Ariel was very helpful and made sure you know why you wanted. Originally I wanted a different style chain and she suggested another one. She brought out what she had and let me try it on. Wow!! Ariel made my first experience buying a chain awesomely unforgettable! From start to finish, she made sure that I would like my chain. She brought out several chains at different widths, lengths, and styles so I could choose. I had no clue on what I was doing, but Ariel definitely guided me the entire way. She had a brand new chain put together for me all the way from Italy!Ariels office is in a huge office building with actual police officers that check ID, and in order to get into her actual office, she has to buzz you in. When handling such precious metals/diamonds, security is a must!If youre looking for a jeweler that wont rush or upsell you, then this is your spot! I cannot say one bad thing about this establishment!

I cannot thank Ariel and Sol enough! I visited Ariel at a friends recommendation, and I couldnt have asked for a better personalized jewelry experience. I wanted to have a custom engagement ring made (spoiler: she said yes!), and Ariel walked me through the entire process step by step, from explaining the basics of the four Cs, to showing me different stones that were within/around my desired parameters and budget, to keeping me updated every step of the way--including generating a CAD mockup of the design I had in mind, preparing a wax model of the ring to give me an even better idea of what it would look like and then unveiling the final ring in person.The entire process was a complete breeze, and you can tell immediately that Ariel and Sol are actual experts when it comes to jewelry. Even though I already had a general idea of what I wanted, they answered any questions I had and even explained the pros and cons of other choices I had previously considered or that I could have made. More importantly, I never, ever felt rushed or that I was being upsold. My experience couldnt be any more straightforward, and Ariel was incredibly accommodating to make sure everything would turn out exactly right--e.g., even non-standard ring sizes (e.g., by 1/8 size increments) were not a problem at all. 11/10 would absolutely recommend!!

If I could add more than 5 stars I would! Sol Diamonds has me in complete awe. They were the nicest most generous people to work with. A little back story; I am pregnant and my fingers got really swollen. My wedding ring was stuck, and it was NOT budging. My husband and I tried every trick and hack in the book...nothing was working. My last resort was to get it cut off. Mind you, my wedding ring was 3 bands soldered together, so it was very wide. While the situation was awful, my experience with Sol Diamonds was beyond amazing! He was so gentle while cutting my band. The cut ended up being so perfect that repairing my ring is going to be nothing. I was so happy I was referred to Sol Diamonds. I did NOT want to go to the ER like everyone was telling me to, because I knew they would ruin my ring. Sol Diamonds saved my ring and my finger!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
