Raj and Ara at Sehgal Diamonds are artists! Four years ago they helped my husband design my wedding ring and bands using the diamond from my grandmother’s wedding ring, it is the most gorgeous piece of jewelry I have ever seen. A few months ago we had to send the ring back to them due to one of the small diamonds falling out, they replaced the diamond, cleaned the ring and got it back to us very quickly. Raj called me just to let me know what was done to the ring and when I could expect it to be delivered. For our anniversary my husband wanted to get me a ring to wear on my right ring finger so he sent Raj a few pictures of rings I’d said I liked. Over the next few days he and Raj spoke over the phone several times to discuss the design. Raj would send my husband drafts and my husband would make changes until they finally got what they wanted. The end result was breathtaking, i could not have designed a more exquisite piece of jewelry if I’d designed it myself. A few days after the ring was delivered Raj and Ara called my husband just to ask how I liked the ring, nowhere else have I experienced that kind of commitment to customer service. But once I went there and saw the beautiful collection of diamond rings and bands, my fiance and I decided to get the rings from there. Kaveesh gave us great customer service and really spent good amount of time with me and helped me pick the perfect engagement ring for myself and platinum wedding band for my fiance. Mrs Poonam Sehgal who is the owner of the store and Ara are very friendly and helped me picked out other jewelry for my wedding. Their whole family is very friendly and humble. They really try to figure out what kind of designs you like and dont push you to buy something that you dont like. Besides the engagement rings and bands, they have a lot of variety of other jewelry too. I really liked their unique designs of other diamonds jewelry as well and decided to go back to get some more jewelry for my wedding. Also, they have fairly reasonable prices for both engagement rings and other fine jewelry. I would say that their awesome family like customer service and elegant designs of jewelry won me over/. I would definitely recommend Sehgal Diamonds for engagement rings and fine jewelry shopping! I am very happy with my ring!
