I HIGHLY Recommend this company. Not only for the fact that their customer service is grade A, but also because their main priority is making sure that you love the product. I ordered around 50 tees from them and wasn’t happy with the color of the print when I received them. That’s just the nature of t-shirt printing and can happen when you’re working with digital proofs. They offered to reprint the whole order for me if I would cover just the cost of the blank tees(which absolutely makes sense.) The person I spoke to (I’m not sure what her name is) was very kind and patient. She promptly spoke with the manager to see what they could do. They totally didn’t have to offer to do this, but they did and it saved me a lot of time and trouble. I feel like this is a true reflection of how much they care about their craft and their customers. Customer service 10/10, product 10/10, responsiveness 10/10, overall attitude and work ethic 20/10. I will definitely be using them again in the future. They also take orders for embroidery which is super cool! You can kill 2 birds with 1 stone and get everything you need through them without having to hunt down a place for embroidery 🥳🙌🙌

I ordered shirts from another place out of town and two days before I needed the shirts the lady told me she had an emergency and wouldn’t have the shirts done on time. My friend recommended Caught in Customs to me. I called and told them what I needed and when I needed it and without hesitation they took my order and made sure I had the shirts expeditiously (with in 2days). The graphics came out perfect, the printing, and quality of the shirts were perfect. Needless to say we ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR SHIRTS!

I ordered an order from them and they told me it was going to take 2 weeks the order was not big at all. I was patient at first but after waiting over a month I got frustrated. They are great with communication but suck at actually getting started on your order. I also wanted mock ups which are pretty much example of your logo or slogan photoshopped on the garment ... when I received it it look like a 3 year old did it. The only reason I gave 1 star was because I could’nt give 0...when I ask for a refund they told me they couldn’t give me my full refund.. I disputed it with my bank and got my money back .. stay away from this place
