I searched all over the web, Texas Ink has some of the better prices. But, what I valued the most was the customer service. I troubled Monique for about a month asking for different quotes and revisions on our design. Not because it wasnt right, just because Im difficult. But, no matter how troublesome I was, Monique always replied at a timely manner and respectfully. In the end our T-shirts are as amazing as her customer service.

Our order was done on time and was exactly as requested. It was a simple logo and wording design. Looking through their examples on the wall theyve done some much more complex and impressive work. My GPS got confused trying to get to their facility but I dont think thats typical.

I ordered a number a shirts from Texas Ink last and was very please with the shirts and with Abraham who helped me out so much and made sure the order was what I wanted and very accurate. I reached out again this year to order more shirts and was informed that Abraham was no longer with the company but that did not stop me from being able to get more shirt; Kim Goodwin stepped in and made sure that I was able order more shirts. I researched the prices of every custom t-shirt company available on google search in the Houston area, Texas Ink had the lowest prices with great quality and amazing service! Our shirts were done when they said they would be and came out fabulous!

Rude, called to see if I could get a sample shirt printed to see the quality of this place. They have a twelve shirt minimum. Said that theyd provide a proof for approval before printing. Wouldnt print a single shirt. Most people know that a digital proof is not going to look the same as whats printed on the shirt.Just lost a lot of business.
