I would definitely recommend Laminate Countertops! Not only were they very affordable, but they were friendly, professional, and informative. We live in a 1960s fixer upper that doesnt look that way anymore. We had completely redone the inside of our house and we left the kitchen for last because it is the most expensive.We had limited time to get this project done and they were at our house the next day to measure and 2 days later to do everything. They ripped out the existing tile counter tops, old sink and the tile back splash. They then cleaned the place spotless before bringing in the new counter tops!!! We even purchased some tile at home depot and a sink and they were able to put it all in for us as well. They even dealt with the plumbing with no extra charge. Once everything was finished, they cleaned up, and even called a few days later to make sure everything went well. Any issues that we had they took care of on the spot or made sure to resolve it. Would 100% use them again.

I needed to install countertops and vanities! They had reasonable prices. THEYRE GREAT & AFFORDABLE! 👍🏻👍🏻 They were even able to have it installed within a reasonable time.

They resurfaced the elevator walls in my office building. They were a bit disorganized with scheuling and missed several appointments but then the job required some flexable scheduling that was not normal. The work was really good except one issue that they took care of that caused them to havecto re-do a section. In the end, the work got done and looks great. They did charge quite a bit for the formica work, but it was unique commercial in an operating elevator and was 1/2 other surface re-fresh options.

I had a small project requiring a laminate top. Manny was more than helpful. He took his time explaining the process so that I could install the product myself.

Great experience front to back - Manuel was helpful on the first phone call, scheduled the estimate quickly, and they had the countertops installed literally within 24 hours after the estimate. Don’t waste time at Home Depot - call these guys, they’ll get it done.

Not pleased with this company. Severely lacking in customer service. The ladies in the front need to communicate to the customers AND the staff! The countertop came out nice, only thing Im happy about.

They have a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. One of the girls(sorry I cant remember her name) at the front counter was very helpful. She saw that me and my wife were overwhelmed with all the choices they have there so she helped guide us into a great choice of laminate. The prices are comparable to the big blue and orange stores but they have a greater selection in stock and way more knowledgeable staff. I would definitely buy from the again and recommend them to any one.

Extremely unprofessional! They obtained my information from Angie’s list then processed to call me at all times to offer me countertops the last call before blocking them was at 6am!!! It is extremely unprofessional to call ANY client before 8am much less at 6am!!! And the girl who called knew what time it was and said she opened at that time. I am a mom of 3 kids the only calls that come in at this time are emergency calls you all need to take some basic courses in common courtesy!

Called and made a appointment two times. 2 TIMES NO SHOW. I called back and he said he totally forgot, 2 times, NOT GOOD BUSINESS.

They have remnant laminate pieces that I use for food photo shoots which I like. They are knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, and they are local, Texas grown fabrication shop and I love that.

My wife hired this company to install laminate countertops in our remodeled laundry room. The guy (Juan Lugo) that came out to take initial measurements and give an estimate seemed professional and competent. However, the company sent a different person to install who did not speak English. The installer scratched several walls and ruined expensive wallpaper (manufactured in Germany) during the process. What is worse is that the counter top around the sink was measured or cut incorrectly and was obviously crooked to the naked eye. We called the company to let them know of our concerns. We were appalled that Mr. Lugo tried to blame the bad job on the fact that we kindly asked the workers to take off their shoes as they came inside our house. Apparently we were not supposed to ask the workers to take off their shoes because it is a safety violation and compromises the quality of their work. If this is the case then they should wear shoe covers. Long story short, after over a dozen phone calls from us redirecting them to take accountability for their mistake they finally sent another installer. The second installer said he could not repair the countertop and would have to come another day. Two weeks later, installer number 3 took one look at the crooked countertop and said he does not know who the company hires anymore (apparently this company has a high turnover) or how they are trained but the whole installation was botched. He had to take off the entire countertop and re-do the job. We asked for some money back to cover the repairs of the wallpaper but the company refused. If you are considering spending your hard-earned money on countertops for your business or home, we suggest you look elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

I paid for a custom countertop with this business and the measurements weretaken by an individual with laminate countertops. Unfortunately when we triedto install the countertop it did not fit. I was so disappointed because the 700.00I spent was not a good investment because I now had a counter top that didnot properly fit. I called and asked for a solution and have not been treatedvery well. They did take a piece of veneer and cover the area which did not fitproperly and insist upon charging for the work which I felt forced to accept as asolution. Spoken with multiple individuals about my concerns and againpretty much have been ignored and my concerns have been ignored as wellso beware. This was an expensive mistake on my part for trusting thisbusiness.

They were contract for countertop and cabinets plus painting, install new hoodvenHo, the counter top and cabinets were okay, hood vent was not installed correctly, painting and clean up was lousy, their work starting at 11:00 am., Very poor service, I would not recommend!!
