Robbins Brothers is the best! I know Vanessa Navarro doesn’t work at any of the Houston locations but she helped me from day one. She is truly a big asset for the company. My experience was phenomenal! The ring design that I have been looking for was discontinued and no one had it anywhere. She helped me locate the maker and had them custom order one for me in the exact size that I needed. Thank you so much! I will come back for anniversaries and I’m ready for you guys to take my money.

Fantastic experience at this store. I strolled in shopping for wedding bands and Pete was able to help me find the perfect bands for myself and my fiancée. My ring was not available in my size and there was not enough time for them to order it before my wedding (last minute shoppers here) but when I was able to find an exclusive online distributor of the company that could ship in time there was no attitude or bad vibes and we kept working on getting the right ring for my lady. Robert helped me out both times I went in. I took my fiance in with me to browse one time and he made sure to discuss with me (privately) my budget and was able to steer my fiance towards the ring that she loved but also fit our budget. And i followed up a month or two later and he still remembered me and we were able to pick up where we left off and get the ring she wanted. Everything went perfect and she loved the ring.

After playing house for 20 years and two son’s later, my common law hubby and I have decided to make things official 😂. I had always said this is the store I’ll visit when that day comes. We’ll I finally made it inside from years of passing it by. Such nice people and the selection in the display cases was plentiful! I, of course went straight to the Verragio display case and found the ring of my dreams. It is still being customized but almost 5 weeks later, it is almost ready to have my diamond out in❣️ I had never been able to experience Diamond shopping and wow what an experience it was! I would only hope that everyone gets to experience that process at least once in their lifetime. I learned a lot and was very pleased in my one and hopefully only visit to Robbins Brothers store 🥰.

Lost my business as soon as the sales man (Aaron) only shook my fiancé’s hand at the end of the appointment disregarding me and my outstretched hand entirely. Women deserve the same respect. Never mind him continuously shooing me off for “bro time”. We came into the store knowing full well what I wanted and how much we were going to pay and my fiancé told him this, yet he did it twice more! Honestly disgusting sales practice, I’ve been given more respect at a car sales lot.

I appreciate the speed of service, but the environment was not what Im used to coming from Louisiana. It may just be that I was spoiled back home, we always had bottled water, snacks, and coffee available.

This jewelry store really is the engagement ring store. My husband and I got our rings from here 3 years ago and still love them. The staff was very accommodating. We did not like anything that they had in the case. However, they have master jewelers on site. My husband asked if they would he able to add a diamond on the rings. They said yes! They turned out excellent.We were also living in New Orleans at the time of purchase. They sent the rings overnight in ring boxes that had built in lights to accent the diamond when you opened them.My spouse was off on the size he needed, but a simple phone call and they sent a label to return it. They increased the size and sent it back within a couple of days.Excellent customer service!

We walked in and no one greeted us. We walked around for about 5 mins and no one approached us. We stopped to look at some rings and the employee behind the counter that was in front of us didn’t even look up to see if we needed help. Someone approached us and told us that someone would be right with us so we went back to the front to wait. A few minutes after that, another couple walked in and the employee behind the counter quickly greeted them and asked them how he could help them so we decided to walk out. We wasted about 15-20 mins waiting for someone to help us or even talk to us. It was very disappointing as we were very excited to look at engagement rings. We will never step foot again at a Robbins Brothers jewelry store again.

I went into this store not really knowing what wedding band I wanted, nor what to get my fiancé . Nellie (the employee we worked with) was so knowledgeable about everything. We started out with them as our first stop for an engagement ring. We hadn’t gone anywhere else yet and you should have seen the smile that they had when we said that. The staff that helped me were very friendly but there were some really uncomfortable sales tactics that affected our experience.They kept separating me and my soon to be fiancé and asking me questions after we told them we were both ok discussing details in front of each other. They asked me what car I drove. Really pressured me into financing since I wasn’t able to pay cash. Told us a much longer lead time than other places were. Kept going into the “back room” to get new diamonds. Wouldn’t let me and my girlfriend have a moment away from the sales staff to discuss on our own. And then come to find out they have 2 levels of sales. The first person you go and talk to is just the warm up. If they think you like it and have money then they move you to the second level sales. I walked out of there feeling like I just had a dirty used car sales buying experience.They talk big about their warranty and trade up program but thats pretty standard as I found out. Overall please check out other places and do your research. I found a cheaper, much faster, much friendlier, and better diamond jeweler than my experience with these people.One positive note for them. They are taking covid somewhat seriously. They do clean each ring as you touch it but also they put you in tiny cubicles where you are in an enclosed space no more than 5 feet wide with their sales teams.

