Zach was super helpful from start to finish. This was my first time having t-shirts printed & he walked me through the entire process with infinite patience. When supply difficulties arose, he made sure to keep me in the loop, & even offered a substitute a better quality shirt without raising my cost. And at the end of it all, my boss loved the t-shirts. Will definitely be going back for all of our local t-shirt printing needs.

Ashley was nice, but didnt seem really interested in working with me. She told me she would check prices and she would email me, but I had to call her to get those prices. They almost seemed too busy to obtain more business lol. I called her after she sent me the pricing email to talk more about it but she didnt answer, so I gave up. As a business owner; I want to be worked with & not steered into a direction that works best for someone else and for sure not running up behind someone when Im trying to give them money lol. I just didnt feel wanted there

This place was so convenient since it is so close to my workplace. However, I was so disappointed with their services. They may be a good at what they do, but I did not get a chance to see their work.I dropped off my jacket to get embroidered, but after 2 weeks with a several phone calls trying to get Ashley to send me an email for a mock design I decided to go back and pick up my jacket.May be my business was too small for them, but they should had said that instead of giving me a wander around. Communication is very important in business, and I am sorry to say this place is not good at it.

Both locations, bad customer service. The 1st location on 1145 w 19th st the guy who answered the phone tried to argue with me on why I want dtg print instead of screen print. Are you serious sir! The second location you walk in the workers see you standing by the door and just look at you is anybody going to greet me or ask what is it that I need?! Then I finally get Ashley’s help. I go in a week prior and ask for one t shirt to be dtg printed I was told it would take a week and Ashley would email me the mock up. I wait a week and nothing, I call and call Ashley’s phone number she gave me no answer two days straight. I finally call the shops number Ashley answers the phone and specifically tells me she is sorry and she will send over the mock up right now. I wait 3 hours still nothing. Call the shop again and again no answer. I would not recommend this place. 1 t shirt.

Despite the reputation that many shops have with bad communication skills-- theres a reason TNT has been around for so many years. They defy that stereotype and their customer service and quality is top notch. I cannot recommend them enough!

Would like to leave 0 stars. I spoke with Ashley on the phone about what I wanted. Although it was a very small order, that does not justify being ignored. The call followed up with me emailing designs and willingness to pay for a rush order. After I had to remind her to send the mock design, she never got back to me. I even called but she was “unavailable” so I left a message with the gentleman who answered (along with follow up email). If she didn’t want to submit the order, just say so. If the order was too minor or insignificant in her eyes, pass it on to someone else. Regardless of the situation, the deadline I needed the items for came and went while she ignored me. Great way to show customer service.**update**Ashley and Zach apologized for the error and worked diligently to rectify the problem. I was able to obtain my order and it came out perfect.Thank you for taking the time to care, apologize, and fix the problem

I just got the call for my third order to pick up. Love using these guys...I find it hilarious people ask to take a picture of my back for my company info.. The caps, t-shirts and polo shirts all came out great..The employees are amazingly so willing to help and explain anything..

We ordered custom T-Shirts using our own designs (via Adobe Illustrator); through and through a great experience! We heard back quickly after our initial inquiry, and Zach was an amazing help in giving feedback on our design and even helping with changes to the files to make sure it printed exactly how we wanted. More than happy with quality of customer service and the speed with which we got replies back to our (many) questions!

I called Goose at TNT Shirts with a very large, VERY last minute order (I wouldnt normally do so, but it was a work emergency!). Not only did they take on our order, but they had it completed faster than they originally quoted me. Goose is seriously friendly and helpful, he was quick to respond to emails and calls. Would highly recommend.

We got 6 pairs of rugby shorts custom embroidered. They did a great job of making sure we knew the status of the items. Also the price was perfect. Will definitely recommend and be back.

I had a very unique request that required the workers to go above and beyond for me. We had a great conversation and they gave incredible customer service. I had one product that needed embroidery and I am so happy with my experience. Very small order, but if you want individual service on small products then this could be the place you go!

Great quality. Best screen printers in town. I had a very complex 9 color design that they made look incredible. Got my banners there too and came back for embroidery. You not be disappointed.

