Great experience with Ceramic City USA. Fernanda and staff are very friendly and helpful. We went back multiple times as we couldnt decide and spent a lot of time with them. Each time they were very happy to help. The new floors look great, I would definitely go back for our extension project.

Fernanda and Marcello came out, gave us a bid, we then visited their gorgeous showroom and knew we had made the right decision. Their crew came out, never missed a single day. Three and a half weeks later we had a beautiful new kitchen. Hire this company, their work is exceptional!!!

I cant say enough about this company. The store staff were most helpful and they have a nice choice of the wood like tile that we were looking for. But most of all I highly recommend their installation guys. Very professional, hard working, meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We really enjoyed the installers even though they didnt speak English we had fun with our phone translation app. Where theres a will there is always a way! The owner/ staff are very friendly and work with you. I needed a job done quickly and they did their best to get people in my house to do the job quickly. The people who laid the tile were nice and worked hard to get the job done in the time they said they could get it completed. They installed a floor, bathroom tile and shower glass enclosure. The price seemed fair. I had shopped around and after dealing with a few shops felt best about the price they gave. The other places I went to made me feel pressured to make a deal and were dishonest in their quote. Ceramic City gave me a clear quote that broke down the price of the installation and products. I reccomend them.