Our Diamond Consultant, Robert Randle, ensured we got exactly what we wanted. Having our new diamond mounted on to a new band shouldve taken a week with current demands at their store, but he made sure we could receive our finished ring same day. Altogether, it took only a half hour, and we left very impressed and pleaded with his excellent customer service.

Most rings on display don’t include the diamond. You chose a ring, then tell them what size you desire and what price range your budget is. They have so many diamonds grades and sizes to chose from.

We came in to this store to look at wedding bands and ended up both finding rings that we wanted to buy. At this point we had only begun our search and didnt want to buy without at least looking at other places first. We really wanted to make sure we had reviewed all options and that these would be our favorite around. After expressing that we werent going to purchase anything that day, the sales associate asked why. After explaining this to her, she became extremely and uncomfortably pushy for the sale. At this point we were sitting in her office, where she kept constantly leaving for long periods of time to get information on services we expressed that we were not interested in, only to return and talk to us about purchasing the rings again. We finally had to just get up and awkwardly leave. We certainly werent going to purchase anything under that type of pressure.Heres the funny part though: We looked and looked at other stores for better rings and we couldnt find any that we liked as much as the Robbins Brothers rings. We really didnt want to deal with the high pressure unprofessional service again, but we agreed that those were our rings. On our way there the next day we decided to stop at two more places we had not thought to previously look, but only because we were dreading going back in to Robbins Brothers.WE SERIOUSLY ONLY WENT TO ANOTHER RING STORE BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AT ROBBINS BROTHERS, AND WE FOUND OUR RINGS ELSEWHERE! 😃😃😃

I will never go this place again. I tried to buy engagement ring. They open 2credit card for financial. Which is i don’t need. That’s why my credit score went dow 35point. And loss diamond price was too expensive. I can buy 3000 dollor for loose diamond same grade. But they sell 7000 for that. I will never recommend this place.

Me and my fiance went in after the Thanksgiving holiday last year to look at rings and it was a great experience. This was my first time proposing and ring shopping the whole 9. I worked with my long time friend that works at Robbins Brothers David Zian. He was very professional and helpful. He showed us many different options, we did not feel pressured or rushed. It was a great overall experience, me and my fiance got engaged on New Years Eve 2016. She loves her ring and we both appreciate Davids help. Got an engagement ring (Tacori) for my then girlfriend - now wife sometime towards the end of 2016 for approximately $16,000.Price point was high, but it didnt matter to me at the time because, shes worth it and I was sold on the supposedly great quality of the stone and set (band). We had to resize it because it wasnt exactly her size, when we got the ring back we noticed stress lines, but ultimately didnt think much of it.Now fast forward to 12/2018 and the ring is cracked in half exactly along the stress lines (picture attached). Bringing it back we spoke to the manager who is telling us that the stress line shouldnt even be visible - we communicated to him the fact that it was exactly how we got it back from them (RB).Only thing he could say was to cover the repair, if it could be repaired - we are now being told that it cant be repaired and we have to come up out of pocket $2000 for a new band. This is a $16,000 having to pay $ 2000, just two years later for a ring sold as good quality.Now heres the kicker I also got a Tungsten band from the same RBs location in 2017 for a price in the $ 300s range. The black paint is already peeling a year plus later. Feeling super frustrated I walked into walmart and found the exact same ring for $30.I have completely lost faith in this establishment and think off them as nothing short of a rip-off. I really should have done a lot more research before walking into that store. I basically got sold on the customer service and the bells and whistles.This place is a super overpriced ring shop with poor quality stones/rings!! Buyer beware.

Poor quality, good customer service.I purchased a Tacori engagement ring that was sized based off of a profile that was created when my now fiancee and I got our fingers sized. The ring should have been a 5.5 as indicated in the profile, but upon proposing it didnt fit past the knuckle and thus ruined the proposal photos that I had planned with a photographer. When we came back from our trip we went in to Robbins Brothers and they indicated that the ring was a size 4.75 and that there was just no QC on their part to ensure it was the proper size.RB refunded a partial amount of the ring and expedited the resizing, which was very nice, but still doesnt make up for the fact that they didnt care to check that the ring was the size that it was supposed to be when they sold it.To top it all off, two days after resizing the ring, one of the diamond studs fell off. This is after perfect care from my fiancee, where she make sure not to shower with it or clean or do any kind of rough activities with it on. I find it ridiculous that the quality of the product that we have received has been so poor and wish that we werent constantly running into problems that are ruining the fact that we are recently engaged.I am coming in tomorrow to see if the stud can be fixed and, hopefully, expedited, given the issues we are having for such an expensive item that should create a seamless, special moment for my fiancee.

