I was so happy with how my engagement ring turned out! I will say, I had to take it back due to the diamond pedestal holding the main stone being slightly crooked. I didn’t notice it until the day after I picked it up. I brought it back in and they fixed it without an extra charge so that was nice. Their customer service was good throughout the whole process. Every diamond they work on has to be GIA certified; I liked that policy. It made me feel more confident in the legitimacy in their work.

We got our wedding bands at Inter-Continental Jewelers and they came out great! I went to 5 jewelry stores before going to them and absolutely nothing matched my engagement ring because it has a knife edge band. I was getting panicky, but Inter-Continental had this gorgeous ring that compliments my ring really well. And, I didnt see anything like it in other stores! We also got a wedding band for my fiance, nice and simple. Came out great as well. Their prices are definitely cheaper then other stores but because we ended up getting platinum it wasnt as significant as it would have been if we got white gold. The workers there are also warm and friendly. They dont pressure you. Overall, pleasure to work with! And our custom rings were ready in 2 weeks. Perfect! Cant wait to wear it everyday :)

I have had my engagement ring for over four years and NEVER take it off!! (Not good, I know). I also have never had it serviced (re-dipped and stones/prongs tightened). I’ve banged this ring so many times. It is still in perfect condition! It’s shine and brilliance is gorgeous and feels very secure. I’m not pushing my luck any further and I swear I’m taking it in soon (I keep telling myself that for years but I’m serious this time lol). It was a great customer experience, they even suggested rings below what I said my price range was that were more beautiful than the one I was looking at so I felt good knowing they weren’t trying to up-sell me. I’m so happy we came here that day 4 years ago and I trust their quality and craftsmanship over all others now! Plus, prices are realistic and very reasonable.

Great place to have custom jewelry made. They were able to incorporate my great grandmothers diamonds into a wedding band and engagement ring. If you come here make sure everything you need is written on the receipt to avoid any complications.

Suzanne worked with me and my budget on designing the perfect custom engagement ring that will last ages - and also the custom wedding band to fit around the engagement ring.