I am so impressed with this place. I needed to have 10 shirts printed, that day, for my daughters birthday party. I contacted 3 different places trying to get some help. All 3 of them, either told me no, or quoted me an outrageous price. I found TNT and when I called, the woman I spoke to was so helpful on the phone that I was excited to stop in and see them, and....well... they nailed it! They worked quickly, the shirts looked awesome and were really good quality. The staff was all super friendly and when I got the bill, I was surprised to see it was about half of what I had expected! They definitly made a repeat customer with me. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. :)

Looking for embroidery / screen print work However, I always look at reviews for businesses... If I am not familiar with them...Damn, the way these people respond to customers. In regards to a lack of customer service. Says a lot about how they do business..Very unpleasant, condescending, unprofessional attitudes...I work in customer service... So, giving service to the public should be done with pride.

They did a great job under short time frame

Used them for a corporate event. Our meeting was rescheduled so they had to work fast to produce the shirts on time. Awesome customer service, Peter and Bryan made sure the project was completed on time and the shirts are excellent quality.

Rude, unprofessional. Peter (guess the owner) actuality yelled at me while fixing THEIR MISTAKE (he was yelling at me that their was nothing wrong with the shirt as hes fixing the messed up shirt - weird huh?!). no joke. Will never use this company again. They treat their customers poorly. Ashley, screen printer, was a very nice person. If you do make the unfortunate choice and go with them, ask for Ashley and DO NOT GET ANYTHING EMBROIDERED!! Youve been warned.

These guys are great! Super fast turnaround on some complicated embroidery onto some golf shirts. Couldnt decide on what color thread to go with so they happily did two samples which was great to see in person and made the decision a lot easier. Have had them do screen printing for me before on some company t-shirts, color didnt come out exactly but was not their fault, our logo color was wrong when we sent it to them. Will definitely use them for all of our company shirts, hats and sweaters. Plus we get to deal with a local company here in Houston which is always a plus for quick communication! Small businesses using small businesses!

My wife and I have ordered shirts from them a few times and love their work. They can be a tad unresponsive at times but still manage to get things done in a timely manner and at half the cost of the other guys.

Quality is great, service is good but they are so busy that you might find a wait period before you get your product back.I will highly recommend this place.

Ive used TNT to make shirts twice, always amazing quality and really quick service

They didnt get the right t-shirts that I ordered and the print was bad.

After two weeks of working with them through e-mails and phone calls, the day the shirts were due to be ready I found myself in their store angry and frustrated. They had changed the day that the proof would be ready for me to look at and approve three different times and when they finally had it they emailed it to me instead (the day of). When I wasnt satisfied I called and requested some changes after which I was told that they were already printing even though the proof hadnt been approved. To top if off they quoted me a discount the first time and then when it came down to pay they gave me a completely different price. I will NEVER work with them again.

OVERALL:No organization, no professionalism (in a bad way), practically no communication (I got one phone call), and false commitments. I came to TNT to try them out with a small order, less than 20 shirts, before placing a larger order for my business. First, they missed the deadline they told me. Then, I had to wait when I came in the second time for them to clean off spots/markings leftover from the printing process. Every time I went there (3 times total), they couldnt find my order and/or my shirts and I would get passed on from one person to the next.They got two stars because, eventually, I did get the shirts I ordered and they came out good.Maybe they are better at cranking out bulk, super-cheap shirts with basic designs, but the minor amount of savings is not worth the hassle I went through.Came to TNT on a reference from a colleague.

The T-shirt business is a funny one I have discovered. This is the type of industry you go into if dont care to be polite or care about professionalism. TnT does good work but they dont meet deadlines and never get back to their customers. I once had a project and they lost 5 tshirts of ours and claimed it was our fault.Wow you guys are a piece of work, Zach Buschlen went on our page to post a false review. How pathetic can you guys be as a whole? You look like a bunch of sore losers with that stunt. If Zach is the owner then it clearly demonstrates their morals as a business; if hes not then the owner should be made aware. THIS MAKES TNT LOOK SHAMELESS AND IMMATURE!!!!