We went on a day they had an open house. We had to wait a while to get some help. We weren’t fully satisfied with the selection so we purchased our ring online. However they had a lot of nice traditional offerings. We were just looking for lab produced stones to minimize the effect on people who mine such stones. So we went online to Brilliant Earth.

They dont have any super ideal cut diamonds. Wasted four hours of my day explaining how i wanted a super ideal cut round diamond and it fell on deaf ears. Each diamond they showed was poor quality. No idealscopes or ASET images of their diamonds. Very unfortunate.

Guys this store makes it much easier than most of the traditional mall jewelry stores. Went in and was surprised how nice the store is and immediately thought this store was way out of the budget. Immaculate showroom, the lighting and arrangement was perfect. The staff were all friendly and professional. Bryan in particular was a fabulous salesman. He wasn’t pushy and was very informative and patient. They had the best selection we’ve seen in regards to male wedding bands. The pricing was very competitive from what we’ve observed elsewhere. The ring we got was absolutely gorgeous and it took a mere 10 minutes to draw up the paperwork and only a 3 day resizing timeframe!

Came here by a reference. And once we walked in they were really nice and all. A guy helped us out and first thing he said whats our budget me telling him 10k. He said I will not exceed the limit and will stay in budget, we looked around my girlfriend found the ring she wanted and after we were looking at diamonds and the guy said we can always come back and add it and thats what we agreed on. And when it came to talk to the 1 on 1 talk. he added the diamond and the ring for the total cost around 13k. After we said that we didnt want the diamond. And then he pressured to run my credit when I never asked him to. And kept and kept trying to run my credit after I said no. There is no need since Im going to pay cash since my credit isnt very good. And after all that he said hell send me a email and stay in touch but never did. And I will be getting the ring from Robbin brothers. And quote the 1 star doesnt go to Robbin brothers it self. It goes to the guy which gave us his service.

The treatment I received in the store was amazing and I knew that buying a diamond from there- I wouldn’t have to worry about the quality 4Cs. The designs, styles, diamond sizes are wide ranged so that anyone can afford a great quality engagement and wedding ring. They have financing options, if you qualify, you can have no interest for almost a full year.I encourage everyone to buy the insurance plan. Since my purchase I have moved out of state but I still get the most amazing service every year, when I mail my rings in for an annual check-up.Recently there was a slight miscommunication with regards to the annual check-up and so I called the store and spoke with Antoinette Cantu she was amazing as always (has been with them since I purchased my rings four years ago)! She sent me a paid, insured overnight shipping label and got the matter resolved in no time. I was so happy and relieved with the somewhat stressful situation and the fact that she made the whole experience go so smoothly.Thank you Antoinette Cantu!BTW One of my groomsmen recently got married. When he decided to get engaged he remembered all the positive things I had to say about my experience and purchased his rings from Robbins Brothers as well!

Before my fiance and I got engaged we discussed that I would go in and take a peak at what styles I liked in person so that whenever he chose to propose he would make sure to get what I liked. Naturally, we decided to go with the worlds largest engagement ring store to get started. The sales associate was very professional and headed us in the right direction. I ended up working with Victoria and she was awesome! (She let me try on as many rings as I wanted) I was hesitant because I wasnt purchasing that day if they would be willing to help and that ended up not being an issue at all. Throughout the process of choosing my top three rings and purchasing Victoria and Crystal were very helpful. They even wanted us to follow up with them after our proposal to see how things went. We came back looking for our wedding bands as well, and again, no pressure to purchase the same day. Weddings are expensive and we have been trying to budget and plan accordingly while still being prepared for when the time comes to buy the rings. They are very fairly priced as well. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get engaged, or married soon.

