I went because I have 5 jackets I wanted embroidered with a logo. I’m just giving them this review not because of their work (because I couldn’t get any service) but because I think they should have something in their website OR their store (because I went in person) saying it’s a minimum of 12 pieces for them to do anything. Late post (4/11/19): Ali was very accommodating in helping me get my lab coat monogrammed for a new job that I was starting. Not only did he do right then and there, I didn’t spend more than 30 minutes for the whole process. The monogram came out wonderful and was just what I wanted. Reasonable price for a speedy job. Ali took time to patiently explain my options, pick custom thread colors for embroidery, advised me on the optimal placement. Technology was top-notch, with a huge monitor showing the design. Fast, responsive, courteous, and quality work. cant ask for much more. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5, because the actual garments just dont appear to be of the quality of garment that was portrayed on the website. the XL, shirt doesnt appear to be long enough since they will shrink, but I will take the blame for that for not reading up, on the brand of shirts used.

Please do not waste yout time going here.My husband and i went here to get somethings engraved for our business .It wasnt any other customers there but us.and a gentleman on a computer that works there.I want to say he was the owner as well.we walked in he was working on the computer. He never acknowledged us at all.so we browsed the store for 15 minutes trying to give him time to complete what ever he was doing on the computer,hoping he would acknowledge us once he gotten to a stolping point.so he can help us.Well that didnt happen he never looked uo to say hello,or can he help us.we had to say something to him after 15 minutes. And when we ask a question he barely answered us.and acted like he was to busy to help us.so we walked right out the door,and took our business elsewhere.
