed off from use. We never use the door unless we have company and now they say that is not covered. Highly recommend not using them and get your door from somewhere else.

Says there is a 10 year warranty and that there word is good, they will make it right. Wrong, there word is not good and when i called with issues they said warranty is void because we do not have a porch. No mention of the no porch issue when door was being installed of course.

After the Hurricane Harvey, all door stores very busy, take weeks even months to get doors, I have to return doors order from other store, at this store, I got a unfinished declarative glass mahogany front double door in around one week. Very satisfied so far.