Not a Fan...I have had two separate experiences with this location and neither time did I feel like I was a priority as a customer. During both visits I felt very uncomfortable when arriving despite the fact that I had an appointment. The greeting was more suspicious than it was friendly and inviting. During my first visit, the sales associate I worked with seemed more concerned with making the sale rather than listening to what I really wanted, showing me about 5 different rings within a matter of 10 minutes like it was a race. The second time the sales associate that I had been communicating with via email and made the appointment with wasnt available to help me when I arrived on time and I had to ASK for assistance in finding a particular setting that I was looking for. I was supposed to receive a quote 2 days after that visit on how much a particular setting would cost if it was changed into a oval halo setting and I never did get a call or an email. I set my budget low on purpose because I want to see who will really help me and not be totally motivated by the money but it is clear to me that thats all they care about at this location, I dont necessarily blame them for that attitude, it is their job and they need to make a living, but having worked in a retail environment myself I know great customer service can turn a $1800 sale into a $2400 sale. I am not a millionaire but I have a good job and I was ready to spend for this special occasion, but the customer service and judging attitude at the door was a huge red flag for me. Its too bad because I actually changed the shape of my stone from an oval to a more popular cushion cut and went from a .70 to a full carat that I still need a halo setting for but I will not be considering Robbins Brothers due to the fact that both of the times I have been there I have left very disappointed.UPDATE:Ive been meaning to update my review and I have given them an extra 2 stars due to the manager calling himself to apologize for my experiences at the store. We spoke for a while on what I thought the store could improve on and he listened and offered to personally help me with any future purchases. I hope if I decide to come in again that the staff will show me the same service that their manager did that day.

Went into check out Robbins Brothers because we were recommended by a family member. Kristal and their team were very accommodating and professional. The small details going into an engagement are often missed, but these guys have it down better than any! Plus they are always smiling! I highly recommend seeing Kristal and her team for an excellent experience and professional care from start to finish!

Our experience at Robbins Brothers was wonderful! Ty was extremely helpful and patient and explained every step of the way; he found us a beautiful ring within our budget and spent a lot of time with us making sure we were happy with what we got. Additionally, Robbins Brothers only have certified conflict-free and lab created diamonds which was important to us.

Robbins Brothers truly is the engagement store. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Robbins Brothers and I could not have been happier. We later went back and bought our wedding bands here too. The best thing about Robbins Brothers other than their beautiful rings, is their customer service. Someone is always right there to help you and make sure everything is perfect for your special day. We had the privilege to work with Kristal and she was AMAZING! She was always there through the entire process and made sure everything was perfect. The best thing was she was always in contact to let us know the status of our rings. She made sure I had nothing to worry about which was so refreshing being a bride. I cannot thank Kristal enough, she was amazing!!

Antoinette and her staff are amazing! My husband brought my engagement ring to be cleaned and some smaller diamonds replaced and Antoinette was beyond professional, courteous, and helpful. She provided exact steps of what was going to happen and she was able to return my ring before the promised date which made me beyond excited because I was able to wear my ring out of town!The experience from start to finish was deserves 10 stars! Thank you Robbins Brothers for hiring such amazing people to represent your company. This entire store deserves a raise!

One of the best experiences weve ever had at a jewelry establishment! Everyone is very polite and helpful, but i have to specifically mention Kristal, she brought our wedding ring designs to life with the assistance of the amazing jeweler Juan! We really couldnt be happier with everything... THANK YOU!

A beautiful jewelry store. Went to get a ring sized there that was bought elsewhere. I felt like I was in a very high end place, which I dont belong in high end places lol, but these people were super nice and very complimentary of my ring which was probably much more inexpensive than the pieces they usually sell. They made me feel like my business was just as important to them as if I was very rich. They also did the sizing at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this place!

I bought my wifes engagement ring and both of our wedding bands here. Fantastic customer service! Had no issues resizing my band and we bring her rings in every few months for a good cleaning and inspection. They even clean our college class rings at the same time. Contrary to another reviewer, payments through their website are very easy. We did the 0% for a year and never had a problem.

10/10 super helpful! Im usually hesitant about larger retail stores but I was very happy with my experience here. Taylor spent probably two hours helping me figure out what I liked, what I didnt and helped me find something perfect both with the band and with the right stones for my now fiancé. They have everything in pretty much any budget range

I will try and keep this short. Like Katie Van Hoy, my fiancee left here in tears. I was in the store not even a minute before i was whisked to a back room to talk money. My fiancee was not attended and basically left stranded and just standing there, while i assumed she was being shown rings and helped. She felt the process was not very romantic and transactional. Im glad others had a positive experience in this important moment in a persons life, we sadly will say we arent some of those people. We have no intention of going back. I literally went out and bought her a ring elsewhere immediately. I felt bad for having had put her in that scenario.
